Choxi (formerly NoMoreRack) has awesome customer service. I had a problem, once, with my local post office, and they handled it for me. That goes above and beyond. The products are well priced. Sometimes not quite what I expected, but always as stated on their site.

This was my first purchase here. Item was regular 39.99 on sale for 14.99 with additional 18% off! I filled out the whole order but when I tried to click on the "complete my order" box, nothing happened. Bottom of screen had box for contacting customer service which I did. I was not expecting such an immediate reply! My problem was solved and I am awaiting my merchandise. There is free delivery and it all seems too good to be true but I will definitely be back here often.
You sent this request but did not include information on which order you are referring to. In general, I find that Choxi ships fast, and has reasonable prices. Not all products are great & returning those can be difficult. They do not ship in bags that can be reused to return, do not provide return shipping labels, and some of their products manufacturers require you return the original bag, packaging, tags & product. I've been pretty happy with most purchases, but due to the difficulty in returning, have had to keep leggings that split at the seam while trying them on.
After order was placed I realized the shipping address was an old one. Tried to contact customer service. Sent several emails with no response. Received an email after product had been delivered suggesting I contact post office which of course will get me nowhere. Will not be ordering from this company again. Very poor customer service!
On 2/20/16 I ordered three items. I got one item promptly. The other two just didn't come, so I called. They were never set up for shipping or something like that. Eventually the second item came. Last week the third item came. It is a lantern type flashlight. The cover for the battery compartment is missing. I was told the manufacturer will be notified. I did not get a sense that anyone was going to follow up to ensure my order is completed. I have no idea how long this will take. I guess we will see.
I am pleased with everything I have ordered. I just wish that if you order more than one thing at a time they could put it together for one shipping price instead of separate. I would like to see a few more money saving coupons or gifts. I have told all my friends about Mary Murdock
I have to make multiple returns due to product issues and each time jClub was polite and honest. No charge shipping either direction is a great comfort when ordering. I recommend this company to my friends.

So I have yet to purchase anything from jclub. However I had a few questions about products, procedures and promos (oh my!) and opted to reach out using live chat first. I spoke with Chantel and she was very informative which is always a plus. Next I called in because they say you should always call and hear a live voice before shopping on unfamiliar sites, so I did. I spoke with Chantel again! We might be destined to be friends (if jclub even reads these). Once again she was very helpful and explained things to me that I should know but don't (blame the age!) I digress, she was great! So far I am quite comfortable with placing my first purchase with them and I do hope that it continues to go well. Mama loves a bargain and holidays are coming faster than a runaway train! (the point: excellent customer service means even if there should be an issue I at least know the reps are going to help and be nice about it.
The whole order was so easy, and I am not very good with computers. The sandals are great, perfect fit, love them. Amazed at how fast I got them. I do not buy much on line, but will keep your web site in mind.
I have been taking the time to fill out these surveys about products. So many i love. A couple - not so cool. For instance, the "eyeliner eyeshadow" pencil -- there is NO eyeliner as described... no one has contacted me. I would think w/ such an error you all would say "ooops, yes, we'll refund you." Also wrote about the shoes for my daughter and how the sizing is way off.
As i said... 85% of my experience w/ Choxi is positive... but these few times that not great products come my way and no one responds to my review - then i don't feel so great about it all.
Had to contact customer service a couple times, and took a long time, and a few emails to get my returns settled. But most products are good, and shipping on time.

I am pleased with my shoes and the table top nail polish holder. My order came in a timely manner and I also had free shipping. Nomorerack now Choxi is great! I always find a bargain or something I've never seen before anywhere else.
Having a hard time picking out tops because it`s so easy! First, the prices are always so low and then there are codes too apply to your order to lower price. There are so many items to choose from, I have fun shopping. The clothes are showed in all ways, so you know what each side looks like. The shipping is mostly always free and that makes me love "choxi" more!
I need to return 2 pairs of earrings unable to print shipping label will be charged from your company and post office. Not everyone has a printer bigger companies will sent return labels. This is going to make me think about ordering from you!
Several years ago I bought a few things on BidRack.com (which is now Choxi). I never received any of the items and contacted customer service a number of times to let them know. I kept getting messages saying that the order was delayed but it would be arriving soon. I never received it, and then found out that the company had changed names! I contacted the new company, Choxi. They were RUDE, not helpful at all, and disconnected our chat conversation. I will never use this site again.

Bought a new in box cell phone. Broke after 3 months of use and could not get service from Samsung to fix it. Choxi would not do anything about it. Will only buy from repeatable sites now. Never again buy from them, junk sold.
The products that I received were great - good quality. If you need an item from Choxi in a hurry, you're out of luck. Don't order something that you need right away because you will be disappointed. Give yourself plenty of time to receive items.
Their return policy is second rate at best. Their promotional discounts last for hours rather than days so by the time you get an order together on a specific day the promo may have expired by an hour or two. Customer service is so-so.
It seems like this is at least the second survey regarding my 7/19 order. It contained four items; two are very good, and two were very poor quality. I am still a customer, but will be reading the fine print closer in the future.
I have purchased coffee k cups, purses and some leggings from Choxi. The prices are reasonable, often pay no shipping. The quality is very good also. I would highly recommend them to anyone, they have so much variety and shipping goes out really fast! Only once did I order something that they did not have any more of, I think they gave me a credit for the trouble.
Ordered a number of items, all delivered quickly and the prices (along with the $10.00 coupon) were so well worth it. My DVD player is fantastic, and I just got a faux fur throw which I cuddle up with every night. Thank you Choxi! I'm spreading the news!
Ordered three items at the same time. After two weeks, only one item was delivered. Second item greatly delayed. After one month and an email, was told third item is no longer available. To be honest, since the name change, things like this have been occurring more often.
I ordered the 2-Piece Set: Fleece-Lined Thermal Top & Pants. I love how soft they are and how warm they kept me in below zero temps. My only small disappointment with them is that there was a small blue ink like stay on the sleeve. Since I'm wearing them under clothing, it didn't bother me to much... I washed them before wearing.
Did not receive multiple items I ordered and paid for. Took a very long time to resolve and i was not given my money back... just store credit. Do not order anything you really truly want from Choxi! Its hit or miss if you will actually receive it
I placed my first order over a year ago. Now this is the site I look to first before even thing of searching else where. No problems with them ever. Haven't needed to return a single thing. I ordered 2 Mister's it's a little spray bottle that sprays a fine mist of cool water on a hot day they were only $9.00 each the money was taken out of my bank but I never received the items. I already deleted the e mails etc. This is the first time they forgot me all other times I give 5 stars
