Bought 2 pairs of shoes, and they were way to big, so I called and they told me they would do a trade no problem. They have my new sizes I want, just send them back and we will send out new ones.
So I send them back, and wait and wait, and the whole time my order says processing. Then after 4 weeks, i get an email that dont have my sizes and they will give me a credit!
What a scam!

They will say that you bought those sandals for the cheapest price but you will end up paying more because of the stupid monthly payment of $39! When you called there customer service they will say the nicest words just for you to stay as there VIP $#*! that you need to pay! And they will say that you can avoid that clicking something but thats really wrong you will not have choices! They deduct $39 from me last May I didnt notice about that and I always check my email and stuffs didnt see the mail that before the 5 days that there telling! And this June the time when I notice it, I got rally pissed! Cause instead of having discounts you will Just end up still paying more!

I am still waiting for items which is in pending status. I tried to contact JF customer service department both the rep and the manager was very rude. The rep tried to out talk me and provide me with answers before I could even get me question out. When I asked for a Manager he was refusing, until I asked him 3 times are you refusing to transfer me a Manager. The Manager (which I'm not even sure was one) was rude and could not provide me with a reliable answer. This is not the JF I once remember being a member of for over 9 years. Worst experience, service, and will never order again. I prefer Shien get my stuff a lot faster

I placed an order at the beginning of May, in order to use all my credits in store, which I never received in the end. By contacting customer service, I was told that the package had been lost and that it could be sent back to me. On the other hand, one of the products was no longer available, so I was given credits in store, despite the fact that I had initially paid money for my order. The amount I had paid amply covered the unavailable item, but I was told that it was impossible to repay.

Despite this, I finally received my order on June 15; I am satisfied with what I received. I still intend to use the rest of my credits in store, because it's still my money in the end, and finally close my account, because I've always had problems with my orders.

I have ordered several times and never have had a problem. This last order of the jeans, that I've had before, in the size I ordered and this time the fit was horrible. Not sure what the issue is, because they are the same brand and size that I am wearing currently. Ugh.

In good faith I suscribed for the promotion of 2 items for £35. I'm a foreign person and I misunderstood the terms and conditions. Several months later I discovered they have been taking £35 from my bank account for being VIP (I wonder why is called VIP when you are treated like rubbish).
My husband rang them and the offered some money back but they will keep some money as "credit". I don't even want this "deal" because I didn't like the quality of what I purchased for the first (and last time). Apart from a horrible practice from this company I consider they descriminate people and the take advantage of that situation.

I received my boots and I was excited because they were cute. I tried one of them on and it fits so I thought good to go. NOT. I had worn the boots twice and found that the one boot was already falling apart. I looked on the website to contact customer service but couldn't find where to let them know. Then a while after that I got an email that said that my credit was there and I thought what credit?! So I look on my visa statement and they have charged me the $39.95 USD which works out to be $55.00 CDN so I called and said oh no you are not charging me when I didn't authorize it. I told the person on the phone that the quality sucked and he said that if I continued to be a VIP member then I could return them but if by being a VIP member and forgetting to skip that month they will charge me another $39.95 so I said forget it, I don't plan on ever shopping there again!

First thing... not much choice... and the worst thing they charge you every month for,, VIP pass'' what is proper bull$#*!... such a scam they don't even let you know about monthly charges... worst company ever and the costumer service its crap as well! Why can we refund the many? You are the worst thing ever!

I really wanted to love this site. I have been a member for several years now and purchased several pairs of boots and sandals. No matter what adjustment I make, they never seem to fit. The materials are also very plasticy and never seem to break in, so they aren't very comfortable. I do like, that if you forget to "skip" a month, every six months they will forgive the $40. Otherwise, if you can't be consistent, this subscription can become very expensive and you can find better fit and quality elsewhere.

I have yet to be refunded for my return and their excuse is that my second return hasn't been received yet. There's also no way of tracking anything with their return labels. They should be providing an up to date status of where your return is and the status of the refund.

I got my first pair of shoes from them then proceeded to cancel the subscription as I didn't want to get charged every month. However I noticed I was charged $39 this month for no reason. Apparently i only skipped the month and didn't cancel the whole subscription. I had no idea and wish I could get a refund. I am a college student and currently struggling I cant afford to lose money on stuff like this.

These shoes are definitely true to size. I thought the bulky strap might make them a bit smaller fit, but it was the perfect fit! I wore them for a wedding and was standing quite a bit, was still quite comfortable in them. Will definitely be wearing them again soon!

I placed an order on 9/19/15 and received damaged shoes, I'm still waiting on my replacement. I called them today to find out I only get back half of what I paid for, as if I canceled my order. Customer service were no help nor was the manager. For future reference plz got to a store and by your shoes because JustFab are a bunch of scam artist that want half your money for not having the shoes you order.

Bought 3 items. 2 booties and one over thigh boots, the over thigh boots were beautiful and sexy. Now the brown bootie was ok but the black one- I got two different sizes and to highlight the dishonesty the sizes were rubbed off so you cannot tell what is the shoe size! The nerve! This is blatant consumer fraud!

I was very disappointed with the selection of shoes on the entire site. 99.9% of them were hideous! I used to order shoes from just fab all the time so I figured I'd give it a shot again but the style on the entire site is just awful
