Really worst experience ever. I was travelling to Vancouver on 27th of august and i added all my bags in advance as a package and stuff they do with checkin. I paid 120$ for 3 bags. Lady at the counter who checked me in was a disaster. First she make me pay extra for luggage again and then she left me at counter and went for another passenger at another stations. I was there calling her for assistance she completely ignored me. She makes me pay extra 90$ for the luggage. The timing was 1:40 pm around on that day. Really worst customer service ever. When i was coming back from Vancouver i checked in again there on 2 sept then the person who helped me didn't asked me any more money as he confirmed all of my bags were included in the package i got for 120 each as in 240 for both sides. So that means she made me pay extra for her pocket money … really horrible experience.
I was about to fly with Flair but my flight was delayed twice then finally cancelled without anybody from Flair to tell us what is going on. I only found out the alleged reason after I filed a compensation. They gave me two conflicting reasons why the flight was delayed. One is, they admit their fault so I am eligible and two is safety reason which means I am not eligible for compensation. The next time you book a flight, think twice. Either you want a nightmare or you want a success.
Missed two consecutive flights, first one was due to unforeseen circumstances and second one they closed the gate as we were trying to board…said no refund for either flight

I found the people working extremely rude, unprofessional and completely unsympathetic.
Purchase time they allow 8kg but, we are three person Toronto to Vancouver they charge 77.97. Vancouver to Toronto they 233.10. That we talk to manager but she is too rude and very bad attitude. Same size and weight, different charge. Really its very very bad experience
Flight cancelled and automatically rebooked for six days later. Three hours on hold with customer service and the best they could do was two days later. Supposedly giving us hotel vouchers for all nights. First night came through but we were told we had to contact customer service AGAIN the next day. Five customer service agents, three chats, five useless texts and 14 hours later they sent a voucher for the wrong hotel! Their customer service is BEYOND USELESS! Save yourself the frustration - the money saved isn't worth it. If they cancel tomorrow night's flight I will go balistic!
@FlairAirlines Return flight was canceled, Jan 2023, from Kitchner to Toronto, and we were not notified nor compensated for accommodation or meals. Promised $2500 in 30 business days, now it is March and nothing! Given run around and no compensation. Do not *******@FlairAirlines
They promised us a refund because we had to check 3 bags and it was. Almost 1000$ to check them. We called.in well.in advance they said it was no problem and approved it. It's a month later and they owe me over 1000$ no refund received. They do not return emails or answer the phone. I will likely have to go to small claims court if I want to see my money. They are a dishonest bunch of lying theves. Buyer beware, they will rip you off. Horrible conpany.
Flair Airlines left my family and I stranded in Fort Laurendale with no support. Our flight got canceled last minute to go back home to Ottawa via email and they only thing they could do is rebook our flights 8 days later. No compensation, hotel voucher absolutely no support. They gave us the run around by asking us to email they claim department but nobody from Flair would follow up with us. We had to at our own expensive book a rerun flight 2 days later at crazy high price ($4k). Cost of hotel, food and transportation was at our cost. We have called and emailed the airline and no return calls or emails.
Do yourself a favour don't book with Flair Airline it's not worth it.
Worst experience - booked in advance and planned my vacation around it and they changed my flight without notifying me - my original flight was at 6 am and they wanted me there at 3 am (3 hours prior for a domestic flight). Guess what? They changed the flight time without notifying me or confirming that I was notified.
Furthermore, they sell you leg room but all seats are the same - they sell you for carry-on but end up checking the bag...you have to pay for onboard entertainment and snacks - instant coffee $3.50 for 8ozcup...on and on...
I books a flight from YLW to YYC return through cheapo air. MUST check in on line. During check in process, I find I can ONLY bring ONE carry on item: my purse. So I add a checked bag to my flight. Site says fee is $49. The purchase does not go through. I contact customer service & after one hour trying to purchase that checked bag, I get charged $56.70. I am probably going to have the same issues with my return flight. I will NEVER fly Flair Air again.

Answer: Total scam. Wonder if the aircraft will actually get to thr destination on all thr "bandaids" they use to keep it together. And expect extortion rates at the gate for a personal item that will easily fit under the seat in front of you.
