The flight itself was fine. The online booking and subsequent phone calls were a gong show. Flair managed to find so many ways to screw things up. The website said "print your boarding pass" but it would not print. The phone call to rectify this only created more problems. The website insisted on creating the same baggage allotment for the both of us and the subsequent phone call to Flair ended up giving my wife less baggage for the return trip than the outgoing trip. During one phone call, the agent could not understand this and he hung up in my face. Many other problems too numerous to mention.
My husband book returned flight when we got to the airport there was no flight the time they gave us you cannot reach them no one to talk to it impossible no email to say flight has changed nothing no phone call end up sleeping in hotel and a 1300$ charge to get back home with no explanation nothing we went and complain the next day no one called so I guess I will just get a lawyer it's terrible
Disgusting, fraud, rude staff, supervisor is so rude, unprofessional. This airline should be banned. This is a scam. They are all bunch of idiots. Stay away from them. Will never use this airline. Supervisor Abigail Notre at Pearson airline does not know how to speak to customers. Very rude. She is basically a threat to us. Must be sacked from her job. She does not know what is the meaning of customer service. Even other staff is rude too. Unprofessional behaviour. Unethical business practice. Just charging for everything even it says cabin luggage is free. SCAM FRAUD.
I booked through Expedia. There was a problem with my first leg of my trip. I had to make changes. With ALL THE EXTRA fees my $980 trip for four turned into $2500 trip. Got charged a call center fee for EACH TICKET when THEIR website was admittedly down. Have had over 30 emails and calls and they REFUSE to issue ANY KIND of refund. Just as an aside the LEG ROOM was horrendous and seats COULD NOT be reclined to help make it any more comfortable.
I have flown A LOT and this was the WORST FLYING and CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I have ever had.
When you book in ultra cost airline you shouldn't expect 5 stars service, Flair do the job moving you safely from A to Z, that's what you paid for and they return to you,
Loved my experience! I was surprised by the comfort level for a low-cost flight. We took other flights after (other companies) and had less leg room in regular airlines.
The staff was super kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend.
Obviously, this is a low-cost option: one should not expect the same level of service as a flag carrier like Air Canada, but you are paying a lot less too. To me, it makes sense.
I would definitely fly with Flair again!
This is the worst airline I have ever flown with. They are ALL about the extra fees, they don't care about anything else. Horrible booking, horrible customer service, horrible experience. If I could give them zero stars I would. Stay far away, the slightly lower prices are not worth it, you'll end up paying the same and the experience is horrific.
I love everything about Flair airlines. It felt like a personal assistant every step of the way. From checkin reminders to texts telling me what gate. Simply amazing and the price is fantastic. Highly recommend them.

I found out that my flight was cancelled at the airport, two hours before departure. No reason given by the staff. The options I was offered: refund of the flight (an amount of 125$) or reschedule my flight 6 days later...
Other flights were still available with other airlines, nothing to do, Flair will not help you at any time to propose an option that will bring you to your destination as soon as possible to minimize the inconvenience.
I had to buy a new plane ticket on the spot at my own expense at more than 1100$ to get back home. Unacceptable. Flaire Airline, never again.
Worst experience of my life. Lost my luggage and they didn't figure it out in more then a week where is my luggage.worst customer care. When I raise my voice to their customer service desk person he stated saying to call the security. My whole vacation spoiled. Simply I will say this airlines is $#*!. Answer: Total scam. Wonder if the aircraft will actually get to thr destination on all thr "bandaids" they use to keep it together. And expect extortion rates at the gate for a personal item that will easily fit under the seat in front of you.
