I came across Gearbest while looking for Xiaomi products. Its an excellent site with great prices. Especially during their flash sales. Shipping is quite fast and the cost is more than reasonable. Overall a great experience.

Ordered in this store for two years. During this time there were no problems. Excellent quality product, a variety of shipping options, fast shipping, the opportunity to pay through PayPal. Prices on average are lower than in other stores. All issues are quickly resolved with support. Great shop!

Shopping on GearBest is made fast and easy, with just a few clicks you can buy the items you're looking for at very low prices! Those are quality products, they arrive in well protected packages and decent timings

I used Gearbest to buy Xiaomi brand items: Mi Band, Mouse pad (with awesome mascot rabbit in spacesuit) and Piston Headphones. All those items were delivered without problems, although for some people delivery times may feel slow (but seriously, what do you expect from free shipping?). Packaging was perfect, in "ready to gift right now" condition.
Definitely I will buy my next item there again.

I love this shop because in my opinion, you can't find better. Aliexpress have problems with delivery and items quality(30% are pure fake), taobao-almost the same. Even being a bit more expensive than these two giants, gearbest provides quality customer service, adequate variety of different goods and pretty nice and comfortable design. I had problems only with one parcel, but cust. Service solved it in a few days and i received money back.

P. S In my opinion, the most of the people who write negative comments here about undelivered parcels, haven't bought insurance. Before ordering, read FAQ pls, i had the same problem. Thank you very much.

It's funny to read other reviews too. Either 1 or 4-5 stars. Nothing in between. For me Gearbest should find a way to update faster or even better in live time the availability of the items or be more strict to the stores that sell their products.

It's unacceptable that we pay for items and only when we issue a ticket, only then we get informed that something is out of stock.

First time, I waited more than 20 days, second time it turned out of stock just 4 days after my order (wasn't on flash sale or anything similar).

Regarding the shipping time brace yourselves if you live somewhere far from China and not close to a warehouse.

My brother is a customer too 3 years now. We used to get our orders in two weeks (as claimed by the site). Half year now, both of us have long delays and issues.

I ordered some products from their EU warehouse. They arrived within a week, so shipping was faster than I expected. I had an issue with my tracking code not working, but customer support fixed this within minutes by sending me the correct link!

I have been purchasing items from Gearbest for a while and had multiple orders. Everything worked really fine and without any problem. Sometimes the order takes a lot to arrive and other times it's much faster but, at least until now, all the deliveries got in time.

Purchased numerous products from gearbest (mostly Xiaomi branded items) without issue. Delivery time can vary a great deal, but customer service have been very responsive when I inquired. My favorite part of their site is the rewards program. Points are given fairly liberally (you get points for joining, given feedback, writing reviews, adding photos/videos to reviews, creating tickets, etc) and can be used almost as soon as they are earned. This is awesome compared to restrictive rewards programs at other stores where points expire quickly and have minimum redemption thresholds.

This is a great site for all your daily purchases. All items were delivered within 25 days(you can expect that since it is coming from China) but the prices are so cheap and impressive plus I could also use GB points which helped me save money. I could never buy items at such prices in my home country.

This shop has "audit" procedure for every good shipped away, so you have to be solid sure - your goods will work properly out of a box.

Products I've purchased from Gearbest are of good quality as it was mentioned on the product description and they're generally affordable. They also have good customer care services which is priority for me

Refund warranty?
Unfortunately, I can not report anything good here. 7 month ago I ordered a draw pad, which was faulty! Now I wait without success for 6 months and countless messages to get refunded from Gearbest!

Geart product and customer service, extra fast shipping - from warehouse in my country (2 days after clicking order it was at my desk! - faster than national post!).
