Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
I have returned items in the past. I have a credit and it does not come off my new purchase amount. How do I get my credit? I will stop ordering if the credit is not applied. I don't want it to expire or something. Thank you.

I love the shoes I order them for myself and as gifts! Perfect sizing! Although I had the VIP they charged me every month and I didn't know but they gave me all the money back in credits! Very pleased!
The products are well made and as described. The sizes are off(smaller) than advertised. Boots were small and clothes a little smaller. I'll have to return the boots. I will order again but with the knowledge that products run small

JustFab clothes is just an ad to promote other brands, apparently. The pants I got one looks like I have a kangaroo belly bag (i have no belly). The other ones feels and look like those $6 pants from Walmart

Navigating the website to find the products I was interested in was effortless. The items arrived within a week. Each item was boxed or packaged, and labeled individually, and not destroyed or damaged during shipping. And lastly - all of the items are of great quality and true to size.

I paid for express shipping and the system said the product would reach me by 10/26. But the product did not reach me until 10/28. I ordered the product for my daughter to wear for a Halloween party to school of course the product arrived that evening. Then I attempted to discuss the matter with customer service which was not helpful. I'm truly not happy

I had things in my cart that I was trying to remove but the app would not delete them. I restarted the app, removed and re added the app, went to my account using the website and tried several times before I was able to get the items removed before placing my order. I had the same issue with my last order and ended up with two of the same item. Something needs to be done about the site so that the shopping experience isn't such a hassle.

The shoes were great just too big, I tried to initiate a return and the website kept giving me error messages. I waited a week and tried again, same thing. I'm not past the 30 day return period and now I'm stuck with shoes that are way to big on me

I was worried ordering a 9.5 would be too big because I'm a 9, but it is a perfect fit. The color is spot on to what I wanted to match them with. In the pic the color is more vibrant, however it was perfect. Ordered got my birthday

The loafers I purchased, two different sizes were shipped. I ordered a size 8, the pair I received, the left shoe is a size 8, the right 7.5. Tried to return it, I was told I'd receive some sort of shipping label via email, and to attach to package and ship from any postal service facility free of charge. I could not believe there was no other way to facilitate my return, as I would have had to print the shipping label. I do NOT have a printer, not everyone has a printer, folks, I have no need for one! I was extremely dissatisfied. Actually no, I was livid! I requested a refund, I also needed to update my profile on your site. I was told the system was down at the moment. Really?! Seriously?! That was about two months ago, I haven't shopped on your site since. And by the way, I never did receive that shipping label either.

Not one of the 5 pairs of shoes that I purchased fit correctly. All of them were far too big and I have never had this happen before out of the many years I've had a membership and have done business with Justfab. The shoes are always true to size, but these 7.5's were all huge and I was falling out/slipping out of all of them with far too much extra room. Also extremely disappointing because these shoes came weeks late and the original shipment was lost and I had to wait weeks for them to get to me only to not have any of them work for me.

My niece placed a dress for her graduation in the shopping cart. As a gift to her I paid for it then I get another charge deducted from my account.
Called them and was told because she is a member they will automatically deduct from your card a monthly charge that us called a credit so she can order again
There is nothing on their web site that mentions this or to agree to this.
They wouldn't let me delete my card info from her account unless I placed a different card.
You are a very deceiving company to trick your buyers to buy more.
And now my Niece has called to cancel her membership and was told it will take up to 12 months to credit me for the unauthorized money they took from me
I hope people will look at these reviews before becoming a member.

I was not aware that being a member meant that they were going to charge one once a month! No notifications letting you know that you are going to be charged, nothing! I am highly upset about the customer service that I received as well. The person I spoke to decided they were going to talk over me. It was explained to me that the money is nonrefundable- WHAT!? If you don't want to be a member, you cannot get your money back. This has been an absolutely horrible experience. I plan to do my part is educating as many people on the internet as I can about this ridiculous company! This kind of customer service is not how you keep repeat business!
I normally don't order shoes or clothing online due to the fact I really need to try on the items. Flash forward to shopping on Justfab and I was in love with the shoes, sports bra and bottoms. Super comfy and fits just right all the way around. With the points that I had, it helped with the over all cost too. Even without the points, it was really affordable.

It was so easy to order. I had a hard time choosing which pair of boots to buy. So, I bought 4 pair and I absolutely love them all. I got so many compliments. I am on my feet all day. These boots were all so comfy. I can't wait to buy more. All of the boots were true to size.

I didn't know when I purchased my first pair of shoes that I was signing up for a membership. When I found the charge on my account I called & within 11 minutes a very nice guy cancelled my account and refunded my money. Didn't love the shoes but did love the great customer service!

I keep trying to find shoes from Just Fab that will fit and every time I order they are too big or too small. That wouldn't be terrible except I've never been able to return them. It's always so difficult and I end up giving up and keeping the shoes that I can't wear.

Loved the boots, they were so comfy I was able to wear them all night without complaining once, mind you I was the host for our dinner and was not able to really sit so definitely recommend. The bodysuit was definitely on the small side so I was not able to wear it as planned. I'd advise to get a size bigger.

Hard to get a hold of CS. Tell you they resolved it but they don't. Apparently I have store credit but there's NO actual way for me to use it. I've been given a gift card code from CS and it wasn't valid. Just a mess.

Selection is geared for more younger energetic females. I can only wear mostly flats and low heels. Selection is minimal for my age group. Plus size is always and issue, extra wide calves. Especially when ordering items that state wide calf that aren't wide at all.
