Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
I've ordered from Justfab before but this time the package kept getting delayed in transit and when it finally arrived it was beaten and mis-shaped. The hat I ordered was crushed. The CS rep ordered me a replacement and was very helpful though.
I just wanted once pair of boots... It ended up making me VIP and charging me every month, (they say you get emails to cancel the charges they make to your card before the 1st but thats bull cause I got no such email) I proceed to get a hold of them to try and get my money back to which they give me sad customer service and make me feel stupid, "would you like me to explain VIP membership"... no I wouldn't I would just like you to cancel it so it stops taking my money. The shoes are cheap and don't last very long. One word. Ridiculous. I asked to delete my account and she just cancelled my VIP member ship... Now I have to figure out how to do it on my own.

Pls do not purchase anything from Justfab when u order anything they will by themselves add us in membership and will charge $39.95 + the amount of thing u purchase on your card which is not even
Authorized from us from 10th of december to 6th January i called them 5 times and asked for the refund and they will have same answer it will be refunded in 7 to 10 business days and will give u reference number and when u call next time transaction number but they will never send you the refund confirmation receipt to your email. And the shoes i purchase was even not that much comfortable after 3 hours my feets were swollen pls do not buy anything from JustFAB

Just fab has given me the freedom to shop for items I need when I need them. And when I don't I just skip the month no questions asked. Their personal picks are perfect and I never have a problem with the fit. Keep going…I need a bigger closet…lol

I typically will only buy items online from well-known, established businesses (Amazon, Overstock, etc) because I feel confident that they do honest business. JustFab is NOT one of those businesses. They advertise a discount, you purchase items, and low and behold a month later you are charged $40 because the discount you used automatically enrolled you in a subscription. One day after noticing the charge, you immediately call and tell them you do not want the subscription- never did... but too late, your money is gone! They will not refund and the customer service rep will ignore your request and overtalk you. I cannot imagine how much money they have made from this foolery. I don't know how companies still get away with doing this. This has to stop!

I served from them and they continued to charge my account; let me tell yalll something about just fab, yes there boots are nice but they will continue to debit your account as if your ordering something, they take you're money and say it's for a V. I. P membership, these people are scams; I'm in the process of filing with the BBB; there fraud they just want your card information

Back in September I ordered a pair of shoes for my birthday on my mothers credit card. I got them for about $15 because they were my first pair. After a few month we noticed that we were charged $40. We were confused and went to the website and found I was charged for FIVE months $40. We called the website number and the guy could only give us that months refund back. Now we have to spend around $150 on their shoes for the nonrefundable $40. Make sure you know you are a VIP member. For me they did not tell me and I was never knew I was charged each month. It is ridiculous and nobody has the time or the money for it. Very disappointed.
You people would get a good review from me if u people would stop taking money out of my damn bank account 2 to 3 times a month when I'm not even buying anything if it continues I'll be filing a law suit against justfab for all the money this company has stolen from me I'm a single mother of 5 and u people steal of me its bull$#*!

I signed up over a year ago when I saw the buy one get one free deal. Two pairs of adorable shoes for $39.95?! YES PLEASE! Of course I read through all the terms & conditions and it is a monthly subscription site, so each month you could be charged $39.95 on your card (equaling one credit on JustFab, which allows you to purchase any one of the items... a pair of shoes, a handbag, etc.)
I shop on a budget, so to get a fabulous handbag or fun pair of shoes for $40 is pretty reasonable for me, and I LOVE the styles on JustFab. If I don't have it in my budget for the month, I simply sign into JustFab.com with my username and password and skip the month under my boutique (must do this the 1st through the 5th). Honestly though, JustFab has become a place that I always have something on my want list and it would be rare for me to skip a month now!
I ordered two pairs of shoes which I'm in love with, but I only received one pair. Which was in July. I waited and nothing. I emailed customer service somewhat of what I could find. They emailed me back and said they will get in touch with me soon and never did. I just want my shoes!

I have wanted to cancel this for over a year, but the few times I have painstakingly attempted the cancel call, I am transferred a minimum of two times before conveniently being disconnected. I have an alarm set to skip the month and numerous months this year, the website just happened to be down on the first on the month. When I called the second time it happened, I was told there was nothing they could do. The only reason I had a purchase recently was due to one of these months. I like the products they carry, which is the only reason they received a second star. I loath the predatory practices of the business though. Would never recommend.

