I purchased beautiful final sale dresses at jj house always had a wonderful shopping experience excellent customer service. I have been a customer for several years and would highly recommend jj house to my friends and family.
Declared value invoice was $18. Dress cost $180. Resulted in $200 customs fine I had to pay to get dress released from customs. Absolutely no reply from JJsHouse for 3 days on this. Either major fraud or honest mistake? EDIT: JJsHouse replied on my mail and promised to refund penalty.

I ordered a prom dress for my granddaughter who lives in Florida. I ordered the dress. I paid for the dress and stated the dress should be sent to Florida even though I was paying for it, and living in the state of Illinois.
When the dress arrived at my granddaughter's address, it was way, way too big, extremely heavy, and had a cheap, gawdy, ostentatious "plastic," look to it which was supposed to be sequins. Immediate contact with JJ's was made by link. The only thing the link did was connect me to multiple web-sites advertising more of JJ's clothes. Somehow, some way, I discovered to make out a ticket. The ticket stated return options. I simply chose to return the dress on my own. As an aftermath, I had no address in which to mail the dress back to for a return and was told nontheles that a $7.99 return label would be sent to me versus paying another $24.00 U.S. postage. No one ever responded to the ticket. I have never received the $7.99 return label. In the mean-time, I had also mailed my daughter-in-law $24.00 in which to defray the cost of return to JJ's. Altogether, I have spent $48.00 shipping fee plus $120 for a horrifying dress that no one can where. The dress was ordered in May of this year and it is now July, 2020. My next letter will be to the Illinois States Attorney. I feel like a complete moron and idiot for placing my trust, time and all my money with this company. As of yet, I have not yet been able to satisfactorily trace this order number on my Credit Card statement. If I peruse through my checking account at this time, I will lose this Review screen and I do not want that to happen! However, since having much work ahead of me to attain justice, I have no doubt I will get the proof through my checking account and my money back through the Illinois States Attorney. As the old saying goes,

I placed my order on the 25th March 2022 with a promise to have it delivered from the 6th-11th of April. It is now the 2nd of May and it STILL has not arrived, with my friend's wedding a week away. Save yourself the stress and don't order from this site unless you want to gamble with delivery times. Take note my order was not even customised to my measurements, I bought a standard size 12.
They claim my order was delayed due to COVID and logistics, however 2 other friends ordered their dresses to my address and even though they ordered later than I did, their dresses arrived and mine has not. The inconsistency is ridiculous.
Their support also claimed that I would be refunded 5% of the price I paid because of late delivery, yet this hasn't hit my account. They also didn't inform me if the delivery was going to be late again even though this is stated in their email to me.
There are other better websites for bridesmaids / brides to browse from without worrying that their dresses are going to take longer to arrive just because their wholesalers are in Asia.
Absolutely unacceptable.

I owe JJS'house an appology, cause finaly, it was not their fault, it was LaPoste who kept telling me that articles are not yet shipped, though they had a problem with thier system and status was updated just one day before delivery, even I called them many times but they said nothing about system problem.
I've received my dresses today (02/07/2021) as promised, quality and size are just perfect.

Be careful when you buy at jjs'house, don't believe in 24h shipping and delivery within 5 to 12 days, it is not true.

Please don't be tempted by this company, it's a total scam and I wish I'd have investigated them more thoroughly before I ordered. I'd actually have put up with the poor quality of the dress as it was only for one day however it is at least 4" too short and nothing can fix that.
A friend and I ordered for our daughters leavers gala, she ordered three days after me, our dresses were on the same flight and my dress arrived three days after hers. The tracking had shown mine as sitting at London not moving for days but when I questioned it JJs just regurgitated delivery timelines from their website, they didn't even acknowledge that one dress from the flight was delivered and the other was still showing as at the clearance centre.
Her measurements were each 1" bigger than mine yet you can see by the photos the difference in length. I'm a trained tailor and I checked my measurements three times before ordering I've also checked them again since the dress arrived and they are not correct however JJs are adamant that they are and after days of back and forth (takes 1-3days to get a response) they have offered 40% for a tailor to fix it, how on earth can a tailor add 4" to the length of a dress. There are loose stitches all over the dress which would come away quite quickly and also the ruching to the bodice are different widths.
The dress is poor quality and completely the wrong size, I'm now five days before my 11 year old daughters gala with no dress and she is absolutely devastated. I'm also £100 out of pocket for a piece of tat which is no good to anybody, since JJs have refused a full refund I'm now pursuing it through my bank and Paypal to recoup my money since I'll need to try to pull together money and find a replacement dress.

