I had to be there at Spain for an official tour and had to book my tickets within 7 days. That was quiet a short time. My company travel manager recommended me this website. And when I purchased my tickets I got a discount. That was a pleasant surprise.

I love to tour around the Asian destinations. This website provides me with the best Asian tour deals, both in terms of the destinations and ticket prices. I am happy and will be recommending it to by friends as well.

I needed to book my flight tickets to California at an emergency basis. Since I didn't have a huge amount to spend, I was looking for cheap tickets. This website provided me exactly what I needed at the eleventh hour.

Faregeek it's a really bad company I made a reservation for four people. They charged me 5 tickets instead of 4 tickets. Not only that but they charge me $100 extra for a mistake that they made and they will argue with you. If you ask to speak to a manager good luck because they will not let you speak to a manager. So please don't think twice think 3 or 4 times before you make any reservations with them. They have really really bad customer service.

They are Rude and not able to book your flights. Totally lost of time. Additionally they will ask you more money than what you see on the initial reservation, just because they were not able to secure it...

DONT USE THEM!

Don't ever book the tickets with them... They don't have any presence in USA. If you want to call them, 40 minutes is a minimum wait time... after they pickup the call, they will again put you on hold for 15-20 minutes. If you want to make some changes to you itinerary, they will try to rob your pocket... They will charge minimum $200 as Agent change+Difference fair+Airline change fee... They will not tell you about agent change fee... They will not send you invoice for any charges on your credit card, they will not send you e tickets which has fair details... worst travel agency... People who posted positive review never spoke to their customer services or never require any changes but if you require to call them... you are out of luck...

As several others, my airline confirmation got cancelled, and I received no notification of this, and went to the airport, no ticket. I telephoned twice when I got back home, spoke to two rude men who told me that i was sent an email notifying me of the cancellation, and said they sent me a copy. I received nothing. I asked for a copy of this email be mailed to me. They said they didn't do that, only email. I have never had problems with buying tickets with any other company. I will not use this one again, and do not recommend that others use it, and from now on, I will call the airline company to verify that I really do have a ticket.

Horrible! I dont think it could be worse. I bought tickets with them to go to brasil to visit my family. After we (me and my boyfriend) bought the tickets we both had our cards stolen. 3 weeks before our trip they contacted us that they changed our itinerary. They added 3 stops! They said we could be refunded but it would take 6 weeks for the money to go back to my card (which was canceled). It took me a whole day to arrive in my city instead of the promised 12 hours. Not to mention that they scheduled flights that had intervals of one hour. As a result I had to run in the airports so I wouldnt miss the flight. If you use skyscanner or websites like this be careful and pay attention to which agency you are buying with. Read reviews and do make the same mistake that I did.

Beware! They tricked us by advertising the very cheap ticket prices, and I fell into it.
After we paid for the tickets, they confirmed back with the lower class tickets but higher prices than what we agreed. So, we called them back, and tried to get the situation resolved. They didn't help us at all, so we ended up cancel the transactions. They canceled part of the transaction and left $1550 for service fee which they said it not refundable. We tried to dispute the amount, but we couldn't. Conclusion, I lost $1550 for NOTHING!

I was looking for cheap flights to Australia and I was running on my month-end savings. I had to visit Australia for a spiritual workshop by my favourite life-coach and I land up using this website. I managed a discounted one-way ticket to Australia and save about $17. That was very helpful. Thank You!

When I booked and bought my tickets for Venezuela for a very less price from this website, I actually believed what my friend told me about this website i. E. you are able to book tickets for less. Was very happy with the deal.

Having a horrible customer service for the last a month or so. We were sold a ticket and it was for a minor. We were promised that we will be refunded and it's been over a month still not seen the money back in our account

For my low-budget travels I am always looking at websites to buy cheap tickets. With faregeek I recently purchased my ticket to Greece and saved a huge amount that I had to shell out, if I booked my tickets elsewhere. I am going to recommend this website to my family and friend.

Me and my wife had to visit Dubai to attend a friend’s wedding reception, for which we needed tickets to be booked at the last hour. My wife suggested this website and we got the tickets at a good price that was not expensive as we thought it would be. That was a relief.

I have a group with which I travel. We are always in the hunt for cheap tickets. Since this website provides less priced tickets and I booked it a couple of time and have been happy with the service, I am now going to recommend it to my travel group.

Horrible company! AKA BookAirfare.com - a void at all costs. I came across them as an option through skyscanner.com. I was looking for the best rates on fares to Ireland & they came up with the cheapest flights. They weren't ridiculously cheaper, but enough to take advantage of the offer. So, I booked the flights online & was given an onscreen confirmation with the flight details, along with a Trip ID & Reference # & was told I'd be receiving an e-mail with additional details 24-48 hours later. Two weeks later, that never came. Attempts to contact them went unanswered. I've since filed a dispute with my credit card vendor & a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (they already have a letter grade of F with that organization, if that's any indication as to their level of quality). Do not do business with this company. They did not respond to the BBB & I've been instructed to follow up with the State Attorney General.

I saw great deals on their site. BUT:

They show TrustE & VeriSign Secured logos on their web pages, but when you click on them nothing happens. Legitimate logos can be clicked and a verification page will open and will display whether the site is verified.

So that's not a good sign.

I stopped myself from using the web site until I hear back from VeriSign.

Also there is something strange in the description.

The web site specifies that they accept only credit cards from Canada and USA, they are based in Los Angeles (Tarzana), yet it is described that if you use a credit card from a foreign country the price will post in Canadian dollars?!

Too many red flags,

I have recently used the websites mobile app to get my tickets to Prague and I loved it. The ticket booking process is fast and the site is always up and running. Thank you for creating this great app.

We also had a terrible experience with Faregeek. The site indicated that there were 4 seats available and we purchased two. However only one came through as purchased and the other did not. We contacted them and not only were they rude, unhelpful, and difficult to understand, minutes after the purchase, they charged us a $100. Cancellation fee for the one ticket which was purchased. They refused to waive the fee. This company really feels like it scammed us and does not seem to care about getting future business. Had they tried to find a comparable flight ( they suggested a flight that was hundreds more with a 14 hour layover) waived the cancellation fee, and been considerate or apologetic, we may have thought them to be reputable. I hope people vet them before using them. We learned our lesson.

I had to get my tickets for Peru so I checked this website. When I opened the website next morning to book my tickets I saw a reduction in prices. I quickly booked the tickets got a good saving. I am waiting for similar discounts on other destinations as well.

The mobile app for this website is pretty impressive. You just need to download it in your mobile akin to any other app and start using it. I used it to book my tickets to Geneva and the process was smooth and easy.
