Choxi (formerly NoMoreRack) has awesome customer service. I had a problem, once, with my local post office, and they handled it for me. That goes above and beyond. The products are well priced. Sometimes not quite what I expected, but always as stated on their site.

I have ordered a few things from Choxi. I highly recommend signing up for their e-mails since many days they offer free shipping for three hours and will notify you via e-mail. They also offer money off of a certain dollar figure purchase as well... all via e-mail notifications. I ordered a couple of pairs shoes from them and one was a terribly different in color from the picture. They offered me a free shipping label and credit towards something else which was fine with me. The other pair was perfect. Other items I ordered came in a fair amount of time and just as described. I do believe there are some things for sale on this sight that I would classify as "junk" so do your homework. Read product descriptions. I Google brands I'm uncertain of because I'm not a "take it at face value" sort of lady. But, I will definitely shop the site again since I haven't any type of problem that would make me not shop with them...
I love shopping at Choxi. There are many great deals and new stuff all the time. The items arrive quickly in excellent condition. Once a day there is free shipping but even when it's not free it's so reasonable.
I contacted Choxi regarding the arrival of my order. I received immediate response by a customer service representative. They provided me with a current status. Further follow up provided an exact delivery date. I'm always excited to shop Choxi!
The tooth whitening strips were very inferior. They are so thin that they will not come off the plastic strip without falling apart. They ball up when you try to put them on your teeth.
The mattress pad I ordered was not available. I didn't know this until I emailed Choxi to ask about it. I never received a notice to inform me that the company would not be sending me my purchase.
I have had all good experiences shopping with Choxi. I love the products, the prices and the shipping, especially when you catch the free shipping. Delivery is never an issue and the product reflects the description. Be aware of your knowledge of jewelry. Choxi describes it exactly, even down to the mm, so know you sizes. I have bought many items. Some were intended for gifts, but I kept them for myself. Now if I see something I really like, I order two. I can honestly say I have not had buyers remorse at all. I first ordered this particular item on 3/19 order number ******* for $46. I was told that my money would be credited to my card since the distributor can not honor his commitment. Then I was told that the same item is in stock for a higher price $54. So I reordered it today 4/14. Hopefully I will receive this one. So I'm not happy but yet I'm glad I still have a chance to receive the merchandise. So thank you this won't stop me from being a regular customer. We don't live in a perfect world. Have a nice day.
Yes stay away! It doesn't get any worse than this. I really don't think that the company actually exists anymore. When it was Nomorerack it was awesome. Now that it is Choxi, nothing that I have ordered has ever been shipped. Now they will not refund my money... will only provide an online refund. So my Choxi account has a refund but it can't be used since the products are just not available. Communication with customer service... well now they won't respond to my requests at all.
Have emailed your company concerning an item (watch) I haven't received as of this date. I placed the order on 09/04/2015. The 3 times I inquired was for a update and possible ship date but have never heard back from anyone. This will put your company on my S&$@ list and probably the "do not use list" maybe you can find out what the issue is here.
One of the items purchased was not sized correctly. There apparently is no quality assurance here. The dog harness was sized by the neck in inches w/o regard to a dog's shoulders. It would have fit fine if my god's legs stuck out of her upper neck region. Also the leash (the webbing material it's made of) was of extremely poor quality. Customer Service took forever to agree to provide the refund plus return postage.
After ordering a set of sheets a few months ago, I was thrilled with the whole process. However, I recently ordered an additional two sets and haven't received them yet! It's been at least 3 weeks to a month since I ordered them and I can't check on the order because I don't have any information. If you can help, I would greatly appreciate it.

I have purchased many items over the years and have found them to be good values. Customer Service, however, has it's limitations. They usually can't provide specific information beyond what is in the description. Also, I recently referred a friend and he made a sizable purchase, I still have not gotten credit for the referral however. I've contact customer service but got no response.
Nothing but completely satisfied. Of all the many orders I've placed only one had an issue and with an email being answered very quickly it was resolved with no delays.
The quality of all the products I've ordered from pillows to jewelry have been top notch. I'm a customer for life!

I'm very disgusted with Choxi. I thought these people would put customer service ahead of there selfish greed. I placed an order June 8,2016 and It's now August 9 2016. Two months and I still can't get my order. This is truly a rip off. All I get is the run around when I've asked about my order. No customer concern, No Class. Beware!
The majority of the time items are shipped and delivered in a timely fashion, as advertised, and in working order. On occasion, shipping/delivery seems to be rather lengthy, and I have received items that were either broken or did not work. Choxi has been most affable in correcting problems quickly or refunding. I buy frequently, and will continue to do so.
I've ordered a number of items from this company. Each have been great. I've also had to return an item that was easy and fast too. I ordered the grey and black seat covers and the only issue is that it doesn't fit my front bucket seats that well. But even though they look and feel great and dogs are happy not to slide around from the old back seat canvas cover.
Great product and great price for a basic model. It came with a starter size cylinder and 6 storage bottles in two sizes (those bottles cost as much as my whole assembly from choxi when I looked). The shipping was very timely also.
This is a repeat order in different colors. These are fall/winter items and have not yet been worn. The Dawgs previously ordered have been satisfactory, so I expect these to be as well(although the sole separated from the upper part of black boot).
I recently contacted the customer service department and had the pleasure of speaking to a representative by the name of Samantha. Samantha went above and beyond to assist me with my issue. I recently turned 80 and I now have trouble hearing at times. Samantha was kind and patient with me, she truly reminded me that there are still great people in this world. Jclub not only has a great selection of products to choose from, but more importantly have people working for them that truly care about customers. When I thanked Samantha for her outstanding service at the end of my call, she replied back telling me that her Manager trains everyone to treat the customers with care and kindness, that at the end of the day, the most important thing is the customers happiness. What an amazing experience and what a great company.
I used to be a big fan of Choxi, but now almost all of my orders are going unfulfilled and they don't issue a refund but instead give you extra credit toward another order. I was ok with that for one order, but now 4 orders have ended up that way and that is unacceptable. There are still two orders from early March that I haven't heard about and expect they will also go unfulfilled. Probably won't shop there again after using up this last credit. Very disappointed.
I ordered two items. Paid for by credit card. I received one item on the 17th and haven't heard about the other item. Per Email I was told that I needed to be patient. Don't you think that almost 3 weeks to get something ordered from a company is enough time? I'm very disappointed.
This site has good deals and frequent discounts but I have had multiple problems that almost always go unresolved: wrong items, items never arriving, items being shipped to the wrong address. I also have frequent issues logging into their site, my account is frequently "locked" or "flagged as fraudulent" and I can't buy the item, then when its fixed the item or the discount I was trying to get is over. Their sales and prices are tempting but its more trouble than its worth and extremely frustrating, especially when their customer service will offer little more than an apology.
I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company and their website. I am pleased with every purchase I've made from CHOXI. They have been on time with my orders and the information provided on the products advertised have been exactly as described. Also, I really appreciate the fact that they share customer reviews to allow us to decide for ourselves. I would recommend Choxi to others considering purchasing online. They haven't paid me for these statements. It's my honest opinion based on experience.

I bought one thinking it would be cheap but it was beautiful! I now have one in every color. Perfect for tunics or blouses that are a little too short or need dressing up. Wish they came in dark blue and read. The taupe is really more of a coffee brown and may be my favorite color.
