It looks as if people have been having great difficulties with ordering and receiving but I can only say that there was no problem (we didn't try to order it on December 1st for a 2-day delivery). As far as the product, it was purchased for my 10 year old son. He got the 10" wheels and it only took him a few moments to be quite comfortable on it and after 2 days he is VERY competent. He loves it. Rode it to his friend's house (1/2 mile away) and back a number of times with no problems. He does not take it up to a high speed, and he must wear a helmet but I find it to be a very impressive product so far.
Web-site advertised the board as Hoverboard360 but when it arrived is was an Imoto? Hiding assets behind other companies. No customer service. Refusal to refund for the recalled hover boards. Pretends to offer refund by having you fill out a form on their web-site but never responds. There needs to be a class action law suite against the "parent" company so they will stop preying on American citizens!
We bought 3 Hoverboards for christmas presents. They arrived on time, but thats where the good experience ends. 1 never worked from the start. It shot sparks out of it when it was plugged in to charge. The 2nd board worked for about 2 hours and quit working. The 3rd only works for 20 minutes after a charge and gets really hot when charging. All had issues within the first charge of the battery. We have sent one back over 6 weeks ago and have had no response from Hoverboard 360 in over 2 dozen attempts to contact them. Nobody answers the phones, and email responses are auto responses with no direct contact with any actual person. Tried their phone number again yesterday and it was disconnected!
First, file a complaint with your state's Attorney General. Enough complaints may get some type of action.
Second, call *******772 & file a compliant with the CPSC (recall #16-216). Apparently, it was the Consumer Product Safety Commission that negotiated this "consumer friendly" remedy.
If you are feeling motivated, you can also file a suit in your local Small Claims Court. If you prevail, you can transfer the judgement to the State of NY & then you will have a legal claim to any assets that Keenford Limited may have.
I doubt that any of us will ever get any money back, but we should all make an effort to put these thieves out of business.
I received an email that the Hoverboards we purchased right around Christmas time were recalled-that was about 2 months ago. Since, I have sent them at least 3 emails and I also have tried to reach them by phone numerous times--the phone line will only state that they cannot help on the recalls and I have to send an email. Well, I'm trying but NOTHING. Do not purchase anything from this company. They are the worst I have ever experienced. I want my $800 back for the 2 boards we purchased and are now too worried to use. I am thinking about also reporting them to the BBB. I will NEVER ever buy anything from them again and I will make sure I let everyone know how horrible they are.
Do not order from them! I ordered back on Dec 10th and still have not received it even with a two day shipping and it is 12/22. Thank you for ruining my son's Christmas! When checking on what happened, they responded that I would get a tracking number in 24 hrs, but in 24 hrs still no tracking number! Horrible! Do not get scammed from these people!
Ordered a hoverboard on November 29th for my son for XMAS, it is now January and still haven't even got a shipping notice and nobody answers the phone. These guys are probably in the Bahamas already laughing about us all. And they are still accepting new orders!
Bought two Imotohk Hoverboards December 2015 as Christmas presents. Now that these Hoverboards have been recalled by the government due to hazards to the user, Imotohk refused to refund money spent in good faith for their product. Instead they offer clothing... I want like kind for like kind. I paid money so I want money back! Call

Same experience, we ordered 3 pcs. Of hoverboards last chritmas and they asked for identification. After refusing to send any identification info and wish to cancel the order they promised to cancel the order and return the money but no action. Therefore be aware of SCAM.
I purchased a hoverboard 360 with a 2 day shipping guarantee. I finally received my shipment after two weeks. Unfortunately, it was not what I ordered. They sent me a knockoff imoto brand. When I asked them to take back the imoto and send me a hoverboard 360 they said no. I then asked for a refund and they said I had to pay for shipping and it would be a 15% restocking fee, even though they shipped me the wrong board. Now won't return emails and will never return a call or pick up. Stay away for hoverboard 360!
I ordered 2 hoverboards, received one and now the other is in Kentucky UPS, they say is held by a government agency (note: another one nobody ever heard of we are paying for), and may be released to UPS, I did research this company and all was good in October, November, It didn't ship and deliver as promised, My first UHOh! And I thought, what is up here, they were in stock and should have shipped together. One grandson gets his board and the other gets a lump of coal, I wont be happy about this and it appears many others also. Emailed several times, called and only get busy or nothing. The government getting involved into this product with no facts, information or direction is the typical, I am going to save you! Thanks but no thanks all mighty government, go back to the future and loose the way back, and get out of my way of getting my grandsons hoverboard. Just leave my other grandsons hoverboard with me on your way out.
Misleading 2 day ship, no customer service...when I did get the board it worked for 2 minutes then stopped. Can't return cuz you can't get in touch with them AND they blocked me on FB from commenting anymore lol I've filed a dispute with my credit & reported them to the BBB....
I ordered LED shoes on NOV 17 with 2-day delivery. Four weeks later, the product has still not arrived. On Nov 23rd I tried to call the company on the number listed on their website, and the number was disconnected. I then emailed the company inquiring about the status of my order and a week later received a response my order would be shipped within 48 hrs. A week later, I still hadn't received shipment information, so emailed them again. I received a generic reply email from them stating they were bombarded with orders cyber Monday and they were backed up. Ok, well I had placed my order two weeks prior to cyber Monday... Didn't make sense. Then I receive another email from their customer service stating they still had not shipped my product yet but they promised it would be here by Christmas... At this point I've had enough of the run around and am canceling my order.

