This is my favourite Chinese store as the prices are always that bit cheaper than everywhere else. I've put in seven orders since December and received them all no problems. I like the NL post option (recommended) which seems to get the package quicker to Ireland. There's always good discount coupons available if you search the Web for them! I've not had any problems yet (touch wood) so I can't say what their returns process is like. I mainly buy TV boxes from them.

I purchased a backpack for my laptop, after about two weeks it was delivered to me in Italy by the courier and the product fully satisfied me.
I have been shopping on Gearbest for more than one year and I had no issue regarding my orders till now.
Every time I asked questions, via chat or TT, I always received answers in a very short time.
Prices are low and sometimes you can find coupons, flash sale and discounts that allow you to save more money.
I usually pay with PayPal without any problems.

Have been buying different stuff there since 2016. So far I got all the items that I've ordered with no problems whatsoever. At first shipping was slow up to 90 days with first orders in 2016, but now it's way faster and I'm getting parcels in 20-25 days or so. Besides coupons and bonus points system this shop has fantastic choice of folding knives of all shapes and sizes and the quality is very good for the price.

Bought at a very cheap price. Quickly received only 25 days. About the product: ordered Xiaomi power bank ******* mAh silver color. Me Liked a little more convenient and perfectly working. Charges my iPhone 5 about 5 times. Included was very good quality USB cable and booklet in English.And basically I still satisfies. Take it with me everywhere and at work and at leisure. I did make 2 orders from Gearbest during 2016 & 17 and i am happily satisfied with both purchases. Shipping is secured and quick as i am living in New Zealand where it takes so long for passing Customs also the packaging used are well protected, wrong items did sent to me but they instantly help me out to find the best solutions that suits me so what more i could ever ask for!

Since there are so many stores around, I am gonna say in what way Gearbest was different for me, the first point is their support, they use to answer like they actually read what you write, only sometimes it seems like an automatic response... The second point would be the option to parcel my purchases, this is important since we do it a lot here (Brasil), and last, the shipping insurance works when it is needed.

I have placed many orders on Gearbest and I must say that I have always been extremely pleased! The free shipping obviously takes a few more days to get to the destination, but you have to consider that almost always items are shipped from their warehouses in China, so it's normal! Instead, the fast shipping (in my case is called Italy Express) allows me to receive the order after less than two weeks. Customer service is very efficient and timely in responses. What's so important is that Gearbest rewards purchases with points that can be used for future purchases. So Gearbest promoted full marks and I'm happy to share my experience with other people. So after a two years here i'm updating my review on gearbest. Still the best in my opinion, for any of my gadget needs i still use gearbest. The delivery time has been reduced to a week does make it faster then some of my local purchases. If you need heavy discounts, even more discounts compared to site sign up for newsletter it'll never fail to disappoint you. The customer service is still best in online chinese retailer. They may take up to a day to reply but will surely be helpful and would resolve issues by then.

I ordered several times from this site and I can say only positive things. The products are usually better than expected (or exactly same as they promised). The shipping time is acceptable, all of my orders arrived within 3-4 weeks or sometimes less time.
The packaging was always safe, I didn't get anything broken or damaged.
The prices are great or not higher than other sites. If you play for coupons or points you can make really great deals.
I can't say anything about the customer service because I didn't need their help until this time. Everything works smoothly

Very good option buying in web shops, i have bought several times and each time the product has arrived to my hands, the first time i bought i was suspicious, but everything went well, the prices are very good, almost half price as if i had bought the products in my country.

Im waiting for the last order, it might arrive next Wednesday, a cellphone that coasted around 400 us dollars, which had coasted around 520 us dollars here in Mexico.

I have already placed several orders on Gearbest and all went well. Shipments are made to Portugal, at no cost or with very low costs, and choosing the option 'priority mail' nothing passed through Customs and on average take 15 days to deliver, which is possible to follow through the website of the gearbest and the shipper.

I already ordered different items from this store (power bank, mobile phone, case, drone, smart band and more electronic gadget). Every time I was satisfied with the goods. Products description are always clear. There is many shipping and payment method. Shopping with Gearbest.com is really easy. Shipment received very well packaged. The system with coupons and points really works. You can made extra points for review product. In Gearbest.com often there are sales. My experience with that store is very good. The first impression I had was of distrust, because of their low prices. It was then decided to look for references on this store, and I saw that they were positive.
I decided to place an order last 07/27/15, and I could not be more delighted. Products received are genuine and all in perfect condition, with its own packaging.

I am quite happy with the products I've ordered over a course of 3 years. While I'm writing this review I can see pretty bad reviews on the side which makes me quite sad because the customer service worked really well for me. They respond really quickly and the products got delivered quite fast here in europe.

I made a lot of purchases there. Lots of electronics purchased. Never had any issues with support nor products. Packages are quickly shipped, support replies quickly, also seller provides some shipping methods that greatly reduces chances to avoid customs and taxes (Poland). Using PayPal gives you additional protection, but I never needed such with this store.

Never had any issues with website - it is very intuitive.
