I have used JJ's website to purchase my wedding dress as well as my bridesmaids' dresses. The dresses were all absolutely gorgeous and true to size. The return policies are strict, so take the time to get the right measurements before placing an order. But in the end, everything worked out well for me.

I purchased this dress for my son's wedding, I received so many compliments on the dress. Initially I was leery of purchasing a dress this important from an online resource without trying it on, but I am so glad I did! I love this dress, the workmanship was impeccable, it fit according to the measurements given and it looked exactly as pictured. Thank you JJ's House for the wonderful job that was done on my dress! I will definitely be a repeat customer if I ever need another evening gown.

I contacted their customer service to work out my shoes size, they were very helpful and were able to change my order. I just got the shoes this morning and they are great! A little bit tight but nothing some socks and a hairdryer can't fix. I'm so glad I didn't get the next size up!

The shoes are a perfect colour to my wedding dress, although I was a bit concerned because the shoes looked more creamy on the website. But they are actually a light ivory. Thankfully they match perfectly!

I ordered some wedding invitations from jjshouse and they were perfect. Just as I wanted. I asked for fast delivery as I needed them urgently and they responded well and I had my cards within 2 weeks. Customer services also refunded back customs duty and tax straight in my account. Overall very happy! :)

I recently wrote a very clear and direct review of purchasing a formal dress that did not meet the standard set by the manufacturer in color, fit or quality. They have decided to accept a return and offer a full refund upon confirmation of the shipping transaction. Although I was disappointed in the experience, I wanted to report that they did finalize an appropriate customer-friendly resolution.

Was super easy to choose dresses and try them on at home and return what didn't work out!

My dress is just beautiful. Far more amazing than I had expected. The quality is gorgeous and the size is perfect. I was blown away by how quickly it got here. Nice dresses but did not fit. They don't let you return any dresses and do not give money back
I measured my self but these dresses are made in China for small bust sizes. Huge disappointment as I ordered two and paid a lot of money as I wanted to choose between the two of them and can't return anything. Do not buy from this company

I just took a chance on the final sale dresses of no returns. However, I knew at that price, if the dresses didn't fit me I would find a friend who could wear it or them. The size 6 is fine unless it is a fitted dress. Then it is a little to tight, only because I gained a little weight. When the 5 pounds go off the dresses will go on comfortably and look great.

I got a really nice trumpet dress from jj's house and it's absolutely gorgeous, it is nice quality and is a little wrinkled from transport, but can easily be fixed with some steam. Other than that I am so glad I was able to save so much on my prom dress.

This website is a total scam. They claim to have easy free return process but not responsive and suddenly company inbox is full and rejects all messages. Order delivered late, after event and jjhouse refused to accept return!

Excellent. I bought a number of things and always get them on time or earlier and the items are excellent quality. No need to search more just get my dresses/shoes and bags and everything from this website. Thanks

I ordered 3 dresses for myself and 2 daughters for my sons wedding. The dresses were custom sized and fit and look great. I only had minor problems that were quickly addressed and fixed by the customer service. It makes me really want to order from them again!

Custom ordered my daughter's prom dress (feeling a little leery of on-line order) The service was excellent the dress arrived and fit her like a glove and so beautiful! The estimated delivery was exact.
I am super happy with this purchase and will order from here again :)

I ordered an item and canceled the order within 5 minutes. They shipped the canceled item the next day. I'm now trying to return said dress and they are making it extremely difficult. They are incompetent. Never use this website you're better sticking with Shein for cheap garbage.

This dress was even more beautiful than I had expected! I ordered a white dress with a black sash. The lace, the beading and the tulle are just breath taking! The tea-length was perfect for me as I am only 5' 3". I had taken my own measurements, and because I am not good at that type of thing, the dress was a little big. I recommend that if you want to order the dress with your exact measurements you should have someone measure you and not do it yourself. :) A few tucks here and there and it fit perfectly! The quality of the dress exceeded my expectations for the price. It is put together beautifully! I was equally impressed with how fast I received my order. Overall I had an excellent experience ordering my wedding dress, and I would recommend JJ's House to everyone!

My dress does not fit and different colour blue to the swash ordered. Trying to get a return on a dress not a custom made. Some customers seem to have had trouble so watch this space I shall add to it hopefully with a successful outcome.

This dress is amazing! I also ordered a bridesmaid dress, both ordered to our measurements and both fit perfectly! Both dresses are exactly as pictured and even with custom fitting arrived ahead of schedule! I can't wait for my groom to see me! Thank you! I highly recommend!

I had a mostly pleasant experience. The only downside to my order was that the pleats on my dress did not match the pleats in their photos. I kinda wish I could give them 4.5 instead of 4, because everything else was wonderful. I absolutely LOVE my shoes. I bought three pairs to accompany my dress and they all came back perfect. Additionally, since they line the soles with a cushion, even the platform heels were super comfortable. My package was delivered 11 days after I ordered. I knew the risk going into this purchase so I am happy with my experience. They were quick to apologise and compensate me and the pleats were not a complete disaster, just a bit of a disappointment, since that was one of my favourite parts of the design.

I wish I would've read these reviews before ordering! I brought three dresses in my size and they were too small. I have a second order that is still in process and emailed them to say can I get bigger size as i received the previous order and the dresses don't fit. They told I have to pay extra for them to give me a bigger size and I also I have to pay for labor. They will not replace with the correct size. I'm beyond frustrated because my cousin just received her dress from them also and it doesn't fit her. It's going to be 5 dresses in total going to waste because they won't exchange it.

This dress in 1 word - PERFECT. I looked for a dress through this web site and in 2 hours I had chosen, measured and ordered. In 8 days it was on my doorstep and it fits perfectly. All you need to do is pick what you like, measure well, order and the task is done. No need to spend endless frustrating hours in shops and showrooms! I was very apprehensive about ordering my dress after reading the reviews but I work in customer service so I know that people can be jerks and overly picky sometimes so I took my chances because I needed beautiful and budget friendly dress! I got my dress today and it fit perfect! I'm about a 10/12 (5'4,163 lbs) so I ordered a size 12. I'm going to try to lose 10 more lbs before the wedding because i could use the little bit of space. Anyway I was very happy with how gorgeous my dress is and the timely fashion it came in. I got in about 2 weeks. I cannot wait for my special day and I will certainly be ordering from them again and will suggest my sister order her prom dress from them as well
