I purchased beautiful final sale dresses at jj house always had a wonderful shopping experience excellent customer service. I have been a customer for several years and would highly recommend jj house to my friends and family.
Declared value invoice was $18. Dress cost $180. Resulted in $200 customs fine I had to pay to get dress released from customs. Absolutely no reply from JJsHouse for 3 days on this. Either major fraud or honest mistake? EDIT: JJsHouse replied on my mail and promised to refund penalty.
Do NOT buy from JJs House! Ordered a "custom size" dress for my granddaughter to be a junior bridesmaid. Measurements were taken by 2 different seamstresses following the instructions on the website. Measurements were triple checked by each seamstress. The next day the order was placed, again triple checking that correct measurements were put on order. Dress arrived with a bust measurement that is 2 inches smaller (24 inches i stead of 26 inches) than ordered, AND dress has an obvious snag in it. Customer support acknowledges that "manual production errors do occur" but refuse to accept responsibility. Only offer is a 40% refund and to have dress altered on my own. Unable to alter dress to fit because it is 2 inches too small! This company is unethical.
I spent $168.99 including having to pay for shipping to my house. The dresses didn't fit or look like what was advertised on website. The dresses were also shipped backwards, looking like someone had tried them on already. To try and speak with customer service is hard, to return is done only via email and wait 24 hrs for response. No live person ever unless you are trying to buy. Then, they send you a prepaid label and say return will be $8.50 will be deducted from return but they deducted $30 for return. It is bad business practice and it feels like a scam. Advice is dont buy! You have to fight to get your money back and then it is only part of it.

Buyer beware horrible company the worst I have ever ordered from. I wish I heard listen to all the negative reviews about refunds all true. No where is it written you cannot get a refund from a regular dress not stated anywhere. But yet they only want to refund 10% for tailoring. How dumb and stupid. Only orders in the U.S. A smart country.
Terrible site, terrible product, and terrible service. My girlfriend ordered a bridesmaids dress from their site. It arrived 6 inches smaller than the measurements listed. When she brought it to a seamstress the lady could only laugh at the shoddy quality of the work.
We've tried contacting the company numerous times with promises of a call back, but havent heard back at all. Thats been a nearly 3 week process.
Alas, as punishment for their terrible customer service, I filed a complaint with my credit card company and they have charged the company back for the full amount and i have been fully refunded.

Ordered my wedding dress around 3 weeks ago. Arrived today, I love it, the material is light and comfy I'm a 14/16 but ordered size 18 went from the measurements on website. It is a little to big in one area so I will have it taken in slightly but that's ok. I'm getting married abroad so the material is perfect not heavy and doesn't crease easy. All in all I would definitely recommend this service. I was sceptical but took a risk all in all very very happy. I will put pics on after the wedding in August but cant right now as obviously it's a secret ha ha x
Have been shopping for a mother of the groom dress for October, 2023 wedding. So many dresses to choose from but the website has good filters to help narrow your choices so you don't have to view sleeveless or short sleeve dresses if you are interested in long sleeves. I ordered a total of 6 try on dresses and 3 swatches before I made my final decision. When my dress came it was everything I had hoped it to be. Use the sizing guide if you don't want a custom dress. I ordered a standard size and the only alteration I will need is the length shortened. The sizes are accurate to the measurements they provided. I will purchase again from JJ's house without question.

I bought 5 shoulder wraps for myself, my bridesmaids, and my flower girl. I was under the impression that as a first time user of this site that the shipping would be either free or strongly discounted. Then when the order was placed, it said the discounted shipping applied to only certain items. Also, the 5% discount code didn't work. THEN there were the fees for DHL shipping services and import fees. I realize these particular fees are out of the seller's control; however, a heads up would have been greatly appreciated so I could properly budget. As for the shipping fees, if there was notice that free or discounted shipping applied to only certain items, it was not in a place easily accessible when I placed my order. My things are still in transit, so we will see if they arrive around the estimated date of October 19th. At this point I am thoroughly unimpressed, not overly optimistic, and will write another review if the items do not arrive within a reasonable time around the 19th.

I bought two sizes, same dress, I didn't have enough time to get it wrong. I payed with my card and then a few days after I got an email saying they haven't charged me anything but that they were not going to send the dresses until I sent a picture of my ID and a picture of my credit card, can you believe that: Have you ever had a request like that before? I emailed them after my wedding saying please give me my money back and they said that they were going to send me only one size of the dresses. What part of I want my money back for a product I haven't receive are they not understanding?

