It looks as if people have been having great difficulties with ordering and receiving but I can only say that there was no problem (we didn't try to order it on December 1st for a 2-day delivery). As far as the product, it was purchased for my 10 year old son. He got the 10" wheels and it only took him a few moments to be quite comfortable on it and after 2 days he is VERY competent. He loves it. Rode it to his friend's house (1/2 mile away) and back a number of times with no problems. He does not take it up to a high speed, and he must wear a helmet but I find it to be a very impressive product so far.

Web-site advertised the board as Hoverboard360 but when it arrived is was an Imoto? Hiding assets behind other companies. No customer service. Refusal to refund for the recalled hover boards. Pretends to offer refund by having you fill out a form on their web-site but never responds. There needs to be a class action law suite against the "parent" company so they will stop preying on American citizens!

Trying to return my board since all of the issues with fire and all. They are just giving me the run around. No return calls or emails and they seem to be waiting so it will be over the 30 days. Ugggggg
WISH I WOULD HAVE SEEN THESE 1 STAR REVIEWS BEFORE I PURCHASED!
I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE.
Also had problems with ordering, credit card and shipping was approx 2 weeks!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered a hoverboard on November 30 with 1-2 day processing and 2 day delivery. I still haven't received the product. I have placed 3 emails with no response and have placed multiple calls to the company to get nothing but the phone ringing off the hook. Filed a fraud charge with my bank and hoping to get my money back. This company is garbage!

Read and reread the reviews. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered on 12/16 with 2 day shipping. It arrived on the 12/29. In my house Santa comes on the 25th... Have spent way too much time trying to contact them to return this, spoke with them a few times (guess I was the lucky one) but still can't return the darn thing... emails phone calls. At this point I am going to dispute it with my credit card company and let them deal with this. I filed a complaint with the BBB. They should be put out of business. I can't even complain at how poor their customer service is because that is the least of my concerns. Not sure how they are still in business and every day I have to listen to husband remind me he told to research the company BEFORE buying it, is another day that I HATE HOVERBOARD360.

I wish I read all of these reviews before I bought not 1 but 2 600$ hover boards with FREE 2 DAY SHIPPING! I ordered on 11/30 and still nothing. I have called several times and never got an answer and I have emailed to cancel. I put through an inquiry with AMEX and called UPS to see if I could put in a "refuse delivery" request but Hoverboard360 does not allow UPS to submit "Refuse Delivery" options. This is a scam. They deserve 0 stars.

Got it after a week, drove it around was enjoying it a lot then the motors literally stop working huge waste of money so disappointed it's unreal literally broke within an hour

I reported them to my bank. They will investigate them. I ordered on 12/01/15 and NOTHING TO DATE 12/24/15. I let them know if they did not cancel my order or refund my money, I would report them to my bank as bank fraud. They FINALLY RESPONDED to that email stating they would refund my money in 2 days... They never did. That was the last straw. I hope my bank finds out who these $#*!birds are pressed charges on them.

I have purchased many items online, ebay, amazon, private owners, businesses, I have never experienced a worse company, They promised shipping within 2 days, after 3 days and multiple calls which i was not able to speak to anyone and never received a call back, I cancelled the order via email, with in 1/2 hour they posted they had shipped my order, I told them again in an email i cancelled, they ignored my email, then days later said they were too
Busy to respond to me, and that i cancelled after they had already shipped, i received that package from ups, although i do not want it, and of course, the shipping by ups was dated 3 days after their email that said they already shipped, they are dishonest, and unwilling to accept my return with out a restocking fee of 15% and me paying freight. I feel i will be out the Purchase price regardless, all other online reviews about this company are also terrible, So i will be out the $400 but hopefully if just 1 person does not buy from these scammmers, i at least will have helped someone by writing this. Buy from anyone but these, this one you can count as a definite dead end

Please file a complaint with the CPSC at *******772 and also with the NYS Attorney General. If enough people do this, the CPSC will take action as stated in this link. Please scroll down to 'Trouble Getting Money Back?'

I ordered mine in November. Took way longer than the free 2 day shipping but still got it before Christmas. No charging instructions in the instructions so I had to find it online. After charging it for the correct amount of time my so tried to ride it. He had about 10 minutes of riding time before it quit. Tried several times before we decided that it was just defective. Emailed them about returning the board because it didn't work. The first email said to take pictures of the unopened box. I emailed them again and re-explained that the board didn't work. They told me to send them pictures to show there was no damage to the board. Did that then they send another email saying that I needed to fill out a form and email it back to them to start the return process. Got tired of wasting my time so I disputed it on PayPal. After reviewing the facts, all I had to do was give them the tracking number and I get my money back. I always use PayPal when it's available and I use my credit card and not bank account. If I didn't get a refund thru PayPal I would have disputed it with Capital One and gotten my money back that way.

I placed an order on December 2nd, spoke to a representative on December 11th who GUARANTEED delivery within 2 business days. It's now two weeks later and still no tracking number, emails have gone unanswered and now they are not answering their phones. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR FRAUD.

I have recently recieved a return shipping label from hoverboard360/Keenford! I called to see when I would receive my refund and was told I would receive a store credit for apparel! After speaking to "the manager" ROBERT who didn't have to disclose his last name, location, or CEO of the company I was told to return the board and receive a store credit! I am highly upset as this was a Christmas gift for my son that is recalled and does not work! I have no use for $400 worth of apparel much less I do not believe I would even receive that credit! As of now I am filings compliant in hopes that this business is shut down and I am refunded my money! I wouldn't advise ordering from Hoverboard360 nor Hoverwear it's a scam

Ordered before finding the awful reviews, sent a cancellation and they STILL shipped the board. Wish I knew I could've refused shipment and cancelled the charge, because now I have a board I don't want, I've followed all return instructions given to me, can't get anyone on the phone or to respond to an e-mails, and I can't get the shipping address to return the board... OH, and I have to pay for the shipping AGAIN! DO NOT GIVE THEM A DIME!

