Extra hidden charges

Staying 4 nites and spending almost $1000 for
The room, they have the nerve to charge (all-though) it's not much these days, $16 to park
You car there. This was not mentioned during
The booking process. What do they expect you to

Motel 6 would be comparable

Very disappointed! They don't give you hand soap unless you ask. The bottles of shampoo/body wash were empty and housekeeping was gone for the day. Valet is mandatory for $32/night, and my car was only 20 ft away! But I couldn't go get it myself. Staff was mediocre. Breakfast is $8 now, used to be free. Pool and gym not available without warning. As a travel agent, I would never refer anyone here.

I've made an error in my booking and wanted to cancel the reservation to start from scratch. I sent a message in their system within 20 minutes. They did not react on that and now they tell me the cancellation costs me 1200 USD - from a 1400 USD booking. Never seen before and I can only recommend to everyone NOT to use this so called company!

Parking fee is $20 per car per night here. Parking tight and sparce. They do have security in center section parking lot if you can get a spot.
Made reservation weeks ahead on the IHG app. Fee total shown at check in and parking was not described as such.
At check in desk clerk asked to initial a few spots. Last one stated $20 fee to park car. My app stated no such thing as $ amt to park.
He scrolled down on my phone to find heading of parking. Ah there it was, 4 scrolls down.
IHG app gave me a total of my 2 nights and parking was not discussed nor added into my total agreed.
Desk clerk started bargaining the fee per night down to zero. He should have not went to all these steps. Management should allow clerk to see the mistake and fix immediately. Cancelled these 2 nights of reservations. This was not a third party reservation either. We ended up at another hotel and stayed 3 nights. Establishment lost over $600 and all those other fees, in rates due to the parking fee conundrum. IHG said there seems to be many questions of many dollar amounts of parking fee rates once they started them.

Booked 5 rooms on this website. Thought I was on the hotel website because they make it look like you are booking directly through the hotel. I was booking rooms to attend a funeral, so wasn't in the best of mind sets. Booked something by mistake, and realized I had also mistakenly booked the non cancellable feature. I called within 1 minute of the booking, and was told - sorry - no cancellation policy can't be changed. In addition to that, the fees charged for each room was over $100 so in the end, the cost was way higher than I would have paid through any other website.

This site is a Scam!

Made reservation expecting room to be $134 and credit card was charged $198 which was in really small print at bottom of page. Beware of small print! " The balance of the charge is a fee we, the hotel supplier and/or the website you booked on, retain as part of the compensation" that info was in the email confirmation.

Rude Worker

My family and I have stayed here for years. Unfortunately this year was the last. When we arrived for check -in it was pretty late. Waited for about an hour. They were short staffed. As we were waiting. Esmeralda, the receptionist was so rude. She made a comment while we were still in line AS SHE WAS HELPING SOMEONE. The manager didnt really seem to care. On top of that we paid for a nice view and had to switch rooms the next day due to it being very late.

Worse customer service

They would not honour my CAA membership, for a discount. The Daily mandatory charge is just another name for the Niagara tourism tax and will not refund it. The hotel even charged this fee for parking. The amount is exactly the same percentage as the Niagara tourism tax. Yes, you can get refunds for the Niagara tourism tax. I sent a email about it and was ignored. Stay away unless you want to pay more money.

Our stay was fine and very accessible to the park but their management is full of $#*! and very dishonest. I forget my purse( Valentino) on our last day and I called the front desk right away once I realized I forgot it in the room and the guys said the housekeeper just turned it in. I told the front desk that I'm willing to pay for the shipment as long as I get my purse back. I was advised to file a report in ilostmystuff website. I talked to several people everyday but nobody seems to know what's going on there's no transparency at all. Left messages to have their manager Ron to call me didn't get even one. Whoever got my item you are a loser and a thief! I hope you enjoy using a stolen bag and may you burn in hell. Never again.

BEDBUGS!

