It looks as if people have been having great difficulties with ordering and receiving but I can only say that there was no problem (we didn't try to order it on December 1st for a 2-day delivery). As far as the product, it was purchased for my 10 year old son. He got the 10" wheels and it only took him a few moments to be quite comfortable on it and after 2 days he is VERY competent. He loves it. Rode it to his friend's house (1/2 mile away) and back a number of times with no problems. He does not take it up to a high speed, and he must wear a helmet but I find it to be a very impressive product so far.
Web-site advertised the board as Hoverboard360 but when it arrived is was an Imoto? Hiding assets behind other companies. No customer service. Refusal to refund for the recalled hover boards. Pretends to offer refund by having you fill out a form on their web-site but never responds. There needs to be a class action law suite against the "parent" company so they will stop preying on American citizens!
Hoverboard 360 would not honor their 30 day return policy so I had to pay to get my hoverboard repaired. Get your hoverboard from Segway or Amazon. Not this place... red flag of a place
My father in law purchased this hoverboard for my son for Christmas. Even though he was supposed to receive it for Christmas, it came a month late. My father in law was so distraught that he bought my son another gift. He then received the hoverboard in January and I told him to give it to my son for his birthday in June. Now there is a recall on the board. They want to give you credit at their clothing store! YEA RIGHT!?!? Who wants clothes in place of their hoverboard?!? I noticed that SWAGWAY is putting the right batteries for anyone who has a recalled unit. They are even giving credit to buy the right one. WHY IS HOVERBOARD 360 NOT DOING THE RIGHT THING? VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE... BUY FROM SWAGWAY NOT HOVERBOARD 360!
I ordered a hoverboard from them on December 14th and still have yet to receive it! They will not answer nor will the respond to the emails I have sent. I am going to contact my lawyer.
I finally got a response with the shipping address to return the board after I filed a dispute with my bank. I would advise everyone to file a dispute with the credit card company or your bank.

They are a scam... no customer service, will not let you return hoverboards. They do not pick up the phone or reply to emails. AVOID!
I ordered 2 of these after reading about how well and great these things are. I ordered them with the "2-Day free shipping" PFFFT! Took about a week to get 1 and another couple days to get the other. After receiving them, they were not Hoverboard 360's. The box said iMoto. NOT WHAT I ORDERED. I felt a bit suspicious of this. I emailed the comany from their contact info on the web site. I sent an email, one time 3 days in a row. I called their number about 2-3 times a day and never was able to get through. Always placed on hold automatically and eventually getting a recording telling me the voice mail was full and to call back. I finally received an email response back and was told the iMoto is an "Upgrade" because the product I ordered was un-available. That's like going to a car dealership and saying "Ehh, I'll buy a Chevy" and get upgraded to a Cadillac for the same price. No, I don't think so. I called again and FINALLY got ahold of a real person. They tried to convince me that these iMoto boards are OK with no issues. Whatever, I have zero trust at this point. Sending the un-opened iMoto scam Hoverboard 360 whatever is really in the boxes back. Wish I could leave a negative rating because even 1 star is too much!

I ordered and company phone nor email works! Called numerous times and they did not respond! Don't order from this company
Ordered on 12/7. Got concerned when we found out it was shipping from Hong Kong, not the US. They say they have two day delivery. What a joke. I send multiple emails, all with no response. I tried calling but you cannot get thru to anyone or leave a message for them. We called our bank to get the payment cancelled. We called PayPal to get the payment cancelled. We registered a complaint with BBB. Its funny that they got back to PayPal asap.
Finally got sick of waiting and got one somewhere else. I called UPS and had the refused the delivery.
Unbelievably I actually got thru to someone this morning. Sheldon informed me that it was UPS that was screwing up the shipments and that it was not their fault. Told him I wanted my refund. But they cannot do that until the package is put back in inventory. 2-3 weeks. He put me on hold and then hung up on me. I tried calling back 20 times but can't get thru.
I have never dealt with a company that was so horrible with customer service. They also lie about their shipping policies. I did not find one thing about this company that was reputable. STAY AWAY.
12/22- Finally got an email from them responding to my final email threating them with legal action. Told them the package was refused for delivery. They actually said there would be a 15% restocking fee for the return and it would take 3 weeks.
I tracked the return on UPS and it said:
A hazardous materials irregularity occurred with this package. We'll contact the sender with additional information.
Wonder what that means. I found a number on another site for Steve the manager. I will be calling him every day until this is resolved.
If anyone knows anything that can be done legally please let me know. At this point I would even drive to their office to get my money back.

We also had the horrible experience with Hoverboard 360. We ordered a board for LAST Christmas. It worked intermittently for maybe 2 weeks. Then it started smoking, became fried and died. For the past 11 months, I have been calling Hoverboard 360 for a refund, or replacement. For 11 months, I have been getting the run around. They would occasionally answer my call, most times not. When they did answer, they'd say "ship us back the defective board" (which we did in March of this year). Nothing happened. Kept calling all year. Around September, they agreed to send out a new, government -certified board (this was a new change to the recall order). Still, after calling for weeks/months, they never sent a new board. They'd say: "we didn't have the correct mailing address, or we lost the shipping label, we didn't have the right color of your board, etc". FINALLY, I called the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). Just google them. I spoke to Jenny, she took all of my information and complaints about the company. She assured me that within 2 weeks our our phone conversation, I would be getting a call from either Hoverboard 360 or the CPSC with a resolution. Needless to say, I had zero confidence of that, since I'd spend a whole year w/o any results or Hoverboard 360 EVER calling us even once. Well, within 7 days, we got a call from Hoverboard 360, telling us they shipped out a new board with a UPS tracking number! It arrived today. Once year later, but a "good" board arrived. So, for all of you out there, call the CPSC and file a complaint. They will look into it. If you complaint shows non-compliance of Hoverboard 360 in the government recall, they will take action, and did in our case. So, don't give up, call the CPSC and make a complaint! We got a new board, and didn't have to get $500 in crappy clothes. Merry Christmas!

