Not good at all

1. The contacts are manufactured in Ireland, not USA, which is fine, but should be mentioned on the website. 2. I received my contacts and one box was open. Nothing was missing from it, but it was open. I went ahead and tried the contacts and ended up returning them. I was not refunded for the open box because I hadn't reported it being open within 24 hours. Customer service took over a week to respond to any emails I sent and refused to work with me on the open box situation. They said I would not be refunded for it, and therefore had to pay $70 for a box of contacts I returned to them--I explained not only was it open when I received it, but I also was not satisfied with the contacts themselves, and was still told "sorry". Over all just very poor customer service in their willingness to work with customers and their extremely slow response time and I will never purchase from them again. Seems very unethical.

Regarding the open box, we do have a 24-hour window for reporting such issues so we can file a claim with the manufacturer, which is why our team was unable to approve the refund in this case. That said, we regret the delay in our response and the overall experience you had. We value your input and will be sharing this internally to help improve both communication and service going forward.

Stop the text messages

Shopping with you is so easy and quick. I love that you hold onto my prescription, and I love that you offer free shipping and I love that you ship quickly.
But please stop the daily text messages. It's too much. I don't want to hear from you. I will let you know when I need you.

Order incorrect twice

Initial order was incorrect due to (partly)my fault. Ezcontacts didn't verify my rx to my order and order was for incorrect contacts. Reached out and they offered only to exchange the unopened boxes. I sent unopened boxes back and reordered. Second shipment the rx is still not correct and waiting on a manager to approve a complete refund for ALL boxes. It's been 2 days since this request and I've reached out to follow up and still don't have correct lenses nor my money. Will not recommend nor EVER do business with this company ever again!

Not Very Happy

Shipping is great, unfortunately contacts continue to split. Needed to order contacts from elsewhere. Went through a 6 month supply in 2 months. I would say it would be human error, but this is the 3rd order I made and in every order it happens. When I purchase elsewhere it does not happen. Would love to order from you guys because of pricing but always seem to lose money because I still have to order elsewhere. Called customer service and I honestly don't have time to wait on hold for an hour. Tried 3 times and same hold time, before I hang up. I wish you guys the best and I hope that one day the quality will get better.

Questionable

The frames I received are nice however the lenses in them rattle. They make a noise with every step I take. I questioned this and sent them back to get fixed. However even after getting them fixed, they came back just as bad if not worse.

Asked them to update my order, they confirmed the change and then still sent the wrong prescription. They then took forever to respond and send a replacement so I did not have contacts for my trip (3 weeks after initial order) then I was charged twice and then for the return shipping from their error. Took many times back and forth with customer service and ended up needing to file a credit card dispute. Customer service reps do not pay attention and do not respond effectively to issues. Avoid.

It's been OK

Ordering has been easy, but shipping times are ridiculous. I paid for express shipping, which meant that my contacts should've arrived within a 3 to 4 business days and it took almost 2 weeks. Probably won't order again.

Impressed from Start to Finish

I had a great experience with EZContacts! My order shipped immediately after I placed it and arrived much quicker than expected. Everything was packaged securely, and the contacts themselves (Acuvue Oasis) are high quality and super comfortable. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a contact lens case included. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely order again!
