I don't always buy online but when i do, GearBest is the first of a couple sites that come to my mind because i know i'm not gonna be scam, that if i have any questions or complains they'll help me solving it. It's a quick and great service.

With gearbest I have never had any problems in the past 4 years that I buy there. Discounted prices, excellent products, wide selection and friendly and helpful customer service. Absolutely recommended.

I didn´t have many experiences with online shopping from China. I just made some smaller orders, items were delivered surprisingly fast. After that I gave gearbest full trust and I am totally satisfied. Amount of products on website is amazing and you will always receive more, than you expected for that kind of price. Anyway, it´s a long travel from China to Europe and some problems can appear, but from my experiences, they were solved in few days correctly. Fully recommend

It felt like I was trying to do business with a 7 year old child. All questions were answered vaguely with no real answer, instead I found myself constantly following up with other more direct questions.
Being a reseller of micro gadgets for the last 3 years and yet was treated with no respect whatsoever.

Hey Gear Best, wish it could have been a huge success but I'm now shopping with AliExpress.

I ordered a few times, order from 1 to 20 US Dollars.

The ordering process is well thought, with a lot of options regarding delivery. I liked this very much.

There are some issues that they need to solve:
- the dispatching takes longer than what I experienced elsewhere (ebay, bg), but they do mention that on the site (Ships within 3-5 business days). This is an area that needs to be optimized even further.
- the actual packaging of the product. I ordered an aluminum chassis for an RC car, and it was packed in an envelope (the type with small bubbles on the inside). The item arrived slightly bent, but not a big deal.

When they dispatch the item in the mail, they send you a picture of the package - very nice unique feature:)

Overall the experience was great with this site, the prices are good (cheapest FS Racing RC parts)! Recommended!

Gearbest has been one of my favourite online shop.
I've use it for over 2 years and already order more than 15 times, always with no claims.
Sometimes I use the customer service to take some doubts and they always make me clear easily.
All the products came with good quality, same aspect shown on the website pictures and came in the estimated delivery time.

A couple of times, I had some problems with the items bought but Gearbest has been responsive to help either with replacement or compensation.

Their prices are also very competitive and occasionally holds Flash Sale that further reduces the prices. One more thing, they also have a 72 hours price reduction guaranteed.

I recently bought a Z69 tv box for just £35, superb price! Parcel was delayed slightly due to a snow storm but still arrived quickly!

I ordered almost $400 in merchandise from gearbest.com on 12/5. My order did not arrive for some time. I submitted a ticket 5 days ago with no response. Today, a package came with only three out of 33 items ordered. This means they have not shipped $340 of my order and no telling what the status is. Advice to customers, dispute the credit card charge and file a complaint with the US Attorney General.

Also, any 5 star review on this site for gearbest.com is fake and you can tell by the wording and structure. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from gearbest.com. You will save yourself much disappointment. I find it quite curious that gearbest.com can respond to these poor reviews, but not answer the tickets in their system. Bad!

I've ordered many things on Gearbest and not once has it let me down. The delivery time depends on the stock quantity. For very demanding products, you have to be extremely patient. You can in deed wait up to 1 month. But if there's a problem with the order, Gearbest's support team responds quickly (that's a deal breaker for me). I'll be honest, I was a little skeptical about ordering online, but all my past experience with gearbest was perfect. I've also ordered some hefty priced stuff as a PC laptop and cellphones. And everything came in excellent shape. I highly recommend Gearbest.

It's hard to beat the prices at GB. There is something here for everyone. It takes some time to ship, but thus is the issue with buying straight from CN from US. Also, their stock status was incorrect on my last order, and I ended up having to get the item elsewhere. Dealing with customer service was simple, and they quickly refunded me, so I have no animosity towards GB in any way.
Nonetheless, I will not hesitate to shop here again, as the prices are terrific.

Ive been shopping on gearbest website for about 6 months never had any problems at all customer service is outstanding the staff are friendly they try there best to solve your issues as fast as possible not that I had many problems all my products have come and well packed I would recommend gearbest to anyone great company

Although I have paid with Paypal, and that money has already gone to GearBest, they now want high-res scans of personally-identifiable documents, preferably my driver's license or passport. They have stated that my order is "on hold", despite me having paid for it. I implore anyone to NOT send documents that can be used to steal your identity and ruin your life to some random vendor who first takes your money and then holds your shipment hostage.

My only hope now is that Paypal will offer buyer's protection in this case, but their chat already told me the chances are slim. Still, 300 down the drain is better than enabling identity theft. Stay away!

I've ordered a few things from Gearbest now. Each product received was original and works well. Most of the items came to me quite quickly and well packaged. Customer service is very friendly, but I think that not everyone understands English well, but they try their best, it only takes a little more time, which was not a problem at the moment. And they have a really nice point system, so you can save some money when you buy, although prices are low. I can only recommend a gearbest and we will definitely order it again.

About my experiences with Gearbest:

Have made plenty of orders over the last year and half or so now, and have never had a problem with any of them. If one went missing, another one would be sent out in replacement. Their shipping times are 99% spot on and prices are something thats hard to beat. If any problems then they normally respond quite quickly to questions and are very helpful. They have an app that works great and accept paypal. They also have a scoring system, so with each order you earn points. They can add up quite quick. There search could be easier, some items are to find. But overall very happy with the service they have provided me so far.

Shipping of goods without significant delays. Bought me a product of high quality, everything works. I like the work of the store - the site and the mobile application are very convenient. First I bought several garlands, with a beautiful soft light. I use them as a decal during photo sessions.

I like this store for good prices. They are much lower than local prices and in other Chinese stores. Off course I`m ready to wait some weeks or months before I get my item from China.
Last 2 months I`ve made about 10 orders from Gearbest and now received the most of them. Shipping time was from 3 to 6 weeks.

I like that they have what ebay is missing: products review, tracking number option in checkout page for just 2$ and also shipping insurance.
