We thought to try buying on-line instead of through our optometrist to save a lot of money. So price is excellent, almost half and it arrived fast and nicely packaged but sadly they are way thinner and flimsy than the one we get through the doctor. Not sure why.

Ordering was easy and the product is affordable. I think the time for shipping the product out could be a little shorter but otherwise we are pleased with EZ contacts and will use it again.

I ordered a few days ago and was waiting for the shipping notification. My prescription was new. Expires 5/2/26. Was told by third email saying you don't have them.

I called customer service and notified them that one of my colored contacts was torn. They offered to give me a small portion back. That doesn't help because I do not have a set.

There was a shipping issue (through no fault of EZContacts), but the customer service team was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. I was assisted by someone who promptly addressed all of my concerns and kept me informed every step of the way. They provided regular updates on the replacement shipment and made sure I was always aware of the progress. Great service!

I placed an order four weeks ago but have not received it. After two weeks I emailed about it and was informed that the product was out of stock. Two weeks later I have still not received what I ordered.

EZContacts is a one stop shop for your eye care needs... Hands down has the best deals on Prescription Contacts and Sun/Eyeglasses on the World Wide Web. That's not even the best part, they offer online prescription renewing for FREE (must have a prior valid prescription and must be with in 3 years of the your last actual face to face eye exam). So simple it's "EZ"!
I looked at multiple different sites and EZContacts had the best price. Shopping was easy, shipping was fast, and the product is what they said it would be. It was a great experience!
When the contacts arrived they were exactly as ordered. It took a couple weeks for them to ship, even though they were in stock.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: None of their frames are authentic, but some people don't seem to care as they are still in business, sad really as companies like this should be shut down.

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
