Choxi (formerly NoMoreRack) has awesome customer service. I had a problem, once, with my local post office, and they handled it for me. That goes above and beyond. The products are well priced. Sometimes not quite what I expected, but always as stated on their site.

All of my Choxi purchases have been good quality and reasonably priced. Shipping can be very slow on some orders, fast on others. My one return attempt was a messed up confusing affair but maybe by now they have improved upon returns.
Placed order 4/21. Charge went thru 4/22. Received 1 item 4/27. Still waiting on 5/13 for rest... 4 items. I don't like anybody using my money for their purposes. Charges should be made when product is shipped.
Have purchased quite a items and am mostly satisfied. Only one purchase left me totally disappointed! Worst quality I've ever experienced! Everything else was cool.
Do find that the prices are really good most of time, but the stated original cost can be ridiculous! Only other complaint is that email is so long! It keeps repeating the same items and it's hard to get information on an item without going through many again! Really do appreciate the three hour ship free window!
Have been having trouble with getting any items from them for months. Finally issued a credit and can't use it due to the Website down now for weeks. Nomorerack was awesome but whoever took this over is failing miserably.
After about 7 months and numerous calls to defunct Choxi and my credit card company, I finally got a refund for the two bottles of perfume that we're never delivered. I fear no one else will be getting refunds. Choxi has dissolved in bankruptcy and assets taken over by a "new" business--jClub.com-- They have already sent me ads but their website makes great pains to say they will NOT assume any old debts from Choxi
Choxi had a decent amount of name brands and after market products for better than average discounts. It's well worth it if you can shop during their limited free shipping window. I have been satisfied with the majority of my purchases. However, Choxi's return policies and shipping times can use some improvements.
Eye makeup that arrived completely broken up and not returnable was given a 50% refund. It should have been completely refunded in my opinion, I am a valued customers who consistently purchases from Choxi and has few bad products.
I've bought about 20-25 items on Choxi, and have been pleased with almost every purchase. The one item that I didn't like--I was able to receive a refund; less restock fee. I used Choxi for 50% of my Christmas shopping as it was so convenient and they have good "free shipping" specials. They also send me $10 off coupons periodically, which are helpful, and of course keep me coming back. Thanks Choxi!

I made my purchase on 05/31/2016. It is now 50 days later and I have only received 3 of my 11 items! I am not sure why it would take this long! I use to love ordering from No More Rack, their former name, however it seems that there are always massive delays in shipments with Choxi. I do not see myself using the website again.
Good reviews helped me pick the right size and the price of $19 was perfect along with free shipping! They arrived by the time and day stated. Overall a great experience for buying online, sight unseen. Will order again!
The boots I ordered were exactly as described and fit perfectly thanks to the hint to order one size larger. They arrived a day earlier than expected which made it even better. Would absolutely recommend everyone buy these boots.
Even though there have been some items that I have returned, only to exchange for others, the shopping experience here has been very good. Now if we can work on the speed of delivery then everything would be great. But customer service and response is very professional and reliable.

No, I will never use them again. The delivery of my 3 items took forever. After 20 day I am still waiting on a item. There are too many other better sites to use than them like Amazon, RetailMenot.

When an article of clothing is no longer available, it should be stated on the site or upon purchase. An article I ordered 3 different times and was charged to my credit card ended up not available weeks later. Now I wait for the 2 to 10 working days before a refund. Too frustrating to shop this way. Sorry, I can't give a good rating even though the price may be attractive.
After 41/2 years of specialists, physical therapy
And constant pain in my neck and back, I have found relief using the portable full body vibration machine ( using it for a week). Am hoping to relieve pain in my arms and hands and legs with continual use. All of this caused by a careless speeding driver on his cell phone. Other purchases have been super at cheap prices. Customer service jumped all over my 2 * review and did everything possible to make right each one of my complaints. "Liz" was very persistent in emailing and calling me until we finally got together over the phone. She explained how jClub works with its product providers and distribution team to provide the best quality products at lowest possible prices and that when an item is inferior, damaged, or not as advertised, jClub customer service will quickly correct the problem. I am fully satisfied with jClub's response to my comments and complaints. I will definite buy from jClub again!
There really should be an investigation into the quoted "list price" of offerings. I suspect that the retail price is inflated to make the jClub price appear to be "70% off" or "90%off". I ordered a number of small items and some clothing and none of what I ordered would have been able to command the "list price" shown. Many retail stores were recently cited for that kind of false advertising by the Federal Trade Commission (I think). Buyers should be careful. If it has an incredible "jClub price", it probably is, and the quality will confirm that.
Everything I've ordered comes in a quick time. Some things don't exactly look like the picture but are still good quality. I've ordered jewelry, shoes, even replacement head for my toothbrush. I am very satisfied with the product.
I ordered Sterling Silver necklaces for my daughters as Christmas gifts, and they are stunning! I can't wait to see them on the girls. My Customer Service experience was both pleasant and efficient. I submitted a concern via email which was promptly answered (within 24 hours) by an individual as opposed to the standard auto-reply we have come to expect. The CSR provided the information I requested and did so with a pleasant attitude. I especially appreciate that because I have worked in retail/customer service during the holidays. People often take out their frustrations on you, and it can be difficult to stay positive.
Experience is quite good. I would like a phone number, but they like e-mail for communication. Variety of items for sale at reasonable prices if you consider tax and shipping fees... you have to do the math. It's always nice to be able to return something to an actual store without keeping the post office in revenue, but it's your choice. I've been very satisfied with their customer service. It's fun to shop at this site!

I understand that there may be some who disagree with this review, but I firmly believe that if we would thoroughly read the details in the descriptions provided on the products on sale it would certainly prevent negative experiences.
