Placed an order 3 weeks ago, paid for DHL delivery, quoted at 3-7 days. Can't track my order even though I paid for a delivery method that supposedly has full tracking. Emails I sent questioning the status of my order were previously replied to (they have gone silent the last few days...), but the questions I ask always go unanswered. I get a standard, cut and paste "your order is on its way, please wait a further xxxx days" response. Unacceptable and quite disgusting lack of service. First and last time I order from Gearbest. I wholeheartedly recommend that you think long and hard before ordering from this company.

12/12 - Still haven't received the order. Still in conversation with Gearbest. Still can't get an honest response to my questions...

15/12 - They have stopped responding to all queries. They flat out refuse to give status updates.

I bought two products 07. 11. 15. The order came in excellent form. Product quality is at a high level. Delivery is not long, it took just over a month, I am very happy. And most importantly, prices in this store is much lower than in many others. I will continue to shop here :)

Well. Experience of making three or four purchases probably allows me to compose a more or less thoughtful review on how it is. However quite likely that would be too much boring reading for anyone of you. After all, in most of the cases a subject worth long and detailed speech solely if something is wrong, but if everything is okay and accordingly you have nothing to complain or worry about, it's enough just to say it clear but as briefly as you can. I made a couple of orders in your store. I liked the fact that you are selling mostly original, not fake branded goods. For example Xiaomi. All items at my order is working. I used it a few month all work fine.

Most of the time everything goes as planned, even when it does not I have been able to come to an acceptable agreement with Gearbest.

Would recommend, just be aware that they ship from China, so the transit time can be long.

I ordered several products, was very surprised when they were sent a day after the payment. I was given a photo of my parcels, as well as tracking number. Pleased that it is safe to pay through PayPal, if there are problems with the quality or delivery, I will not lose their money. I recommend to all this Store

I've used the site a few times and have recommended to friends. The free shipping worldwide is a huge selling point as high shipping costs have put me off other sites before. The quality of item depends on product but the prices are so low they feel like having a "direct from warehouse" rate. The shipping is surprisingly quick as well, something I did not expect.

Customer service communication is very quick.

I have already bought several times on gearbest. Each time everything was ok - items original as described and packages well secured. Some of them delivered faster some slower but always delivered with no problems. For sure I will order more from gearbest.

I ordered five items for Christmas. I received three. The orders were broken into 3 different shipments and one of the shipments never arrived. Gearbest customer service played back and forth game in communication before finally simply saying, "it's not our fault" and refusing to reship or refund the items I did not receive. Apparently... it's my fault the items never showed up. I order from a lot of online companies. My experience with missing deliveries has been rare, but this is my first experience with a company that refuses to address missing items in any manner. Thankfully, the money I'm out is not significant. I will not use this business again.

I was wary about buying anything from so far away ( I am in the UK) but, considering the time difference and distance from me, Gearbest have been fantastic. Support queries were dealt with within 24 hours, which some sites say they will but don't. Alternatives were offered clearly and efficiently and I was kept informed at all times about my order. Tracking was very good and gave me confidence to know my goods were dispatched and were on their way. My quadcopter was delivered in 4 days with expedited delivery which was still way cheaper than other sites. I have now bought a few items from them and they are now high on my shopping list for tech stuff. Highly recommended.

Hello! I want to share my buying experience on the website gearbest.com. The site is satisfied, there were no obvious problems. And that their support was quickly resolved. What can not but rejoice. As for the purchased watches, I can say that they are very good for their price. The charge holds 20 days. Some have more. Steps thinks the heart rate monitor is working fine. In general, I am pleased with the store and order in particular.

Yet another great experience with shopping on Gearbest. I ordered Xiaomi ******* mAh Power Bank. Product is original. Shipping time was 17 days, that's in my opinion very fast as I live in the Czech Republic. Also, I got better price as it was not my first order and that counts.

Don't trust Gearbest.com. They might occasionally try to cheat on your orders.
Check their web-site and look for buyers item feedbacks - you won't find any critical remarks regarding products.
Try to ask inconvenient questions about items - they will play dumb or won't respond.
Never order from them without tracking info, they will screw you.
They are not honest, period.

I started buying GB from November 2017. Did 31 order and continue to do them. Good products with great prices. A lot of discount coupons in the group of VK and Telegram.