Scammers. They do not answer the phone once they have taken your money. They do not deserve the one star I gave them.
In late November of 2015, we purchased a Hoverboard from Hoverboard360, a New York based company, for our son for Christmas. Our son opened the present at Christmas and rode it that day for a bit before we left on vacation for 2 weeks. Upon our return from vacation, our son used the board for a couple of days, indoors only in our basement. A few days later, my wife was working at her computer in our laundry room, where the board was stored. It was not plugged in, and without warning, made a loud bang and began to shoot sparks. For those that recall, it was around Christmas that there was much press about hoverboards catching fire, and in a few instances burning down homes. Fearing a fire, my wife took the board out to our garage.
I immediately began making calls to company to complain and demand a refund of the defective board. I was told to email photos of the board, which I did, and was told to return the board for a replacement. Although insisting a refund, I attempted to return the board through the mail and was turned away at the post office as they refused to ship the product for fear of fire.
I traded several emails with Hoverboard360 which resulted in my finally threatening legal action, which caused them to send me a UPS shipping label to use to return the defective product. I was promised a refund upon return of the board. Well, the board shipped via UPS on February 27 and the tracking information reflected receipt at the company on March 2. I heard nothing from the company for nearly 2 weeks after that time, and contacted them again via email. I was promised a refund within a week, but nothing ever came. I emailed again, and then was asked to provide the tracking number for the shipment, which I did showing delivery and signed receipt by a specific individual at the address.
Following that last email exchange with proof of the tracking and delivery email (April 1st, 2016), I have heard nothing. I have now emailed an additional 3 times demanding a response and refund as promised, but am being ignored.
This company is a scam. They have my money, have the product, and do not deliver on their promises. BUYER BE VERY, VERY, VERY AWARE!
Finally got the call this morning to verify payment ( a week later) women was very nice and understanding! Promised tracking info today FINGERS CROSSED!
I placed an order with Hoverboard360 on Dec 17th. The only thing I have received from them was an email confirmation. They never sent me an order confirmation. I sent several emails and received no response. I tried calling the phone number listed on the website *******298 to require about my order, someone picked up, said I had the wrong number, and hung up the phone. I was confused and thought I had the wrong number but pressed the redial button and it was indeed the same number. This time it was a company voicemail without option to speak to a live person. I reported them to my credit card company as a fraudulent company/website. The credit card company had a total different contact number then the website provided. Shortly after I contacted my credit card company, I received an email from "Hoverboard360" saying that they tried to contact me previously but could not contact me and provided me with a "BOGUS" previous email that had no "sent confirmation" asking me to provide my Credit card number again because my order was placed on high risk and they wanted to make sure they had the correct information. IF THAT IS NOT A SCAM, I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.
Does anyone know how or who I can report these people too please help they have my damaged hoverboard and will not respond

Took 2 weeks to deliver a product that doesn't work - brand is an IMOTO and have been trying since day one to return.
This is one of the worst companies on the planet. I'd say more but not worth my time.
My husband saw the multiple ads from this company on line and without further research or reading the reviews which was bad on our part, ordered the hover board and sneakers from this company. Our order was placed on Dec. 3,2015. Within minutes I received a call from my credit card company indicating a fraud alert on my account and this company was flagged. They asked did I purchase and authorized a payment to PG Global which is Hover Board 360's business name. I approved the charges. On December 5th, I emailed the company to find out if my order will be processed and shipped. I heard nothing until Dec 6th when I finally received a call from a representative asking me for proof if I in fact purchased the order and to verify my address and last four of my credit card. I verified it. It was shipped on Dec. 8th and has been in Hong King since that time. Today is Dec. 12th and according to UPS, my order along with 136 other hover board orders are on a pallet in Hong Kong waiting there in the warehouse at the UPS facility since Dec 8th. I spoke with a UPS international rep. It was explained that Hong Kong only allows so many shipments out of its country per day and depending on the amount of shipments, it can take days or months as it depends on the quantity the manufacturer ships on a given day.
I did see that these hover boards are now not allowed on aircrafts due to the concern of the product catching on fire so the FAA has banned them. Inaddition, I've been reading the reviews on Hover Board 360's Facebook page and voiced my issue and concern in great detail. Gave my timeline and included a link to this site, I was quickly banned from there Facebook page. All my comments were deleted! I was stunned.
Customer service will not return my calls nor will they respond to my emails. I am planing to contact my credit card to report this and to get my money credited back to my card. It's not a bad idea to contact the BBB as well.
A hard lesson I learned but I will not allow this to ruin my 8 year old's Christmas! Sometimes, you just have to look at this as the glass half full. Could you image having a hover board that probably won't work after the first spin!
Tip for consumers:
Update- the hover board arrived via UPS, it works so far however it arrived on December 14, 2015 minus the gym shoes that should have arrived with the hover board.
Once again, they charged me for the hover board and gym shoes, but now gym shoes. Not able to get ahold of the company. I was notified that I can file a complaint the Attorney General.
A Hoverboard (or hover board) is a self balancing 2 wheel motorized board. The best way to get around is on a Hoverboard. Experience the future today!
