International air tickets are generally costly, so when you have a site like this it becomes fairly easy for you to travel. I have used their services numerous times and every time I was blessed with cheap airfare deals.
I booked my flight on Saturday, February 21 and got an immediate confirmation stating my flight was confirmed. After 10 mins, I get a follow up email stating there was a credit card mismatch. I tried calling them several times for the next 48 hours, waiting from 30 minutes to 1 hr and still could not get a hold of a customer service representative. Someone finally emails me stating the flight increased from $765 to $815. I told them that I will only authorize a payment with the original booking price and I haven't heard from them yet.
This website has made it possible for me to travel within my budget round the year! I am happy with the deals that it offers and most of the time I am able to get a good discount.

So I booked a round trip with them and immediately received a confirmation email with card being charged and a PNR number with the airline. I then went on the airline website and this PNR would not work and not display any itinerary. Ofcourse I kept calling them with long hold times. Finally got hold of an agent who said it was never ticketed cause the price went up - when asked why wasn't I notified they said they don't and to read the fine prints in the email! I denied paying the increased fare and asked to talk to supervisor and he hung up on me. So basically I thought they cancelled booking.
I made another fresh booking directly with the airline and when I went to the airport to check in found that there was another confirmed booking from faregeek! They never issued me a ticket number in the email and ticketed even when I asked to cancel!
So now I'm disputing that charge with my credit card - has anyone else disputed and got the money back?

Greece is a vast and beautiful place. The tickets are very expensive. But thanks to faregeek for the budget tickets. I saved a huge bunch and used it on my trip.
Do not use this company! I just had to cancel my credit card after I ws instructed to wire cash to a bank account in LA for two flights booked to the Cayman Island!
I am extremely dissatisfied and I strongly suggest not booking with FAREGEEK. I made a reservation with FAREGEEK and I attempted to call to change my reservation within 24 hours of booking the flight. I called several times and waited on hold for a long time each time I called. I also left a message. No one ever answered nor called me back. The 24 hours passed and finally after calling them again several days later I was finally able to get ahold of someone who said that I have no choice but to pay the airlines $200 flight change fee plus fare difference. This is extremely unfair given that they simply don't answer their phones nor do they call you back. USE A DIFFERENT AIRFARE WEBSITE BECAUSE ANY / ALL OF THEIR COMPETITORS HAVE MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN THIS.
I was not expecting to save a great deal on my tickets to Finland. However, with this website I got to save $10 that was a big saving for me. Thank you so much and keep up this amazing service.
Ordered tickets through Faregeek on the Tripadvisor web site, HUGE MISTAKE - (why TA allows these scammers on their site is outrageous) Anyway, we decided to cancel our booking a day later and asked for their cancellation policy. They said they can only give it over the phone...? I emailed repeatedly and by phone of our desire to cancel the booking and to see their cancellation policy. They refused to provide it. We booked for Dec it's only April now. I have repeatedly asked them to confirm our cancellation and also that we do not expect to see any charges from them on our cc. Still nothing from them. To be safe we cancelled our cc. Our financial institution tells us FG is extremely shady, company phone numbers don't match region of business advertised etc. They never update posted pricing till you book etc. BEWARE. I have also told Tripadvisor they need to remove them from their website because it reflects poorly on them too. FOLLOW UP - Tripadvisor went to bat for us and FG cancelled our flight at N/C. Praise God alone for that!
Same thing that happen to u all happened to me, booked they send conf. Email and NEVER send me ticket and come to find out I had no ticket! Stayed hours and hours on the phone with them and at the end all they said sorry there is nothing we can do other than u pay the regular price now! DONT EVER EVER USE THIS PEOPLE EVER AGAIN
This guys are a HUGE scam! All they do is trying to attract people to their site by having the best rate out there. After you book the tickets with that "best" price they have, they send you a "confirmation." Well that confirmation does not mean anything - it`s not a real reservation confirmation (it`s how they say their attempt to get you that price). So then they call you few days later, after you already think you have your tickets booked and confirmed to tell you that they can not give you the same rate because the airlines raised their price, but they can sell you the ticket for $200-$300 more. So, now they already have your credit card info and everything and their rate is now much more than at other agencies, but you are already half way in with them and that`s how they are hoping you will just say yes and authorize the charges. THIEVES! That`s all they are. This unfortunately happened to me twice with them not once, and that`s how I know that the first time was not just the coincidence, but that`s the way this crooks do "business."

Was rerouted to this site from Skyscanner.com which I thought to be a reliable site for comparing prices for flights. However this is turning really ugly.
I'm supposed to leave with my girlfriend in two days, and yesterday i received an email from the company asking me to pay in cash to a bank account, because the deal i bought giving them my credit-card information, "could not be payed by credit-card". Why would they then ask for my card information.?
Smelled really fishy so I tried to call them during their allegedly office hours.

