Never had a problem with this company (fanatics) no muck ups what so ever and i stay in newzealand (kiwi) shipping does take a while especially were im from down under! But the gears are solid so its worth the wait. Only thing is we are not applicable to any of the coupons which sucks only for US use only i know theres fan cash but would be great to be able to use coupons like for free shipping and other stuff you guys offer. AND YOU GUYS SHOULD MAYBE THINK OF SELLING RUGBY GEARS ALLBLACKS!
They have a fair selection of products and quite the inventory of sale and clearance items. As a fan in general, I love the fact that I can find unique low priced items pretty frequently.

I ordered multiple items that were special event items and my items werent shipped by the date they said it would. Also, the customer service representative was extremely rude.

I ordered from Fanatics on 11-29. As of today, my order is till showing "new". Being concerned that I wouldn't receive my gift in time, I called customer service and was told that they see that my order should have been shipped yesterday, but due to the high volume of orders they are experiencing delays. I asked if I would receive my item by the 15th, and they can not guarantee that. She offered to upgrade my shipping, but could not do anything else for me. How can you say you will receive your items in 3-7 days and it hasn't even been processed yet. I really wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered. Hopefully I will receive the Jersey I ordered before our gift exchange on the 15th, I would love to be able to upgrade my review. I also really wish the NFL, MLB, Etc. would re-think partnering with a company that cant guarantee on time delivery. Update: After posting this review, I was contacted by the company. They helped get my order processed faster, and even upgraded me to next day delivery. I received order today and the item is awesome. Thank you Fanatics for caring about your customers and making things right. I will buy from you again in the future.

Pre-Ordered NFL face masks, said to be delivered after 06/05. Emailed them 3x for a status of order and nothing. Asked for - refund, nothing. Never ordering through them again.
I purchased a UCSB Vest, I ordered based on size XL on size chart but ti would be more like an XXL or even XXXL
Told since it is manufacturer direct that it would cost me $9.99 to return to use a return label that is twice shipping cost.
Buyer beware, they say 100 percent satisfaction HOWEVER that don't count for manufacture direct items which quite a few are.
Won't be dealing with them again

The worst company
The worst company. Is now the main supplier for most online retail sites for major US sports leagues. Have had three consecutive orders over 12 months be unable to be fulfilled, and then order is cancelled.
They NEVER have what you order. I once ordered a celtics sweatshirt from the celtics shop, via fanatics. Cancelled and refunded two days later. No email or notification, after wondering where my shirt is I had to go look to see the status.
Then, tried to order Red Sox WS Gear. The very same day the items were released for sale... same story. Two weeks later, no shipment confirmation (they give you a pushed out date to when to expect shipment, so you don't think its strange when you don't get a shipment confirmation within a few days)
Now, recently Patriots superbowl gear. This time though CBS sports, which of course contracts Fanatics. Same. Story. Placed order... never fulfilled, order cancelled and refunded
I really do not know how this company makes money. They place charges, but then refund, don't ship, and don't tell you. They're even too stupid to contact and say hey this stuff is on backorder, would you like to wait? They just cancel... its absurd.
Avoid ordering from any fanatics based site. Do a favor, and buy in store, or order from a retail clothing shop and have delivered to your store. Don't waste time with these people.

It's a scam. I ordered a customized LAFC jersey size LARGE as a gift. What I got was a size SMALL knock off of an Adidas jersey. It says L on the label, but it sure ain't Large. It gets shipped from China, so to be sure I have a gift in time I also got an non-customized LAFC jersey from an Adidas store. Very different. What I got from the FanaticsTeams is an obvious Chinese knock off that even has the size wrong.

