There was a shipping issue (through no fault of EZContacts), but the customer service team was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. I was assisted by someone who promptly addressed all of my concerns and kept me informed every step of the way. They provided regular updates on the replacement shipment and made sure I was always aware of the progress. Great service!

I placed an order four weeks ago but have not received it. After two weeks I emailed about it and was informed that the product was out of stock. Two weeks later I have still not received what I ordered.

EZContacts is a one stop shop for your eye care needs... Hands down has the best deals on Prescription Contacts and Sun/Eyeglasses on the World Wide Web. That's not even the best part, they offer online prescription renewing for FREE (must have a prior valid prescription and must be with in 3 years of the your last actual face to face eye exam). So simple it's "EZ"!

When the contacts arrived they were exactly as ordered. It took a couple weeks for them to ship, even though they were in stock.

The return policy is extremely unfair and the fact that they charge the customer for the return shipping is embarrassing for the company. The customer service is terrible and slow. They are not a company I would recommend.

I live in Hawaii so shipping here can be really difficult be long, but mine came in very quickly, and the order was very easy

1. The contacts are manufactured in Ireland, not USA, which is fine, but should be mentioned on the website. 2. I received my contacts and one box was open. Nothing was missing from it, but it was open. I went ahead and tried the contacts and ended up returning them. I was not refunded for the open box because I hadn't reported it being open within 24 hours. Customer service took over a week to respond to any emails I sent and refused to work with me on the open box situation. They said I would not be refunded for it, and therefore had to pay $70 for a box of contacts I returned to them--I explained not only was it open when I received it, but I also was not satisfied with the contacts themselves, and was still told "sorry". Over all just very poor customer service in their willingness to work with customers and their extremely slow response time and I will never purchase from them again. Seems very unethical.

Initial order was incorrect due to (partly)my fault. Ezcontacts didn't verify my rx to my order and order was for incorrect contacts. Reached out and they offered only to exchange the unopened boxes. I sent unopened boxes back and reordered. Second shipment the rx is still not correct and waiting on a manager to approve a complete refund for ALL boxes. It's been 2 days since this request and I've reached out to follow up and still don't have correct lenses nor my money. Will not recommend nor EVER do business with this company ever again!

The products are fairly priced and lead time is good. Selection is good.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!
Answer: They are not a trustworthy company. They have lied to me on numerous occasions about an order I placed.
Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