I just placed an order today, and then I came on here to read some of these reviews. People are saying the virus is making their orders not come. I need this for my daughter for prom by mid April, so if that is the case I would want to cancel my order all together. If someone could please let me know details about that I would appreciate it.
I needed the dress urgently as had a spring ball to attend, not only was the customer service outstanding and they rushed the tailor made dress through in plenty of time for my special event but the quality did not suffer at all. Absolutely fantastic and I cannot wait to order again from them.

Delivery was very good and quick. But when I received my dress and tried it on I discovered that one of the shoulders was longer than the other. So I got in touch with JJ's House, who very promptly answered my message. They admitted it was a mistake on their part and refunded an amount to cover having it re-stitched at my own dressmakers without any problems. I was very impressed by their after sales service and would definitely shop with them again.
Never buy from this company. Highly dishonest. They don't have any return policy and they sell different garments that on pictures. What's more you can't find their address or/contact details anywhere on the website. This is Chinese unethical company that raven European or US naive customers to fool them into purchase they can't return.

Great customer service; always responded back to me promptly, and made sure my dress arrived on time, even though I messed up and ordered with barely enough time before an upcoming event. Dress ordered was the standard size 6, and the fit was perfect. Color was as shown. The quality of the fabrics and the stitching, especially the beading, was amazing. Price was so reasonable. I ordered the dress for my engagement party and let me say that it is absolutely stunning! I ordered it in light sky blue and it is beautiful and feels very well made. When I had a question regarding my order they responded in less than 24 hours. So impressed with their product and level of customer service! Will definitely be checking here for upcoming events!
I recommend no one to buy any dress from here, it is really a big scam going on in here, you will never get your money back. It's been more than 2 months I initiated my refund for my return and I am regularly following up for my money back, but always I get the same answer - We will mail you in 24 hours, but I never get any email back. I am really very annoyed of it. In case you don't refund the money back I am going to hire a lawyer get you guys sued.

Don't buy clothes from here, they will never respond to you, in case you want to return the article. Their return service is horrible. I bought a wedding dress from here and it has a bad quality lace, which was coming out of the dress and was not properly attached. Also when I tried it had a sweat smell where you can guess that it was not washed and was been tried by many customers. I am trying to contact the service by writing emails, submitting the request, and trying for several hours in the live chat window but no response. I am really disappointed and annoyed. I want to return the dress and want my money back!
A full refund was posted to my account a day after posting an update to my original (bad) review about JJ's return policy. There was a lot of effort and time involved to get this refund (I ordered the jacket back in January) but they came through eventually. My advice would be to stay persistent with this company if you want to return a defective item. They don't make it an easy process! And if you are ordering for a special event, order way, way ahead of time.
Personally, I will now be looking elsewhere for my MOTB jacket.

Ordered a jacket for my daughters wedding. Ordered a size US8 (2 sizes big, just to be safe) The bust size is supposed to be 35.5 inches and they sent a jacket that is barely 30 inches bust! I let them know and sent pictures. They want to charge me return shipping for their mistake. I objected and now they want me to send pics again. I did. They are giving me the runaround on this. Now they say there is a problem with sending out return shipping labels! If this continues I will be complaining to the BBB in the strongest terms, and thinking of setting up a Facebook page which will be devoted to making sure this company's bad customer service and reluctance ( refusal?) to accept returns will be known. My son works in data analytics and has a few ideas on how to get the word out about this company if need be. I will hold off for a few days to see if I actually get a refund/coupon/return label. Meanwhile the clock is ticking toward the wedding - extra stress that as mother of the bride I dont need!
Very disappointed in my experience with this company so far. I ordered a dress from their site for a friends wedding. I ordered the size according to my body measurements and the chart they provided which states "the size chart shows actual body size". The dress I received is huge but is the correct size I ordered according to their site and my measurements which were spot on to what was on the chart. Any options they've given me involve me paying more money for shipping to return and a restocking fee. Yet I don't know what size to reorder because their measurements are not accurate. I submitted a review on their website but with negative reviews they treat them as "tickets" and once they are processed and they respond to you they "close" it and so all you see are the positive reviews on their site and nothing negative. What was supposed to be convenient is now an annoyance and money sucker. Avoid this company and order elsewhere, and make sure you always read the fine print!

Avoid JJsHouse, it's a scam! Ordered 2 dressses and had to wait a month to receive my products instead of the 8-10 days mentioned in the email for standard delivery. Also they advertise worry-free return policy within 14 days of receiving the products on their website and emails BUT when trying to return, they refuse to take anything back even the products are still in packages. It's a scam! Customer service stalling and chat not accepting all messages. Don't waste your money here.

Living in a small town with the nearest city 4 hours away, I was desperate to find nice dresses for my daughter's rehearsal dinner and wedding coming up soon.