I ordered a hoverboard, got billed, and never even received the product! To make matters worse I can not reach anyone in customer service to try and get my money back! I am so frustrated that I have lost all hope in getting this resolved and getting my money back! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

FRAUD - I ordered a Hoverboard 360 and received a Imotto Generic Hoverboard. When you call customer service you receive a message stating the mailbox is full. I fortunately paid with PayPal - who has started a dispute with Hoverboard360. If you used PayPal I suggest you call them.

I ordered the shoes on 12/1 and have not gotten them yet. I have called and e-mailed them still nothing. Not and e-mail or a call. But they took my money right away didn't have a problem with that

This company SUCKS don't buy nothing from here I order my daughter some shoes and Hoverboard on Dec 5th this the time that I haven't received not even a tracking # this Hoverboard360 mess my daughter and my family Christmas the worst people DON'T BUYING FROM THIS WEB SITE...

I ordered my shoes on December 6th 2015 with two day free shipping got a email on the 10th saying that shipping was backed up but I was for sure going to get my order before Christmas I have yet to hear from them it is now New Year's Day and no one will still answer the phone after calling several times and waiting on hold for about 11 and a half minutes and it will say mailbox full I've tried to email no one answers so we decided to report them to the Better Business Bureau on their response we advise you to do the same the Better Business Bureau has sent a letter to the business about the complaints. Please Do the same and report these $#*! holes i get it gets busy durin hokiday season but this is pathetic.

I agree with all the negative reviews of Hoverboard 360 Customer Service. They do not respond and quite probably will not return anyone's money If I new what I know now about HoverBoards I would not have given one to my child for Christmas. That stated, I ordered my child's for Christmas on Black Friday. We received it two weeks later and did not open it or allow him to ride it till Christmas. As bad as the company's customer service is I have to report that as of now we have had no problems with the exception of having to change the charger (which we did through Amazon for $24.00). My 12-yr-old is a heavy-user. He can dance with it and move around quite adeptly (inside the house). We have not been able to test it outdoors because we live in Minnesota. I am frightened of its electronic failure, but we have been charging it on wall outlets for no more than two hours a day. I believe this company should not be able to sell anything to the US due to its lack of accountability. I am praying that we just lucked-out; however, I did purchase the higher-end model ($698) and I am wondering if the people with the electronic failures have purchased the same model?

I ordered a Hoverboard on November 28th. They sent me a form that said if I didn't fill out within 2 days, my card will be credited. I didn't see it so I didn't fill out the form. However, my card was still charged. I CANNOT GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM TO CREDIT MY ACCOUNT.

Unbelievable.

I ordered a hover board 360 for my son 11/1/2015 for his birthday. The hover board came 3 weeks late ( however Robert the manager and Andrea the flunky says otherwise.)
My son finally received the board. He went to ride it and it only keep a charge for 20 minutes!
I than called about the charger, Robert the manager says that didn't happened!
At this point I wanted a refunded, mind you this was with in 30 days! NO ONE CALLED BACK, ONE ONE EMAILED BACK. A year later I tried calling again and again and again... Robert the manager states they have no record of this. But they have a record of me requesting a tracking number. HOW CONVENIENT. I explain as nicely as I could my Delma. Two years later, I get well you can only get a 702.00 dollar store credit and or a new hover board. Robert the manager was very cold as was the flunky Andrea. They act as if the were both reading off of a script. It not fair that these people get away with such things as this. There is nothing good coming out of this company so why would anyone in their right mind want a 702.00 store credit. GOD SEE ALL.

Please file a scam report with the BBB@ https://www.bbb.org/scamtracker/new-york-city/reportscam... I feel everyone's pain on these reviews as I am experiencing the same problem :( I placed an order Dec 7, now on 10 days with no delivery date provided! Their 2 day shipping is bogus and a scam to get you to buy! I called UPS and was told that my order is in Hong Kong waiting to clear customs which could take up to months depending on the amount of orders tying to ship. TERRIBLE customer service! I have tried calling the company over and over again, waiting 20+ minutes to speak to someone only to eventually get hung up on! I have emailed them multiple times with no response. I have requested that they cancel my order but I have a strong feeling that won't happen. I'm counting on PayPal to get me my funds back! This has been the most frustrating experience ever!... Thankfully my sister found a ROAM hoverboard at our local Bed, Bath & Beyond and I was able to buy another so that my daughter has one to open on Christmas morning. Good luck everyone. I hope you all get your money back!

I ordered my son a Hoverboard a week and a half before Christmas. It arrived on 12/23/15, whew! Was so happy... until I opened the box as it read "Imoto" and saw that it had been shipped from Hong Kong! I tried it, and it only went backwards. Christmas Day came and my son was so happy, UNTIL HE STEPPED ON IT. It again went backwards! I even took it to my local mall to have a seasoned hoverboard salesperson step on it. It went backwards! The company only picked up the phone on 12/28/15 when I called them at exactly 9am... STILL having to wait nearly 20 minutes for someone to answer. The person who answered, "Delores", advised me to take 3 photos of the defective product and send it via email to: *******@hoverboard360.com. She said it would take 24 to 48 hrs for a reply. Its now Wednesday and NOTHING. Spent THREE HOURS trying to get through, and NO KNE ANSWERS THE PHONE. I am urging all others to beware of this company. DO NOT BUY FROM HOVERBOARD360!