Report them to your local news. Send them to everybody so they can not get a business license.
Their voicemail is full. No respond from email.
Do not let these guys enjoy their Christmas as we have to explain to our kids that we were scammed. CORREcTIOn - the children were scammed. We are to teach our kids to do the right thing and be honest. You can't fill the orders- just tell us and give us our money back. I will understand- the coward will not answer their phone or emails.

They charged my card Dec1st and still no delivery. Impossible to get anyone on the phone. I did once and was assured I would have it Monday. It's now almost Thursday. Nothing. 47 emails and not one response. I now have begun a dispute with credit card company. Walked into Modells and bought a Swagway. So far so good. Awful, frustrating experience! Hovetboard360 is not legit!
I have requested a refund 5 times. I do not have proof of purchase (purchase order) because I purchased it through Two Sisters Store in Greenville, DE, and have not received any response from Keenford Ltd., www.imotohk.com or www.hoverboard360.com. I thought there was a concern to return the hoverboards. What do I do with the board I have, how do I get rid of it. With the concerns of fires, I would expect some help. When I spoke to someone in the beginning, she was extremely rude. As I can see from various websites about your companies, no one is interested in your store credit. I guess I will join the rest and file my complaint with the CPSC and The US Consumer Safety Commission.
Got the 10" wheel hoverboard from Hoverboad 360 for my 11 yr old son for Christmas... it broke completely in half while he was riding it on flat pavement... and it was only used minimally and inside mostly because weather wasn't great in Dec/Jan... they did asked me to send a picture of the broken unit so a supervisor could approve the return based on the warranty... they then refused to allow us to return because they said we abused it and that is not true... it's clearly a mechanical fault in the frame of the hoverboard... then they wouldn't return phone calls or emails and refused to help get it repaired... total scam... if anyone knows how to get our money back please let us know...

I BOUGHT 7 HOVERBOARD360'S FOR GIFTS, THEY WERE LATE, BUT THEY DID ARRIVE. MY CHILDREN HAVE HAD ENDLESS HOURS OF FUN ON THEM WITH NO PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER. I ordered it on 12/3 I did not receive any shipping for 2weeks, so much for their advertising 2 day shipping. The following day I received a generic email saying you will receive your hoverboard before Christmas. Another day goes by and I received a shipping confirmation and tracking number. I was being shipped from Hong Kong. I tried to cancel the order and received no response from the company. I called PayPal and credit card companies to stop payment. I showed up today 12/21 I refused delivery from UPS. Save yourself from the SCAM! I went to Modells sporting goods and bought a Swagway X1 for the same price. Much better reviews. My daughter rode her hoverboard 360 for about 1 hr. Went to charge it and it would never charge. I sent my first email 12-25-15, they replied with instructions on how to re-set it, that didn't work, emailed them back, they sent another email with a form attached, wanting me to send back with pictures attached in the email, I did that. They stated that the info would be passed on to a supervisor for approval and they would contact me with a Return # that was 2 wks ago. Now almost a mo. Later, 4 emails later they are not responding. So disappointed. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, and an attorney to see what my options are. I did not know that I would be paying $400 for a 1hr. Trip around the house. I hope someone else has better luck getting their money back.
We purchased three Hoverboards, they sent us one that didn't work. We returned it in January. Its now April and still no return. We did our part they have not done theirs. I have an email with the tracking and information. I call and leave messages for their amazing customer service to hang up on you. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THE PRODUCT SUCKS. THE SERVICE SUCKS.

Hoverboards recalled and "payment" is credit for clothing from their website. I called and spoke to Robert - the "manager"- if he really is the manager it explains why they are such a terrible company. He was rude, not helpful and unprofessional. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! You will regret it. They deserve less than one star
