The goods will arrive within the established time that may vary depending on the shipping chosen by the user. Anyway between 10-30 working days. Recommended to those who can wait to get what they want at a good price.

I'm using Gearbest as my main China electronics online store. I usually hunt for "flash sale" items. Their prices are pretty good and discounts are sometimes really big. Also their customer service is great if you need it compared to some other online stores alike.

Geart product and customer service, extra fast shipping - from warehouse in my country (2 days after clicking order it was at my desk! - faster than national post!). Quick replies for any questions and still getting better. I recommend this site to everyone. Will buy here in future (*cough* already bought another few things *cough*).
Payment methods are reasonable, prices are very good (flash sales/app only promos/%discounts). I was positively suprised with this site.

I have been ordering goods at the Gearbest store for quite some time. This is one of my favorite shops. A huge range of products, low prices. There are also exclusive products. Fast shipping. If any problems arise, the support service always solves them. Excellent shop. Recommend.

I found this site back in September 2017. I purchased a drone. Arrived in two weeks with no problems. Ive since purchased around 21 orders, so thats over 40 items. Any time Ive received something damaged, small plastic parts (its a long trip) Ive been refunded twice what I paid store credit. Other options available. They have the best Prices, Quality, Service and Items anywhere.

Till now, I made more than 10 orders and had no big issue so far, most items arrived as described in relatively good time for my country, sometimes however, the processing time may take too long especially when an item is out of stock... the customer service is kind and helpful (didn't try a dispute yet).

This is best chinese e-shop. Products ship very quickly to almost every country. Here are the cheapest things on the net, and for that good quality and at a cheap price. I highly recommend their professional service. I will definitely do shopping here many times.

Gearbest is my number 1 choice of site when I want to buy stuff from China. They have a huge variety of products and you get charged a single shipping fee no matter the warehouse. Delivery to my country with registered mail takes 3 weeks. The customer support replies promptly.

Ordered a beautiful bluetooth speaker, unfortunately it broke down and got a new one for free without hassle! I would recommend Gearbest as they are really focusing on their customer service. The quality of the products are checked by the customers themselves (so myself too!)

Hello, i made some shops on Gearbest and until now i'm very happy with the things I buy, nothing to say about the support center, twice needed info are quickly response, shipping is acceptable 3 a 4 weeks produts in hand, good shop, recommend buying, good stuff, and cheap prices, very nice.

Very good store.
After several purchases on the gearbest I almost completely switched to it from other online stores. Prices here are generally much smaller, an excellent system of charging points for orders that can then be used as real money with the following orders. Often you can catch coupons with excellent discounts on which goods can be taken almost for free.
Most orders come to Ukraine within two weeks.
The support service works well.
While no parcel has been lost or damaged, I hope this will continue.

It was my first time making any purchases at GearBest.com. I must say, stumbling across this site was the best thing ever! They have so many different cool items at great prices! What's best about their services is that they include free shipping at no additional cost without minimal purchase.

Yea i had some issues with some products but it was not their fault (they are just intermediaries). Problems have been solved with help from Gearbest support team.

The store often sell goods at very attractive prices. The order W************** was made 10.26.2015, 10.30.2015 sent, as evidenced by the photo package. 11/13/2015 goods have been received - a total of 18 days - it's very good for delivery to Russia. Were obtained 2 original LED lamps Xiaomi, everything fits the description.

I ordered two items from GearBest. I knew they would not be high quality but I like cheap gadgets to toy with too. Unfortunately, they were utter junk. First, a rigid banded smart watch/pedometer, broke when I tried to slide it on my wrist. I don't have big wrists by any stretch of the imagination, the band just didn't have any give and cracked at one of the joints right away. Next, a watch that arrived broken. Two small supposedly functional hands on it were detached when I got it. Furthermore, the watch didn't track time correctly. I posted reviews for the items on the site and neither have shown up. Then I started looking at their reviews; there are absolutely none below 4 stars. Looks like they only post 4 and 5 star reviews and any negative reviews are ignored - check for yourself. I will never buy from them again.

Gearbest is one of my favorite shops from china. They have great deals and coupons, what are really unmissable prices for goods. If the order have problems or warranty needed, the support always helpful and giving solution within 1-2 days.

I have more then 250 orders from Gearbest. The shop has become very bad in past two years. The points system is broken. Shipping date information on their product page is totally false. Do not order anything if you want to save your nerves. The lower prices are just not worth it. Their support is also constantly lying and prolonging the shipping dates. You can even expect that product you have bought will be shipped after a month ( and even never in some of my cases) and the processing time was promised to be 3 days!. I am really sick of their lies and won't be buying there anymore.

Waited over 7 weeks for delivery. Package has still not arrived.
I was given either a fraudulent or invalid tracking number which proved useless. They ignored my requests for a correct tracking number.

Further contacts with customer support have resulted in nothing but generic form replies and no action.

I will be filing a fraud complaint against both GearBest and PayPal.