First the good news: The dress was well constructed and fit me to a T. I opted for the tailoring, and it was well worth the expense. The dress also arrived sooner than anticipated - kudos for good shipping!
The bad news? The dress was sewn with a chunk of lace missing from the front neckline. Imagine a lace edge that is designed with pretty scallops... but one of the scallops near the center front of the dress has been lopped off.
It was unwearable.
I'm handy with a needle and thread, and thought I may be able to reposition the bad section, but was afraid it would disassemble. Took it to a tailor who suggested they might be able to attach new lace but that they'd need the lace fairly soon. So... I reached out to JJ's House and asked for a refund. This never should have passed inspection. They were able to offer me 1/3rd of the cost OR they could send replacement lace. I ended up going with the former option as I'm under a time crunch.
I can fully understand not offering a full refund (or exchange) on a dress that is custom tailored because it doesn't fit right or someone decided they didn't like the color. This, however, was like sending me a dress with an ink mark on the front of it and then claiming only 1/3rd the responsibility. I've shouldered the cost for their mistake.
It's a shame. The work was solid up to that mistake... but that mistake and the subsequent followthrough cost this company what could have been an extremely loyal customer. I ordered from another online store that I've worked with before and am pleased with the result. This dress will go into a trunk with dress-up clothes for future grandchildren.

If it weren't for the problem with the missing lace... this would have been a lovely dress. Had they offered to send another identical dress or the full refund price I would not be submitting this review. Quality is good... quality control on the other hand?

BEWARE: I wish I could give a better review but the customer service and products are subpar. I ordered swatches in every color green and red. I found the color green in the satin finish that was perfect. I then ordered a "custom" dress in the "Dark Green" satin fabric that matched the swatch. The dress I received didn't use the same fabric as the swatch. The color was wrong, the feel was different, there was no sheen to the satin, it wasn't shiny at all, completely dull finish and color. I've been trying to work with JJs to get the issue resolved but have been unsuccessful. I was told the color, feel and sheen is expected to be different because it's a different roll of fabric used from the swatch. Then I'm told from other custom service reps if I order the regular size it will match the swatch. I ordered a "try-on" dress in the satin dark green and it was perfect, same feel, color, sheen to the swatch. The try-on dress I paid $10 for was the wrong size so I asked if I order another dress and don't order custom measurements will the fabric match the swatch and the try-on? One person said no, the swatches will always be slightly off, another said yes, order the regular in stock size but then I was told every dress is made to order. So if all dresses are made to order, then why is there a $20 fee to provide custom measurements? The only positive thing I can say about JJshouse.com is the dress quality was very nicely made. However, the custom measurements I provided for the dark green dress that I received that used completely different fabric didn't actually fit the bridesmaid. The measurements of the dress were different than the measurements I provided. The other major concern, when you try to submit a review for the product, they only accept 4 and 5 star reviews. If you enter a 1,2 or 3 star review, they refuse to post your negative review.

Returns are difficult, they charge restocking fees, try to make you keep the product and give a 40% discout to keep, the shipping is really high. The fabric doesn't match the website picture or the swatches. The satin fabric doesn't have a sheen or shiny finish that satin typically has, the color is completely wrong. Customer service is poor.

I base my online purchases on reviews. Since it was difficult to shop in person during Covid, I decided to give JJs house a try, especially since every product I looked at had ONLY positive reviews posted. The shoe size chart is a JOKE. I ordered one pair according to "American" measurement and 7 1/2 = 40. The shoes arrived too big. So I decided to go in the "pre sales chat" where I was advised to order the SAME SIZE 40 by the "stylist"! I then explained that I already did that and the shoes were huge. So, she tells me to use the measurement where you trace your foot. Okay, I did that and ordered according to that. Now shoes are too small. So after paying for the shoes and "expedited shipping" (joke) TWICE I cannot wear either of the shoes. Now the dress. Oh my, was this the worst thing I ever could have imagined. The fit was WRONG despite me giving METICULOUS measurements for the custom order. The "waist" sits right under my chest and then balloons out. Maybe something suitable for a flower girl and not a mature woman such as myself. The lace is heavy and the color is off from the Cinnamon Rose giving a the dress an orange hue. The inserted bra does not fit and cannot be removed unless I spend more money taking it to a local tailor on an already hideous dress. I am out a great deal of money and out of 3 orders, can only use 2 handbags SOMEDAY when a garment I own might match. They offered me minimal refunds but communication via email is very confusing. I feel the worst part of the whole experience is them NOT POSTING my reviews, which means perhaps they do not post other real experiences by other customers who experience problems. I have looked but do not see any. How many people might have been spared this aggravation and cost if ALL REVIEWS are posted so the consumer can make an informed decision? I feel cheated by this company with such an underhanded practice. BUYER BEWARE.

