I bought two dresses to try on during the pandemic. While they are admittedly nice dresses, they weren't the fit or the color that I wanted so I have been attempting to return them. After numerous emails, I sometimes get "please indicate the problem" which I do and then no response until a few emails later saying " please indicate the problem". It is circular and I do not think they have any intention to follow their published return policy.

I couldnt ask for better price or experience. All agents were helpful, efficient, and friendly. Dress was quickly shipped, beautiful, nicely designed to my measurements. Thank You for helping me have a dress for my wedding I could afford.

Please don't risk your big days by getting your dress from these people. I paid too much for a dress which is so different to the one shown on the website. And they don't accept refund too! The quality is also awful. At the time of buying I was not told I'd have to pay the importation charges, tax, etc. myself. Now I have to throw the dress in the bin after paying too much money.

I just received my gown. Ordered custom fit and it arrived in a week. I ordered the regency/purple color and it is beautiful. I will have to have the straps taken at least an inch. However, the bodice fits perfectly, which is what i was most concerned about. Having bought several gowns from a variety of vendors, I know to buy at least two sizes above my normal size. I will definitely order from JJShouse again!

I'm a writer and as such used to bad reviews, But in addition I'm also a mother of the bride who did not want to wear traditional, and after months of consideration mainly due to the not so good reviews of this company, I thought, give it a go So, arrives here, late on a Friday night a foot square parcel, soaking wet because of the weather and I puts it aside in order to finish my meal in peace with my hubby before all kinds of things hit various fans, although I was still clinging to one fact. The cost for what I was getting was not that great. Not really. Anyway, what eventually came out of that parcel left me beyond belief glad I ordered this dress. The colour, the fit, the finish is stunning.

I order 4 chiffon wraps. I needed to return two of them. All codes they sent me to process return were not accepted as authentic though I tried day after day to get either of the two to be accepted. In on line chatting with customer service, they were of no help and when I persisted that nothing was working, she messaged me a label that was so small it was totally blurred when I tried to print it. I told her that there was still a problem and could she help me further, she instantly discontinued my on line chat. I believe I got this run-around as they never intended to let me return them. I also order a mother of the bride dress that could not be returned because it was a final sale. The floor length dress wrinkled so badly that I could not even consider wearing it for the wedding. Have to donate to resale shop.

I received my order on time for my event. The dress is of good quality material and it fits to a T. I am pleased. It is the perfect length, sexy, but not sleazy. I will be buying more dresses from JJ's in the future.

I ordered 3 dresses but they sent me just 3 wrap in $100, if I request to return they said you have to pay shipping costs for return as well really disappointed that wrap also looks like very cheap quality don't know what I do now

I purchased aMother of the bride dress. Paid expedited shipping plus the cost of dresses. I have an order summary, order number, they have deducted the money from my account and now they're showing no order has ever been created. There's no way to contact this company. Beware if you buy anything from this place.

Ordered a dress from this website made to size, arrived on time but was poorly made, and the sizing was terrible, only wish i had read these reviews on this first, would have stayed well away. I don't know who reviews each of the dresses on their web site but they are obviously made up.

I was skeptical about buying online but after checking JJ's house out with a reputable company found I could trust JJ's house. I'm so happy with my purchase and the try on at home offer. On top of that the coupon specials. Thank you JJ's house

Careful ladies. This place tries to not take returns, even for dresses that are off-the-rack, non customized sizes. The dress I ordered was not the color I expected. They originally told me that colors vary on computers and the workmanship was good so perhaps I would take a 15% discount and give the dress to a friend. I rejected that solution and finally spoke to a returns representative after waiting several days. They did allow my return for a full refund and covered my shipping costs but it took some pushing on my part.

I have bought a few bridesmaid dresses from JJ's house and I'm always so impressed with the quality of the material and the design of the dresses. I've still had to get alterations done in the bust area but that's normal. The shipping has also been very quick too!

This was the first time to order from JJ's House. My granddaughter picked out a dress for her prom. The dress is beautiful, just as described and fits perfectly. The order arrived a few days earlier than promised. She looks beautiful in the dress. Very well made. Good quality.

I ordered my wedding dress and flower girls dresses from this site. Everything fit perfectly. The dresses were beautiful! I even ordered the shoes and some jewelry from the site. Everything was exactly what I expected. The bad side is the shipping the US cost me an extra $60! I talked to the company about this and they refunded the money. I will use JJ's House again. I can't express with words how beautiful it all turned out

I posted a negative comment before about receiving 2 wrong shoe sizes. The customer service shocked me. They found my comment, called me and left a voice message and even sent me an email offering me a refund for the 1 pair of shoes that didn't fit. That really impressed me and shows a committment to make things right. I would have preferred a new pair of shoes with the right size but feel that they more than exceeded my expectation.

Like a lot of people I was wary of buying online as there are plenty horror stories around - however I took my time, got the fabric sampler book sent to me - definitely recommended - and asked lots and lots of questions about numerous dresses! I loved this dress from the very beginning but considered so many before taking the plunge! I could not have been more delighted with the results - I got mine custom made and it fitted perfectly. I was so happy with both the dress and service from JJSHouse that I then went onto order my bridesmaids dress as well - it was just as gorgeous! I was able to track my order as the dress was being made and then it's current location as the courier transported it here! Thankyou JJSHouse you gave me a perfect dress at a price I could afford.

I love the fact that you can order dresses to try on before you buy. I wish more companies would offer this program.

After reading some reviews I was a bit concerned about the prom dress my daughter ordered. It arrived today 31/05/17 and it is beautiful, exactly what the photo shows, We sent her measurements off and it fits perfectly, just like to say thank you very much JJsHouse

I am a first time customer who did not order my dress in the total amount of time required per the company's policy. I was extremely nervous as my date approached. I sent them an email and they responded in less than 24 hours to let me know that they finished the dress and would ship it. They shipped the dress as promised on the next day and my dress arrived (2) days ago. I appreciated that they respond via email and were willing to call me as I live in the USA. The dress was it looked on the website and I had it tailored made so the fit was exactly what I wanted. I am short and petite so finding dresses that are too long has always been a problem. Keep the quality and timeliness of finishing dress. I will order again.

Can not thank jjshouse enough. Ordered my bridesmaid and flower girl dresses through them. They contacted me with a few problems on my order straight away and it was fixed promptly. They fit perfectly and are just amazing i honestly couldnt be more happier. And at half the price here in Australia.