So We ordered 2 products from Fanatics and paid extra to ensure we would get said products in time. That being said on 9/30 we purchased and were given a 10/1 delivery date. After not receiving them by today 10/5 i began to dig and do some research. Here's what I was told *fanatics. Your package is being deemed lost! So I dig a bit deeper and find out that a shipper by the name of (lasership) was in charge of delivery, so i turn around and place a call to them. After I was on hold 30 minutes waiting to speak with someone I played around on the internet and went to laserships website pretty interesting all of the reviews are of packages coming up "lost" one other one even stated is was a sports order such as mine! So a rep from lasership gets on the phone and tells me they are deeming it lost as well! GREAT since were 4 days after delivery date and not one person from either company decided maybe to reach out and say hey heres what happened here is how we are going to fix it. I had to call all over god's green earth just to be told there isnt anything anyone can do. To me this is poor customer service on both companies part and If I was fanatics I would NOT continue to use Lasership at all EVER! This case makes me likely to not do business with Fanatics due to the apprehension of not knowing if Lasership is involved.

I bought a box of Topps museum collection as a Christmas present for myself. It arrived on December 21,2023 damaged. So I contacted customer service and they sent me another box and I was to return the damaged box to them. This was sent out on 12/29/3023. When this box arrived, it was also damaged.
So I contacted customer service yet again and they sent me two separate shipping labels and apologized for the inconvenience and within 10 business days a refund would be processed to the original form of payment. The packages arrived in Florida just after 10am on 01/10.
Today is day 10 and I am still waiting on an e-gift card of $427.98 (e-gift cards from previous returns were used to purchase the box).
I'm about to contact the better business bureau. I've returned stuff to fanatics before and have received e-gift cards less than 24 hours after the box was dropped off at the post office. I have missed out on several promotions during this time frame that I could've used my e-gift card on.
I'm beginning to regret my decision now about doing any sort of business with fanatics after this. It really has left a sour taste in my mouth and being in management myself, if I ever treated my customers or employees like this, I'd be fired a long time ago.

I had the pleasure of speaking with a very helpful customer service dept who assisted me with my order.
I ordered my items on November 4,2020 and they were shipped on November 5,2020 by FedEx. FedEx is another issue but I digress. FedEx instructed me to call Fanatics because only they could change the shipping address while it is in FedEx's possession. I contact Fanatics and they stated that their company policy dictates, 'If FedEx could not find the address, then they will return my package to stock and refund my money.' I am not asking for a refund, I want what I ordered. I paid for the package so why can you not call FedEx to change the delivery address in lieu of having to refund money; it is a simple phone call. You are supposed to be selling Major league items but you have middle school business practices. I had an issue with a Jersey I ordered 2 years ago and now I will NEVER order from these people again. If I could put a negative overall rating I would. Please don't insult me with a generic apology that you placed on all the other reviews. This was a birthday gift for my son who LOVES soccer and I cannot count on you to do it right.

I have bought numerous item's from Fanatic's. The provide great jerseys, t-shirts etc... They provide great customer service and product selection. I will purchase more in the future.
Leading up to Christmas I purchased several items that were of great quality. Although I had to return some of the items, Fanatics exchanged them with no problem.
I ordered a jersey off of this website. My order went through and I got my confirmation number and all. Then a week later I never got any notifaction that my item had shipped so I went on my account only to find out my order had been cancelled. I then called customer service and they notified me that my item was out of stock. Fine but I still never got an email to notify me of this or to let me know when my refund would go through. Once I got my refund I realized they didn't give me my full amount back. They charged me the sales tax on an item I never even received! So I called customer service and easily got my sales tax back but what frustrates me the most is the fact that they are stealing people's money on sold out products. Why would you still have a product up for sale on a website that is out of stock? Oh probably because people will still order the item and when they don't receive it they don't get their full amount back that they paid for it and don't even realize it so fanatics is just making money by screwing people off of sales tax on an item they don't even have in stock. Ridiculous and wrong I will NEVER order from here again.

I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying. I don't know why I had such a good experience with them when it sounds like everyone else is angry with them. I'm curious to see how it goes for you.