I Purchased a dress from this site with shipping between 15-30 days, back on June 19th 2021 and never received the item. Reach out to them (ReadMob Tech, that's the company's name) and they showed me tracking on their end that the dress was delivered on July 3rd. The same tracking on my end showed 'NO STATUS Available'. I sent a screen shot of the tracking that they provided me showing that the Item is not delivered and that there isn't a status of delivery available, I asked for a refund which I have yet to recieved and on top of that they are no longer responding. I've now escallated the issue with Paypal ( where I made the payment from; I would NOT encourage anyone to buy from them but if you do, plan to accpet the loss should your Item not be delivered to you. They are, as far as my experience, a dishonest company. Purchase at your own risk. I iwll never buy from tthem and will not encourage anyone who ask me about the site to not purchase. I will stick to more reputable local companies. These Chineese comapanies make it hard for new honest online businesses to attract customers becuase of their scams dishonesty and poor quality of products. Be very careful with their Facebook ads, they lure you in and steal your money and send you items that isnt close to what they adverstised, always do your research. Lesson learned,

I ordered 2 bridesmaids dresses from JJS House and am very happy with the dresses and also the company. Being new to online purchasing, I initially pplaced the order with payments and asked that the dresses to be 'mocha' brown. However, customer services responded by phoning me at home the next morning to say they can't tell me exactly what shade of brown it would be. They offered me a full refund which was paid into my bank account in a couple of days; and suggested I first order a swatch of the material which made sense.
I finally ordered the dresses and they were delivered in good time. Both dresses are absolutely lovely and look very much like the pictures on the site. The only problem was that they were both too big around the bust area. One of the dresses was also too tight across the bottom/hips. However, this is partly my mistake because I asked for 'custom made' but then dont think I gave them all the measurements (I feel they were slightly at fault for not asking for these) - as for the tightness around the hips, this was my mistake for measuring the wrong part of the hips.
When I emailed JJS House to tell them about the bust sizes being too big they suggested I take it to a local tailor to be altered and they paid for this - once again with the reinbursement being paid straight into my bank account.
The tailor I took the dresses to, to be altered thought they were brillaint quality material and workmanship.
I have found their Customer Services to have been reasonable and brilliant - they have always got back to me right away and will say if they can/cannot do something.
All in all my first online experience shopping with JJS has been really positive. I would definately order from them again.
I ordered a bouquet for my daughters wedding the end of January. I was told it would be shipped by 24th Feb. Contacted through their online chat on the 27th as Item still said pending was promised item would arrive in Australia by 6th March. Contacted again on 2nd March as was still pending and was told item would not be shipped till 16th March due to corona virus. I cancelled order and received a ticket number for cancellation and was told would be contacted in 72 hours for refund. On the 4th March received email asking me to reconsider cancelling and item would now arrive by 26th March. I replied stating I still wanted to cancel and full refund as my daughters wedding is the 20th March. On the 11th March receive email saying it is now to late to cancel as item was sent that day then the 12th March receive email with shipping details. I contacted them again with cancellation number and was told shipping would be cancelled and refund given. Receive an email on the 14th March saying it now can't be cancelled. It is now going through dispute with paypal as what is the good of a bouquet after wedding and they have apparently shipped item 9 days after me cancelling. I also had paid for expedited shipping. Do not order from this company unless you want to fight for your money back.
They were all poor quality it came way to late and there were so many hidden fees. They are scammers run awayyyyy FASTTT!
I ordered two flower girl dresses. They were shipped by DHL. DHL sent an email asking if I wanted to change my delivery preferences so I changed the delivery to a date I knew I'd be home and BECAUSE I KNEW I"D BE HOME, removed the signature requirement. It wasn't a big deal, just checked a box on the DHL site.
DHL delivered the dress on the wrong day- they admit to this. They delivered it on a Tuesday instead of a Friday. Except they delivered it to the wrong address because I never got it. DHL admits to this, can't find where they delivered it and they have agreed to a refund- they have officially marked the package as lost. I have all of this in writing.
The problem is JJsHouse needs to be the one to get the refund from DHL and JJsHouse is refusing! They say that I took off the signature requirement so its not their problem- what!?! This was never stated anywhere. DHL has admitted that it was their error, the signature requirement is irrelevant. There is no reason for JJs House not to get the refund from DHL and either refund me in turn or send me new dresses.
This company is worse than a scam, they are just plain mean and disgusting. I spent many hours dealing with DHL and now for NO reason at all, they refuse to get the refund from DHL? This involves too much money for me to let it go- I will be contacting the BBB and my credit card company and use every way I can (social media etc) to expose their fraudulent ways. THERE ARE SO MANY PLACES TO ORDER FROM, PLEASE DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE.
