I purchased beautiful final sale dresses at jj house always had a wonderful shopping experience excellent customer service. I have been a customer for several years and would highly recommend jj house to my friends and family.
Declared value invoice was $18. Dress cost $180. Resulted in $200 customs fine I had to pay to get dress released from customs. Absolutely no reply from JJsHouse for 3 days on this. Either major fraud or honest mistake? EDIT: JJsHouse replied on my mail and promised to refund penalty.
I was hesitant, an online prom dress? I had assurances from friends and wow. The dress is stunning and fitted my daughter like a glove ( worth getting it made to measure).
Great delivery time and tracking and beautiful good quality dress.
I placed an order for 2 dresses. One came with stains, and the other did not fit properly.
When I tried to return them, they would not process the return unless I sent them a photo of myself wearing the dress and showing where it did not fit.
I found that profoundly offensive. Sending a photo of myself in an ill fitting dress online to China was not an acceptable proposition, so after a flurry of emails where they promised to do it without, then changed their minds, i just decided to take the loss just to avoid any more annoying interactions with them.
Be aware that a photo of yourself wearing the dress is a requisite for any returns.
I found the whole process uniquely annoying.
I almost did not order from JJ House because of a few reviews I read. I have to say I am very happy I did. The dress is very good quality and more beautiful in person than the pictures. I received it in a week, the size was perfect right to their size chart. I will definitely order again from them. Thank you JJ House for making my daughters day special.
I ordered a dress here. Spending around 2-300 dollars. Not to mention expedited shipping. So it ships. Supposed to get here in 2-4 days. Bull. Estimated delivery date isn't until the 18.11 days after. They just want their money. "They can offer you a 50% refund on shipping; and a 40% refund if your dress is lost"
This place is a joke. Scamming for money. Customer service did nothing but give me a damn run around, and ignored me.

The dress arrived after only 8 days from the booking. This looks exactly like in the picture and the fabric is smart and fits very well (although I'm not a model, but I wear size 8), it is also extremely comfortable.
My item that I ordered arrived in perfect condition and was an exact match to the product online. Very pleased with the service I received and I would recommend anyone to buy items for the wedding or special occasion from jjshouse.com
I am so impressed with the dress, high quality to fast delivery! I had special measurement's and the dress fits perfectly. I also ordered a sash, it was absolutely perfect! I will certainly order again in the future. The measurement's are good and I chose to take smaller measurement around the bust and could really have taken even a bit smaller but it does not bother me.
Product quality is awful. The dress I ordered was shoved in a plastic bag and stuffed in a box. The beading on the dress was cheap and the sleeves were poorly made. They refuse to refund for dissatisfaction of their products and feel that because they are "made from scratch" they do not "shoulder any responsibility" for quality. WRONG. I cancelled the credit card payment and am making sure I pursue every avenue to let the public know about this consumer rip off! DO NOT buy anything from these people. They are animals.

Fantastic website. I ordered 5 bridesmaid dresses due to the age differences i got them custom sized.
They were all perfect, fantastic colour and seamless finish absolutely beautiful!

Update: so their customer service contacted me after they saw my review here and was kind enough to refund me the extra charge that I paid. Good customer service, but still one star off for all the stuff that should not have happened in the first place.
I received my shipment from JJs about 3 weeks ago. Everything looked great and I was happy with my order. That is until I received an invoice from UPS charging me $76.01 for a duty and brokerage fee that I was unaware of. I would have thought twice about buying from this website if I had known about this hidden fee. Future buyers beware!

I have ordered dresses that are very important for a wedding. Fortunately, I have ordered in time but JJ's House is making me worry tremendously as their customer service is completely unresponsive and it cannot be reached through Facebook, tickets or phone. Reconsider ordering here.

