JJsHouse has a refund policy that I didn't notice. I changed my mind about an order but apparently was a bit late in cancelling it. However, they were understanding and said they will refund my payment. I love the look of their clothes and will probably order from them again.

My lovely dress arrived a couple of days ago. I have it hanging where I can admire it. The fit is perfect! Such an easy process for such a great result. Saved me a lot of shopping around looking for the right look. Really happy with the product. Thank you.

I hope to resolve an ongoing issue, but I fear JJsHouse is a scam. I ordered three dresses as potential Mother of the Groom dresses. I paid for them PLUS about $60 for shipping. The dresses are simply not what I want, the color is bad on me, they don't fit or flatter. Any reputable vendor would accept a return without questions. I am being asked to supply photos as proof! STAY AWAY!

It is beautiful! And I can't thank you enough for the extremely fast service. As you can tell, I will shop on your site again and again. I've already made two orders since the purchase of this dress. I will gladly send pictures of me in the dress on my wedding day, but not sooner, as I'm having it altered a little bit. I have been telling everyone where I work where I purchased my wedding dress and gave them the site address. I have never been more pleased with a shop in my life. You are fantastic! The Greatest shopping site ever! No where in the world could a person pick out a dress, have it custom made, and delivered to their door in a week! Only one week and my beautiful creation was at my door. I can't give you enough praise! You are fantastic! I can't wait to see my shoes.

Warning! This company will take your money and ignore your requests with customer service. I ordered a dress for a wedding from this company. Dresses for a wedding must arrive by a certain time! The company told me that because of the Corona Virus, my shipment would be late. Fine. Cancel my order! I tried FIVE different times to cancel my order and was given the run around. Today, weeks after the original order, I received a text from a burn number to tell me my dress, that I no longer need, is on the way!. Very bad service! Do not order from this company. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Terrible quality. Looks good on model but I bet she wasn't breathing when she had the dress on. One breath and my daughter in laws dress zipper broke. All the way down the bodice she was exposed. Never buy from these people. Money saved isn't worth the heartbreak of being married with your whole side exposed.

I paid for a dress that smells of rotting fish, which for most companies would be enough to exchange it. Was repeatedly told to go against the cleaning instructions on the dress to remove the smell. Upon further inspection of the dress, I found it to be ill-fitting (despite measuring myself), made of cheap fabric, and to vary greatly from the design represented on the website.

I have attempted to contact the returns department and have been offered a 35% refund. Had I seen some of the reviews on this website, I would not have wasted my time or money. I hope my experience will prevent someone else from doing the same.

Have been very satisfied with all purchases from JJsHouse from flower girl baskets to the recent purchase the pant suit.
It is beautiful made and fantastic on apart from trousers need altering.
It was in the sale so very pleased.

I ordered a dress which was way too big. Other retailers--easy peasy. JJ's house has no phone number for customer service and promised (via chat) to send a label twice and I also emailed. I will now just donate a $100 dress to goodwill.

They really are amazing my dress is high quality and true to picture, very heavy and proper material not that horrid shiny stuff, refunded my export charge within 24 hrs, sizes are perfect, wouldnt hesitate at using them again, very very happy customer thankyou

I ordered a satin bolero which arrived promptly. However fit was so appalling it was unwearable. They refunded 40% of purchase price but this did not even cover postage. Not worth spending more money to alter it. I would never use this company again.

I had a great experience with JJ's House. It was kind of scary to buy a dress without trying it on, but the sizing was great, the workmanship on the dress was/is beautiful. I had to have a very slight alteration done, and the seamstress said the dress was very well made. It is almost as nice on the inside as outside. There are no obvious seams. Will use their services as needed for formal wear. I have recommended JJ's to others, and my sister is in the process of getting her dress now. Thank you JJ's

This site is totally a scam. They stole photos of wedding dresses and then tried and failed to recreate them. I ordered two because they were so inexpensive and was extremely disappointed when they arrived. They fit just fine, so I was unable to return them, but they were so UGLY. They were made with extremely cheap material, the hemlines didn't match up and were very threadbare. Do not buy from this site unless you want a cheap, poorly constructed dress. You get what you pay for.

Purchased non custom dress that was of very poor quality fabric and construction. No side seams in dress exposing very cheap slip undergarment. Slip lining also protrudes from neckline due to poor construction. Contacted JJs house customer service via email which was incredibly difficult and requested the refund and return form as per their policy. I was told to send pictures of the defective dress and have been given the run around with numerous emails delaying the process. Was finally told to take the dress to a taylor to be fixed and they would give me a 15% discount. The taylor would not even touch the poor quality garment but even if they did it would have to be totally remade with costs well over the pitiful discount the company was offering! After 5 requests I am still unable to obtain the refund and return form that I requested ( as per their policy). Please DO NOT buy anything from this company!

I ordered a dress to come for prom with expedited shipping. The dress came 2 weeks late. Once we tried to return it, they said we could not and we did not get any money back as well. They will not answer the phones for customer service or get back to us at all. The dress looks great online but in person its horrible quality and it runs so small. You do not have room to breathe. Wouldn't ever buy from here again.

Ordered my wedding shoes from JJ's house. Cme very quickly. The shoes are well made and fit perfectly. Very impressed with the quality. I will deffinatley be ordering again. If your dubious of ordering off the site I would not worry there customer service is excellent amd they are very prompt. Order was delivered by DHL so they use well known couriers.

I was disappointment in my dress from JJshouse. The zipper would not unzip,. I only ordered from them after making sure I could return the dress if it didn't fit. JJshouse worked with me to resolve the issue and gave me a full refund. I am very happy with this site. The Bride also ordered her dress from JJshouse and she had no problems at all. I have now ordered two dresses from this website and I have been more than pleased! Customer service is great they answered all my questions quick and were very friendly. Shipping has gone perfectly and quick! The dresses are just as I pictured them to be and they match the photos almost identically! Really happy with this site and totally going to order again in the future! The other dress wasn't custom made but fit perfectly and the other one was and it was also a perfect size! I love my dresses<3 Also two of my friends have been really happy with their dresses from this website!

These reviews have really scared me about the customer service and return policy! I received my dress and do not like the way it looks on me and the zipper is very hard to get up and down and will not last. I hope I can get a full refund as they claim hassle free.

I ordered a stock standard size 14. It came and was way too small after many emails they offered to make a custom dress if I sent the other one back. I did at my own expense and sent them all my measurements for a custom made. It arrived and still doesnt fit. It is way to big and the straps fall off my shoulders. It's hideous. My daughters wedding only a few weeks away. I would NEVER order from here again. Deb ivey Australia

Purchased a range of handbags to gift bridesmaids. The range available on JJ was wide and the products arrived promptly and were packed well. I recommend this site for handbag orders. Also, they responded to my emails within 24hrs

Do NOT order a dress form this company, I did and never received the dress. They claim it was delivered, it certainly was not. Can not even rate this company...Now have to go to local store to find a dress for event... not happy!