I would give them a minis 10 if I could! Reported bedbugs and they did not even seemed surprised! Hidden fees…lying front desk person! Manger no better! Overpriced hotel….zero customer service! Do not stay here! Charges not indicated to us for an overpriced breakfast along with a tip for a non existent breakfast, charge for parking, we stay a lot of place but none this terrible!

Awful

Staff are overworked. Front desk staff functions as check in clerk & shuttle driver leaving no one available during their run. My room had a stale odor. Torn and filthy curtains.
Radisson should be ashamed of this place! Breakfast was sub-par. You must reserve maid service to clean your room. They do not change the linen. Pool area never cleaned my entire 7 nite stay. Cannot stream on Smart TV. Computers were inoperable. Close down and rehab this facility.

This place sucks

There was a pair of women underwear on the ground, Hot air conditioning so they save money, dirty dishes at breakfast, lots of flys at breakfast, small beds, and lots of dirt in the bathtub. This place deserve this rating I hope you think and read this review before staying here.

We made reservations for a stay at Surf Chateau Hotel on Buena Vista, CO. They use Guest Reservations as their online way of blokong from their site. The room was $410 per night. After inputting data and credit card information no subtotal displayed, instead it automatically transacted a total of $772 for one night! That is a 60-70% upcharge without any information of added fees. I would have expected some tax but the way they advertised was very false and shady in my opinion. They do let you cancel with a full refund but how many people are getting taken with this cruddy checkout method?

Cancellation fees unacceptable

I have stayed at this property a few times over the past several years and have always been treated fairly. Recently I booked a room through booking dot com and I was allowed free cancellation by a certain date. My travel plans changed two days after and I had to cancel. Before posted date they still charged me $90 usd of a $270 usd reservation. I requested 3 times for the property to reconsider with NO response. In the world of business it's important to have other businesses we can rely on and this property has failed me. I will no longer stay at the Crowne Plaza in Ningbo China. Enjoy my $90 usd.

My husband and I stayed at the Microtel Wyndham Suites in Gulf Shores, AL. The only thing that I can say positively is that the bed was very comfortable! However, everything in the room from the tacky mirrors over the bed, to the dated furniture and carpet, and especially the fixtures in the bathroom were in sad need of an upgrade. Besides being old, the bathtub drained very slowly and the hallway floors were not properly cleaned. It was definitely a disappointment for the amount of money that we spent! From the picture on the website, we expected that a weekend stay in a suite for $700 would be money well spent, but we were HIGHLY disappointed and dissatisfied with our room. It will never happen to us again!

The room was dirty the bathroom door missing staples coming through the rug shower door missing and the manager just put a rug to cover the staples and said that was good I checked out early and the manager said he would approve the refund through the third party and they called and he denied everything it's a good thing I took pictures but still no refund after complaint the place hasn't been taken care of properly and should be reviewed because it's definitely not a 4 star hotel and you definitely don't get your money's worth here! Very sad that Priceline had the ratings so high because after staying there I wouldn't even giving it a star.

Scam

This company is a very good example of legal but unethical. The site emulates legitimate hotel websites and gives you no subtotal or charge overviews prior to completing the booking, so it's a shock when you see the surprise charge of more than 50% for "taxes and fees." Then you are given dead end customer service loops when you attempt to contact them and are told that you can cancel the reservation but will not be given a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Maybe not a scam but not credible or quality

Neither of the confirmation numbers emailed to me after booking worked when we checked in after calling them and then giving me another confirmation number I gave that to the hotel they informed me that booking number was on someone else's name completely, but with our card info.

Just Run please

Not very accommodating at all. Hotels.com I've used in other countries and in the US for years. Came today and they didn't ever receive my booking. Even after talking to customer service the hotel wouldn't accommodate my stay. They up charged the room for the one night was equal to my whole stay with this hotel. Even with proof of booking and hotels.com resent it. They admitted their system was having errors. The hotel room was bad. For 200+ a night. We expected a cleaner room and had a joint door. Neighbor tried to open it and you could hear everything. Very disappointed in this stay. The best thing about this one night stay because we will move to another hotel is the check out service.