I bought 2 pairs of boots and a pair of sneakers. The sneakers are a hard rubber almost plastic sole, one pair of boots do not stay up, fall down because the ties do not tighten. I also purchased 2 shirts, one shirt is a complete box cut with the smallest of arm holes ever, the second one is two sized too small from the size on the tag.

Justfab sucks, be very careful before purchasing anything, it withdraws the money of customers in name of VIPS monthly and refuse to refund back, it gives the worst experience of online shopping.Be very careful everyone.
I order my boots from here due to having to have a larger size than carry in stores and am always pleased with the boots. Also starting ordering my jeans from here and recently ordered a coat. I am supper pleased with the coat also. It fit perfectly and was exactly what I have been looking for.

I highly recommend everyone NOT to order any shoes from this website! They don't give you the option to choose if you want to be a VIP MEMBER, and they charge you 39.95 if you don't skip the month. I hate having to call customer service and wait 15-30 mins. I order three pairs of shoes, one i decided to keep the other two I decided to send back because they sent the wrong size and the other boots did not fit me. SO i go on the website and try to get a refund but NOOOO there's no options for that, only exchanges, and their website says return and exchanges are EASY! Bull$#*!! I call customer service they are horrible, they are suppose to make customers happy, not tell them they can't do anything about it. They told me that if i want my full refund back i will be charge a fee of 5.99! What company does that, I've order plenty of shoes and clothes on websites and I've never had a issue with return or exchange. I hope this company gets shut DOWN!
I had expected a higher quality product from just fab. I purchased 3 pairs of boots and 1 hand bag since joining. There has been manufacturing defects with everything. From zippers that are sewn in crooked and hard to zip and unzip. To the opening in a pair of boots that are not of the same size from one foot to the other. I'll be canceling my subscription. The quality of this merchandise is that of a discount store. Not what I expected.

I have not used my justfab account in some-time. I logged in and discovered I had 0 credits. This is not the first time this has happened. I remembered getting an email a few months back stating my credit was being converted to a certificate because it had been a year since I'd order anything. I've been unsuccessful in receiving a response, my credits, or an EXPLANATION! I'm more than UPSET!

I am never buying anything from JustFab and I will never recommend JustFab to anybody. My package got delivered to the wrong address and was then returned by the post office. However, JustFab did not let me know that my package has been returned till I called a month after and they wouldn't refund my money. $#*! $#*! website

They should be legally warned as the whole website is managed by incompetent people.
I have unsubscribed from their newsletter at least 5 or 6 times, and I have even written directly to the website. But I still receive their emails and newsletters from Justfab.
Now, I have marked all the emails as spam, so they go directly in my spam folder, but I receive 3 or 4 a week, and this is getting ridiculous!
Bought 4 paira of heels, all size 8W.
The 2 heeled sandals fit comfortably. The other closed toe heels were far too large, they seemed a size 9-10. Also bought a shirt dress, and the material was extremely cheap and once again the sizing was off. I usually have no complaints on sizing, have been ordering for half a year. Sent returns... waiting for credit to my account.

They have a few nice outfits, but most of the time you will not find what you are looking for. Do not, under any circumstances, sign up for the VIP membership. At is a scam and the only "privilege " you will get is $39.95 being taken out of your account, You have until the 5th of the month to skip the payment, but too often you will experience technical issues and it will seem like you skipped the month successfully until you see the charge on your bank.

I allowed my teen daughter to use my debit card to purchase a $15 pair of boots back in November 2016. I had NO IDEA my card was being charged $39.95 per month for 9 months! Plus they are billing an expired card and I have no idea how they are doing it! My card expired May 2017 so they shouldn't have been able to collect for June, July and August but they did. My daughter looked on the account and it showed card expired. I am trying to get the charges reversed through my bank as I never authorized anything. I've never even been on their website

One pair of boots I bought appeared to be scuffed. I took them with me on a trip but didn't realize the flaws until I got to my destination. At that point, I had to wear them, so I didn't bother trying to return them

After waiting and not getting tracking like I usually do I called custermer service. They told me it should take 14 days to receive them. I waited and they still didn't arrive.
