Some orders did take longer than others to reach me, but in the end I always received all of my parcels. I order from the store regularly. They are mostly small but also bigger orders. The store has clear web pages, good prices and quick response to customer requirements. Payment with paypal account and VISA card is seamless and correct. I am also satisfied with the transport to Slovakia. Delivery time is between 12-20 calendar days from China to Slovakia. Gearbest was the first shop, in which I bought from abroad. All orders (approximately 20) received me without problem. I have only one reminder - better package tracking system. On the web sites and app, tracking system is incomplete or displays event late.

Hate to say this but any positive reviews are fake and generated by an automated bot. I've scrolled back a little and noticed that some of the positive reviews repeat themselves! I have ordered a smart watch a few days ago, no response from gearbest. Classic scam. I feel so stupid for not reading reviews before purchasing... STAY AWAY from this seller!

Worst experience using online ordering. After providing payment information for a $175 order they requested I email them front and back copies of my credit card and drivers license. I cancelled the order and actually received a confirmation email the order was cancelled. Gearbest still withdrew $180 from my account (handling fee). I opened a ticket with them complaining about the withdrawal. They stated they would refund the money and another email stating they had refunded it. This was over a week ago and no refunds have been provided yet. Also, there is no further responses to my multiple requests. The phone number for support is only an answering machine. Stay away from this company.

Never received the item, Gearbest sent the item via unregistered post (not registered) without my consultation. Other items took over a month to arrive, their postal time estimates are false advertising. I was ignored when asking for my money back. Fraudulent company who stole my money.

I know that Gearbest sells even cloths, but my experience is still limited to tech products.
It has good price, compared to some other stores that I am used to buy, like AliExpress or Tomtop, and detailed information about the product, with very fast response, while using support channels. You can pay either with credit card or PayPal, with options to use bonus, gotten on reviews, daily sign in and from the items bought, with helps to reduce the cost of the product.
My lack of the five star stays by the cost of shipment, a little more than used in other sites, and because of selling without having the item on stock on flash sale (the sale said it was on stock). If you want fast delivery, think twice on buying pre-sale and flash sale.
In spite of this, I will probably continue to buy there, having my recommendation for others to by too.

Poor service, i ordered a tablet 10 days ago and i have received nothing, this people has the worst customer service ever, i left them an email 2 days ago with no response, there is not phone number to call and file a claim and if you try to contact them through the live chat option then it says that all his representative are too busy, dont buy this company or you will regret

Each package has arrived. Most are very well packed.
In case of problems, support has helped solve the problem several times (no instructions, damaged item).
Thanks to the gearbest I had great presents for Christmas!
I recommend shopping to everyone. Low prices are their biggest advantage!

I have recently bought a smartphone from gearbest, it arrived quite quickly as allways, never had any problem with an order from them and the customer support is great, they even help with customs if needed, Gearbest is my go to site for shopping from China

Paid for a mobile phone over 2 weeks ago. Asked for details of shipping three times. No response. Gave me a shipping number which I am unable to have authenticated by any firm. I suspect the worst. Avoid this site.

I have been finding sources for knives and gears, and came across GearBest. They have one of the wider range of folding knives available, and they do not restrict shipping to Singapore, unlike some other websites.

So far I have made 3 transactions on GearBest, and every transaction took 2 days to ship including my most recent one. That is considered pretty fast. Interaction with their customer service also proved to be quick and responsive.

In my honest experience, it is an excellent store to buy online, has almost everything you are looking for and sends your products to almost anywhere in the world, also has several payment options, customer service more than excellent, responds very fast and solves any question or problem you have, and they are very kind. I only share this because I really recommend GB, they take good care of their customers.

I'm from Brazil, and was a little afraid of importing electronics. But it worked really well! It arrived pretty fast and I had no problems with it. I've bought a Xiaomi cellphone and the Mi Band 3. Loved them both! The seller (the support team maybe?) even sent me an email asking if everything was OK. Very considerate!