Hi I ordered a dress recently and was worried that it would not arrive on time. I spoke to online chat and they expedited for me. I am very impressed with JJS they know how to look after the customer. Ill be definitely using again
I have ordered three bridesmaid dresses for my upcoming wedding. The dresses have been fully paid for and shipped to me. However... they are stuck with DHL as I have been told that an extra £65 needs to be paid due to outstanding Customs and Excise duties. I have called and emailed JJhouse yesterday and today but have received no solution/explanation.
I am now concerned that the dresses will be sent back from DHL to JJhouse.
The service and process is unacceptable and causes unnecessary stress.
When I ordered 2 different wraps for my dress, the shipping said 7-10 days. That gave me plenty of time to assess which wrap to wear.
However, they did not arrive in that time. In fact took so long to get here that I had to go to Plan B.
The wraps arrived the day after my event so I contacted them to return the items.
They said if I used their UPS label, the charge would only be $8. But it was considerably more. Plus the fact that even though they tell you it takes 10 days to 2 weeks for credit to appear, it takes considerably longer. My advice... never deal with overseas companies unless you have a lot of time to wait and don't care that the shipping charges are outrageous.
If I buy something from Nordstrom or Macy's, shipping back and forth is free, fast and no hassle. Everything I have purchased from an overseas company comes with extreme shipping delays and extraordinary charges. Customer service is strictly via email with "playbook" answers and no resolution.

I ordered a dress and gave the correct measurements, but JJs House did not ask for a very important measurement (hollow to waist) so the torso was 2 inches too short. Their response? "Please be assured that we did make the item in the size you ordered."
I'm very disappointed in your lack of effort to correct an error in measurement collection on your part. I will not shop your site again and will make a point to warn everyone I can away from it because you do not ask the right questions and then keep the money. The 7 day return policy appears to be a scam; it is way below industry standard.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. You will NOT get what you ordered and they will not issue a full refund if they send you the wrong thing. (they did offer me 20% like everyone else says here. I sent them a photo with a tape measure across the dress to prove it was too small. They said I measured wrong, although you can clearly see I measured the widest part of the dress. They say it should vary by no more than two inches but mine is off by four inches. If you look carefully at all of the positive reviews, you will see that many of them are poorly written and don't make sense. I wonder if this might be the ones that they write themselves? Not sure about that. But I believe they will post a reply to this about how concerned they are that I am not happy. So when they do, I will promise to update this with what happens next. Meanwhile if you can't resist and order anyway then realize you may be throwing away your money.
I ordered a dress for my sister's wedding and paid $22 for shipping just to never receive the dress, it was shipped and carried through a horrible company called LaserShip, they returned the dress and I contacted JJ's House via email bc the company has no real representatives, they use bot customer service( live chats) and there is no a phone number to receive assistance. I was told I'd receive my dress immediately before June 18th countless times but that did not happen, I ended up getting a dress from another company which was way better. Till this day I haven't received a refund. Don't order from their website the customer service is terrible

I ordered a dress from this seller for an upcoming wedding. Unfortunately, when I received the dress, it did not look like the picture on the website. The pleats in the front of the dress are not sewn correctly so they were impossible to iron. The zipper had to be tugged extremely hard to get it all the way up (not because it was too small but because it was a bad zipper). The other girls who ordered their dresses from this website had the same problem with zippers. Overall, the dress is very cheaply and poorly made. It cost me over $100 to have it made and shipped. I will not be able to sell this dress to anyone for even close to that price. I was overall extremely disappointed in the quality and look of the dress and would never ever recommend this seller to anyone. Not only is it poorly made, it is grossly overpriced. I hope this review will save someone time and money in the future!

Awesome! I got my order and wasn't disappointed! Those flowers are really beautiful. The color, as some said in the other reviews, vary a little bit from what was on my screen but that's normal. I'm really happy with my bouquet, they will go wonderfully with my wedding dress!
I was required to at least give them one star. They deserve zero stars. Do not shop here! I cancelled an order within 24 hours online and they only want to refund me 5%! This is a fraudulent company. Every time you call the customer service line it actually says no one is available. Please do not order from this store. We were going to order all the wedding party and bridal dress from this website and thank God we did not. I am reporting them to the BBB and also looking to take legal action. My husband is an attorney so we can do it for free.
The customer service on this website is awesome. If you have any complaints they answer ASAP and take care of the problem. Not, that they cause problems. The users usually ( me) cause the problems. I just receive one of their items, a faux fur shrug which was a bargain and I'm very, very, very HAPPY with the quality and how fast it was sent. I would recommend this website JJshouse to all my friends and family. Please check them out for the holidays they have beautiful dresses and shrugs. I love, love, love my ivory faux fur shrug, not only will I wear it for my wedding I can wear it on my honeymoon over my nightgown and others nights. What a great buy!
