These days shopping for the best price is "ultimate". Quality...you just have to trust. So far...I have been satisfied. Cost has risen enormously. Hidden fees? This is a popular one for ALL of the contact lens companies... Availability? I have not run into issues here. Shipping time has been reliable, I'm good here.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses on 6/20 and I'm still waiting for it. They told me a week after I ordered it that the shipment would be delayed 2-3 weeks. It's now been over 10 weeks since I placed the order and they won't even respond to my emails asking for an update.
It took almost 4 months, and me calling multiple times, to finally get my pair of glasses. And when I asked what could be done for this drawn out order, they offered me a 10% discount on my next order... really?
Normally I do not complain, but the purchase date was 05/06 not 05/23 (day shipped). I received no explanation nor offer of compensation for the delay. Either way, its unacceptable to indicate 2-3 days and then take 2-3 weeks w/ eyeglasses since I obviously need them...
I had to bring my glasses to my eye doctor because I could barely see out of the lenses that were provided. They didn't even have the correct prescription among many other issues. Will never buy another product from this site.
Took over a month for anyone to contact me regarding my glasses. Once someone realized, then they were prompt. But overall, dissatisfied with the quality of the glasses themselves. Seem like cheap plastic and have had to have them readjusted twice due to them widening after moving bow, putting on my head when I don't need them, etc.
The glasses took about two months to receive and I got conflicting answers when I would email inquiries about the ETA. My suggestion is if you want information about your glasses call the company. The emails I received were Preposterous everything from referring to me by a different customer's name, to responding 10 days later to sending conflicting responses. It was very frustrating and no updates ever came on their own without me first inquiring. The end result was a two-month wait for a pair of glasses that, thankfully, was the correct prescription. But I was anxious throughout the process due to the poor communication.
When I called they blamed it on the X-Mas holidays which were 3 Mts prior? No update via email, etc that my glasses were not going to be received within the quoted time online. Would not have ordered here had I known that. Felt very misled.
These guys used to be good but no longer. It takes in excess of two weeks for delivery and they advertise "Priority shipping". I know this as when I called in, I was "Caller # 1" for over an hour and I heard their false advertising about 10,000 times. They use the cheapest UPS and then USPS and USPS holds the package for several days before delivering. Their "tracking" shows it as being delivered on a certain day but that day comes and goes and no package. They close down for a week holiday but then don't process or ship a week on either side of the that time - with no notification. I actually did get through to customer service earlier but she hung up on me. They are very difficult to deal with and incredibly rude. Too many other options out there. Do NOT use. I tried calling back and was "caller #1" for over and hour (would hate to be Caller # 2!). They were obviously ignoring me. Total fraud company with no respect for customer or promises they make.
Placed my order for some new shades with EZ Contacts several days ago and paid for overnight shipping. A few days passed and nothing arrived. I checked the order status on their site and it said they haven't even shipped yet. I have tried multiple times to simple cancel the order but I have gotten zero response.
Perfect example of why Amazon dominates and puts people like this out of business.
10 days shipping turned in 30 days. Customer service repeatedly lied. Prescription sunglasses were unwearable, double vision. Wasted 40 days, work hours and $6.99 shipping. Should just pay the extra $40 a buy through the sunglasses manufacturer. The 5 star reviews are obviously fake. TERRIBLE company, you have been warned!

After visiting numerous stores and having no luck finding frames that were both attractive AND affordable, I found ezcontacts.com. I was hesitant because I had never bought prescription glasses online but was not willing to pay the exorbitant prices for a pair of frames in store after realizing that i could pay less than half that online. Overall I found the experience seamless. I received fast responses from customer service and when the frame I chose was out of stock they were able to get me another color without delaying my order. I will definitely be shopping with ezcontacts in the future.

I was a little hesitant ordering online after my child lost his expensive glasses, but thought I'd give it a try for less than half the cost. We received his glasses a few days later and he loves them. We can't tell much difference from the original pair! Would recommend!
Ordered my contacts weeks ago. Called 5 days ago to see what part of the process it was being held up for but they told me that everything was good to go that they should be shipped out no later than 48 hrs. It's been double that and still nothing...
I ordered my lenses Dec 27. I've emailed and called. Waited online for a response over an hour. Message popped up that no reps. Available. Received two emails saying as soon as it ships from a supplier they will let you know. Ha! I want a refund. Keep the lens and refund my money.
EZ Contacts must be some type of broker. You order from them and they farm it out to somebody that has extra contact lenses in stock. Be prepared to wait MONTHS. And have your order filled by one vendor for your left eye & another for your right eye.
We are in a battle as the lenses for only one eye arrived but the packing list shows both have shipped. Since these were ordered over a month ago, I cant stop payment on my credit card. So as it turns out my lenses were not low priced as it looks like I will be paying double as I only received 1/2 of my order.
I am number 18 in line to talk to customer service.

The glasses I received were too small for my head (which was my fault for not measuring correctly). I read over the return policy before I bought it, but I didn't read closely enough apparently. There's a 5% fee for any glasses that have prescriptions and you have to pay for shipping yourself. So in total i'm probably spending around $20-30 to return them. The lenses seem like great quality though, just most likely wont be shopping here again due to the policy. Customer service seemed nice though and was willing to help me with completing my return.
I've been waiting to purchase contacts due to a lapse in employment. EZContacts took care of everything for me. They offered me a discount and expedited my order. I really appreciate them helping me out like this. Also, the customer service rep was really thorough and got it done quickly.
My sunglasses were stolen and I really did not want to pay another $170 to replace them. Every other website was asking over $150. I saw them here for $65 and was VERY skeptical. I went online to look at some reviews and after seeing the 3000 other 4-5 star reviews I decided to go for it. SOO happy I did! Glasses arrived within a week, and were exactly what I purchased online!
Placed order 7/3, website said 3 day extra processing. Called often and got the "run around". Finally received my order 7/31. Very well packaged and shipped. The glasses are beautiful and even came with the original, non prescription lens. Ezcontacts took forever but saved me $250 from the local big box. Will order again.
Bought a pair of glasses form the website, it's been over a month and I haven't received one email or call regarding my order. When i call to find out what's going on they say there closed for two weeks for a holiday. Go elsewhere save your self the frustration.

I paid weeks ago. They start sending me all these emails, to solicit my business. Meanwhile, they've have never filled my order. They gave me the incorrect tracking number. There is no activity. They give you the runaround when you call. I want my $300 back. You will be hearing from me. It's not over you crooks. I have been contacted by and *, I've been sent a fake link, showing my item was delivered, which is a lie. Do not buy from EZ Contacts, they are SHADY!

What customer service. Ordered glasses almost a month ago, processing and shipping delayed almost 2 weeks, and it clearly states if there are any processing concerns, or if your lenses are on back order someone will contact you... That's a joke. I had to contact the company and express my frustration and need for the glasses, all I was offered was 3 day shipping... It's been 5 business days... Prices might be cheap but I don't want to ever give my hard earned money to this company again
My glasses are so cute and appear to be great quality. Shipping took a lot longer than expected, two or three weeks, but when I reached out to customer service they expedited my order once it came in. My biggest complaint is how reflective my lenses are in photos and the sunlight. I paid for a slight upgrade but perhaps I should have been advised on other options I needed.
Informative Customer Service with this 1st time User. Thought the fabrication of the glasses took a tad longer than expected but perhaps I misunderstood something. Pleased with price, shipping, notification and craftsmanship of final product.

My glasses order was not the prescription ordered even though the packing slip said it was. Had lenses checked with eye doctor. I'm waiting for the problem to be corrected. Can't respond further until then.