I have now been waiting in 1 hour and 14 minutes, but they still haven't picked up. I doubt any of them even are working.
Now I have paid for an expensive hotel in Jamaica for 5 nights, they have my credit card information, won't pick up my call, asking for cash and I have no $#*!ing flights for Jamaica...
These bastard really screwed me over. Do yourself a favour and don't use their service.

Booked a flight, got a call 30 minute later saying that the price I got was a package deal.
They asked me for more money, I said no. They said the alternative is that you have to book your hotel with us for £600. I checked online for the same period, reasonable hotels were for £270. Then I said no way, I have better offers online and they offered me a hotel outside of the city for £320 (when I could get one inside the city next to the conference venue for £270). Said not interested, they said they will cancel the ticket, I was happy with their decision and gave them the confirmation that if it is not for that price, I am not interested in the ticket.
Send them 3 emails to say update me if you have cancelled my ticket or processed it, no response yet (funny how they called me back to raise the ticket within 30 minutes of booking but no response for a day since I am asking for some sort of confirmation).
Went to the bank, transferred the available funds to my wife's account so the transaction wont be successful before the money is taken out, and informed the bank of FareGeek's bad behaviour and cancelled the purchase.
If I could, I would gladly give them 0 star or take away the stars given above since I am highly certain, it is them and not legitimate customers, they are trying to change the customer crowdsourced feedback.
First off we booked our ticket from Florida to Toronto. Everything was great. Right away we got our confirmation letter with the total payment being 300 dollars. Three days later my visa was charged two different transactions of 195 which means they over charged us by 45 dollars each transaction a total of 90 dollars. I contacted customer service after waiting 40 mins someone finally answered the phone to tell me that unfortunately there was nothing they could do at this time and someone would be back to me in 5 days. She made me send her evidence that my visa had been over charged because they couldn't "see" it on their end so I did. She ensured me someone would get back to me in 5 days. I made her forward me the proper e-tickets as we hadn't received these yet, I am on the phone with wire Canada right now to make sure these tickets are legit and we won't be stuck in the United States with no way home. Someone best be back to me within the next 5 days with the refund on my visa account. Never book with this stupid travel agency again!

My flights from London to Vancouver were cancelled in 2020 because of covid and I was told a voucher would be valid for future use.
After literally hundreds of emails I managed to secure flights the following summer for the same trip, however Faregeek told me it would not be the direct flight that I originally bought -I would have to stopover in Calgary before travelling on to Vancouver. I didn't want to do this, so said I would just use the portion to go to Calgary and not wait for a connecting flight to Vancouver.
The company are now trying to claim £259 for a change of route even though it was due to them not being willing to uphold the original direct flight which my voucher was for - all I did was not want to use the second flight -this was cheaper for them. They didn't charge this extra at the time, but today contacted me out of the blue, nearly 6 months after I got home, demanding payment. When I told them I would not be paying a random person calling me over the phone, 6 months after the service was delivered, they said they were going to make sure all airlines block me from flying with them. As funny as it is that this company thinks it holds the power to do this, as only the Government do, others may well have felt bullied into paying the money. Avoid this company at all costs.

Booked a flight with Faregeek and was overcharged by $108 on my credit card. Called a month ago and was told that I would be getting a refund check in the mail within 2-3 weeks. It's literally been past 3 weeks and still nothing. I called back again and was told that the cheque would be coming in another 3-4 days. This is a completely ridiculous wait time! I'm a student with not a lot of money and quite frankly overcharging your customers and making them "wait" this long seems pretty sneaky of Faregeek to do. To be honest I was going to recommend Faregeek to other people for your cheap prices, but after this I'm not so sure
*** Finally received my money at the end of December. Funny how I had to call a third time with a guy named Nelson who told me it would come within another week and promised to email me a status update within 48hrs on my refund which he never did. As well he told me that it takes 2 billing cycles for refunds to be processed which seems ridiculous for a company like this. As well I sent a message to DAN, the Faregeek rep on this page telling him my booking number and contact info mid December in which he NEVER replied nor did any supervisor contact me within 24 hours. So pretty much Faregeek lied to me and no one really knew what was going on. I'll never be using Faregeek again nor recommending this to anyone I know. To be honest, I've seen small startup companies with 10x better customer service and operations than this company.

Faregeek are scammers! For your own protection do not use them! The tension they cause while booking a flight is unbearable and i had a n experience where they told me that my card details didn't work and wanted different details. They ended up cancelleing my booking BUT STILL CHARGED MY CARD FOR THE TICKETS!

They ask for $150 change of ticket even when the airline gives up to 24 hours for changes at no cost
They tell you to call the airline and the airline tells you to call them

WHAT BALLS!
Finally called in english to change the date and they take my card number. The day after they email me for address, then the next day: phone number, the next day: Drivers License photocopy, then after doing everything they asked of me, they still didn't charge the card for the date change. Well they waited and replied that They hadn't received any photocopy and now that the ticket date has passed it will cost $1200, 3 times more than previous. I was stranded in Argentina. This company is a professional scam artists that will suck the money out from your pocket and nothing you can do about it. Negative stars, for your own good, stay away.
