I have been shopping from GearBest since 2015 and never had a problem. Products were delivered on or before time and without any damage. My gadgets are still working fine. I can easily advice you to visit and check their products.

Gearbest is a good online store. Shipments are very well packed. If even the shipment came damaged / faulty then the help center quickly helps solve the problems.

Gearbest has best sales ever! If you add GB points to it, there's no better offer. Of course, sometimes you have to wait for the product, but hey, it's a long way and you should be ready for that. In case you have any more trouble - PayPal payment is always secure and you get your money back. Although, it's rather rare that something goes wrong

Gearbest is the one of my best shopping websites because it ships fast and if you didn't get the product it will give you a refund in 2 days max. I recommend the website to all who want shop without problem.

Gearbest is one of those websites you'll be happy to have come across. They have such a wide variety of goods - a lot of which I never even new I needed!:)
They're perfect for all those odds-and-ends you wish somebody had invented, or for all sorts of tech gadgets and gizmos at really cheap prices.

The quality of the items is usually surprisingly good (when considering the low prices). Sure, shipping from China can take a while and a lot of items are supplied with very basic or no packaging - but the products themselves rarely leave anything to be desired.

I purchased a Lenovo P2 phone from them advertised for a particular european model and the phone that was delivered turned out to be for the Chinese market and missed out a critical 4G band 20 which means the performance for reception is very poor. I have pointed this out to their terrible support after becoming engaged in a 3 week email exchange including many photos of the packaging and materials. They would not acknowledge that I had purchased the phone from them and used email delay tactics to push me beyond my statutory rights period so I they won't accept the phone back for a refund. This is nothing short of fraud. Avoid at all costs.

I had a great experience with Gearbest. Their products are usually the cheapest, they have quite good shipping time (2-3 weeks to Israel), You get points for each order and review you post that can be used for a discount on your next purchase. Good and responsive customer service, overall a great online shop.

Product have a premium build and solid. The batter life was so good and it would charge fast too, thanks to the built in fast charge technology and USB type C that came with the phone.

The customer service was top notch too, they were readily available to answer all questions I have and they even gave me a fast refund for an item they didn't ship. Kudos to the team.

Gearbest makes you feel like you are their most important customer, even when I didn't have insurance on my parcel and my local postal service lost my parcel the customer service always helped me kindly as far as the could and gave me a refund. The new order arrived and they are wonderful products at such a low price. I am especially happy with how they treat their customers.

I ordered a Xiaomi smartphone some time ago. This was the lowest price at the time of purchase.
The customer service responds pretty fast when you have a question, this took about one business day for them to respond.
The smartphone arrived quickly, about 20 days from gear shipped from China is not that long.
I got tracking information so I could keep an eye on where the items were.
The item arrived in a great condition.

I would order more at Gearbest on Christmas sale.

Dropped 1 star because product descriptions can have mistakes and getting a refund for wrongly ordered items is difficult. Refunds for faulty items are usually trouble free. I recommend always paying with PayPal and not having refunds go to your GearBest wallet. This way you can always contact PayPal to resolve disputes.

From my experience, Gearbest offers perfect customer protection. Sometimes it happens that the goods is damaged or wrong, but they always refunded without needing me to return the goods back. I have purchased in this store Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 tablet. It was sent by Netherlands Post and was received after 3 weeks. The package was undamaged (more bubble wrap needed). Original factory boxes with items were sealed by gearbest seal for protection. Tablet is still working without problems.
I am also satisfied with Gearbest customer support service. I made one wrong order, and when I asked the support to cancel it, it was done immediately and my money was refunded back to my account. Payments are made by PayPal, so anyway, all the purchases are protected.

I've been ordering from Gearbest for around a year now. They have great products, the prices are really good, postage and packaging is cheap and usually arrives within 7-10 days. This is particularly good against some other Chinese sites taking anywhere from 30-50 days to reach the UK. If you're a hobbyist or tech fan, this is the best site for you. I can't recommend it enough!
