I put in hotel and this came up. No refunds. No price except saying 152 a night. Said go to confirmation and it booked 2 nights without a final confirmation and it was $420. They charged me $80 to book the room. My friends booked through hotel $340. Shouldn't you give final price before final confirmation.
I had reserved a room with a whirl pool and a balcony for my birthday and also it's the first time me and my wife spent a couple days from our kids. I did not get that room that came with a $200 service fee. Then I spent a hour on the phone with them to tell me the manager was going to come up and give the room I had reserved. I had talked to them already and they did not have a room to move me to. So they lied to me on that. Now I just was on the phone with them for another 38mins. Guess what they gave me 10% back and that's it. That doesn't cover the difference between the room that I reserved and the one that I was given. And apparently I was the second one this week to have this happen to them at this hotel with the same company. I do not recommend using this company.
Worst mistake ever. I was misled with the website thinking that I was booking directly with the hotel. I put the wrong date by mistake and when I called they said that I had to book another night. I was also charged an extra $69 and they couldn't explain what it was for! Never again and I'll definitely make sure that I book directly with the hotel! Their customer service is also horrible. No stars at all for this deceitful website!

I reserved room for two nights that was suppose to cost $387 they charged me $109 for tax recovery and service fee what ever that means. I will take it with Texas authorities soon.
As with everyone else I thought I was dealing with Jurys. Was given a price for one night £86. Doubled it, expecting to pay £172. Put in all my banking details. Then I find after the payment has been accepted the final charge is £255! Taxes? And services? No mention anywhere about this until after the payment. Tried my hardest to cancel. Was to the cancellation fee was £255. THIS COMPANY NEEDS INVESTIGATING.

Do not book with this company! I had to cancel within 10 minutes of booking and they claimed a 7k cancelation fee! It was 90% of the total cost of the hotel. This was within 10 minutes of booking! This company should be disbanded and I will report them to the right authorities. Better business bureau and other agencies that deal with fraud or egregious charges.
This company is nothing short of a criminal enterprise. I recently booked a hotel room advertised at $92 through what I thought was the hotel's direct website (they do their best to "impersonate" the actual brand in their urls). The site took me all the way through the checkout process and did not disclose anywhere visible to me the $56 dollars in "service fees" (yes…you heard me right…$56 for a $92 room!) they automatically applied until after the transaction was complete. Upon contact their "service" email, they tried to blame it on taxes. (Which is NOT true…the very same room through Priceline is $110 after fees and taxes - only about a $10 -$20fee). This is simple, obvious greed and deception. DO NOT book a hotel through guestreservations.com. If a service like this is something you want, there are so many others that are professional, honest and upfront with nothing to hide.
I tried to cancel my reservation (literally 10 minutes after I made the reservation) and they were anything but helpful. They kept coming up with reasons why they couldn't refund my money. Made several calls to get the issues straightened out with Guest Reservations

This place is deceiving! The site looks like the hotel website. I only realized it wasn't the hotel website when I tried to cancel. They lie when you call customer service and do not cancel with the hotel until you are out of the hotels cancellation policy!
This is a third party and they do NOT have a refund or cancellation policy. I booked 1 night and meant to book more nights they had to cancel and rebook, but DID NOT REFUND ME. DO NOT GO DIRECTLY THROUGH THEM just in case you need to change reservations. I booked in January for June and the next day tried to change and they wouldn't let me. I was out of the money.

YES! DEFINITELY A SCAM. I ENDED UP ON THIS SITE THE EXACT SAME WAY. THOUGHT I WAS ON THE ACTUAL HOTEL WEBSITE AND THEN THIS THIRD PARTY SITE POPS UP AND THE DATES WERE OFF ONCE I FINALIZED THE BOOKING. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED TO MAKE THE CHANGE AND FOUND OUT THAT I COULD NOT CHANGE, CORRECT OR CANCEL THE BOOKING AND THE IMMEDIATELY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE BOOKING. JUST LIKE THAT IN A MATTER OF 10 MINIUTES I LOST $254. AND I COULD HAVE KEPT THE BOOKING I JUST WANTED TO CHANGE THE DATE AND ADD MORE DAYS.

I booked a room at 138 rate and when I received the receipt in the email it was 204. Statement said it was taxes. I called several times to "customer service" and they claimed those were the fees! I asked to cancell and they said they had to transfer me. I stayed on hold for 20 minutes TWICE. And was hung up on! This site portrays itself to be website of the place you are staying then hits you with fees outside the rate! SCAM SCAM SCAM!

It says it's free cancelation and after a week I don't have any details about my reservation, they only thing they did it's take the money from my account.
I tried to call and also charges you a lot of money for 2 min and just to talk to a machine.

This place is horrible and ran by careless, rude, unprofessional people that SHOULD NOT be working in customer service! I booked a room at this place in January 2024 for my May 2024 graduation. I added in the comments that I may arrive early. Two weeks before my ceremony I called to confirm the reservation and again stated that I would probably arrive early. The day of my graduation I arrived around 1:20pm (traffic) and was told by Jennifer that there were no rooms available and that my checking time was 3pm. Jennifer said, "house keeping did not start turning over rooms until 9am." I explained that I was here to attend my graduation ceremony and needed to dress myself and my 3-year-old. Jennifer said, " I don't know what to tell you, we don't have a room for you." At this point, I am in tears, as the arrival time for students (2pm) is fast approaching and I have no place to get dressed. Jennifer goes about doing others stuff while I'm standing at the front desk trying to wrap my head around what's happening and how to fix it. Finally, I asked, do you have anywhere for me to change? That's when she pointed to the restroom across from the from desk. I had no chose but to wash my baby and I in the restroom sink then dress us for the ceremony…very humiliating! In comes Deloris, the General Manager, who was just as rude and unconcerned by the situation. She reiterated everything Jennifer said and literally faulted me for arriving early. By the time I finished dressing us, Deloris comes knocking on the restroom door saying she has a room for me now as if she is some kind of hero saving the day. This experience was traumatic and over-shadowed what should have been one of the greatest moments in my life. We checked out the next day and did not stay the entire weekend as scheduled as I was not giving this place another dime of my money. Feel free to read the attached customer service response to my complaint. It would seem the entire company needs a lesson in CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This is for a hotel reservation that I was led to believe was being made directly with the hotel as the link was on what appeared to be the hotel's website. When I made the reservation I was told very specifically that the hotel's pool was open (and asked him to confirm that); that the rate included parking, the rate was 201.92 and that it was cancellable until midnight. I called Guestreserations when i received the confirmation that said parking was not included, that it was a non-refundable rate and that the rate was 210.92 not 201.92. The agent out and out lied to me in order to make the sale. When I called to cancel and get a refund I was told they could not because it was hotel policy. Hotel policy is cancellation until 6pm day before.
Book through any other service, this service is a scam! There are hidden charges after agreeing to a room fee, my room was supposed to be 70.00usd but there was a "tax" by guest reservations which cost 30usd. I will never use this service again, criminal!
They booked the room when I confirmed the room type. I had not seen anything except the price of the room at that point. I did not realize they charged $150 for their services. I also did not realize that they could book a room that could not be cancelled. I booked it 9 months in advance and was still not able to cancel it 10 minutes after it was booked. I did not realize that I was agreeing to anything except the room type. I was still trying to research costs of various rooms at the time. They are not open to discussion. They will cancel your reservation, but they WILL NOT REFUND ANY OF YOUR MONEY
