I got a pair of boots from just fab 2 years ago, they have scammed every month by taking £70 out of my account each month, I have tried contacting to cancel and to avail. This company is awlful, ripping off people without a care in the world, this company has had well over a grand off me

I was very disappointed with the selection of shoes on the entire site. 99.9% of them were hideous! I used to order shoes from just fab all the time so I figured I'd give it a shot again but the style on the entire site is just awful

I'm just going to keep this short. Don't give them your contact information (especially you email address), because no matter how many times you try to unsubscribe, how many times you send emails to their office (for me it was around 12 times!) and how many times you try to call their customer service (3 times for me), they will still keep on sending you very annoying emails about their deals several times a week. It is unbelievably annoying how horrible their customer service is and how much they spam you will junk mail. Just don't even visit this site.

Impossible to use my credit. The website won't allow me to use my credits as a payment method! I got the credit from being charged on my credit card and now I can't even use the credit. They are the biggest headache ever and I have a hard time even finding 1 thing that I would bother purchasing.

Horrible company. Don't buy from them. They rip you off and steal from you and then act like they don't understand and respect your calls and then take month and months to get your money back. They say they sent it but you have to keep calling back saying you haven't received it. What $#*!s! I'd give a negative review if I could

It's being three years I started with JustFab, really love shopping at theirs site, everything they sales is very nice and the prices abordable for everyone, when you become a vip member like I am, you can buy big sales event and you also have points for each of your purchase that I can redeem on a bill if I want. The delivery is at my door, if to big, I get it at the post office. So, I really love my experiences with JustFab. I recommend this site.

They took £105 out of my bank account without my consent as they had a hidden fee. When I cancelled and asked for my money back as I didn't use the credit as I wasn't aware of these fees etc they refused to refund the full amount. Absolutely furious, their products are awful quality too. I advise everyone to stay away, they shouldn't be in business!

Clothes are always great && shoes….don't stop I just wish sizes went bigger my daughter is at 14/16 now so then we are going to have to find elsewhere come yal bigger sizes and shoes she a 8.5 men and she only 8 don't judge she just fitting and fat feet HELP me yal

I just received my first pair of boots from JustFab. They are exactly like the picture and true to size. They fit great. They only took 6 days to arrive, and I live in Canada. To everyone calling them a scam... I was well aware of how it worked before I placed my order. If you fail to read the small print that's not the company's fault. I placed my order on the last day of the month and the next day I got my email reminding me to order or skip for the new month. I skipped no problem. I will be buying again. As far as the quality, I knew I wasn't getting leather. So I will see how they wear.

I absolutely adore the shoes. Great fit, comfortable, got them at an amazing price. Litterly caught them on sale for 12$. Only problem I had was shipping. Paid for 2 days shipping and the delivery day got moved back twice. They made sure to tell me right away it wasn't a secret. Just wish they would have come in the 2 days like I paid for

I was really excited about the cute shoes but all of the pairs were very cheaply made and each shoe has worn down after just 1 use each. The insoles of the flats worn out within 4 hours! You can see the grid of the rubber from the top. Even the tee shirt was poorly cut. I'm done with this site. I am canceling my account because it's all just junk.

JustFab is JustHorrible! Don't get me wrong, I love the purse I bought from them at good price, but I tried to cancel my membership by calling or live chatting and didn't get an answer. I was waiting like a dork for a long time! I really need to cancel because I can't afford anymore.):

I have been with Just Fab for close to 10 years off and on. I have had issues with sizing. Customer service has always been courteous and helpful. I have never had one problem exchanging or returning product. Kudos.

For the people that say this website is not a scam, you are right. The website is not a scam BUT first time buyers don't realize that you very easily fall into the trap of buying cheap shoes etc. and then have to go through a lot not to get charged for the VIP membership.

Items are as described but sizes are not always consistent. Sometimes the style of pant in a size fits but a different pant the same size will be tight. Makes it a little challenging to know what to order.

The sizing of the clothes were off. Examples: I purchased 2 pants in the same size - one fit the other didn't. I bought tops in bigger sizes and the body was roomy (which I loved) but the arm pits were tight (I literally broke a sweat trying to get it off, I got so frustrated to the point I started crying).

My first thought was that the shoes were cute and I couldn't believe these shoes were only $15 each but within the month of wearing them I realized you get what you pay for... majority of the shoes are uncomfortable (like wearing over engineered cardboard but cute to look at) and the 2 pairs that were comfortable, the stubs/grips on the heels came off.

I ordered a boot am waited so long for it 2 weeks then no one contacted me to tell me they were out of stock. It gave me a date and when I tracked it it said shipped, I called just fab customer service to here they never had the boot online did not say iut of stock.

I was fooled into thinking I was getting a promotion on Black Friday and subscribed into $39.95 a month to which I didn't agree to. I phoned my bank after a NSF fee($45.00) was issued to which after they charged me $39.95 ( in Canada) ended up being $55.04 which was $100.00 dollars( roughly) taken out of my account close to Christmas. I called Justfab and they told me they would refund me and cancel my subscription. I was refunded the money... and literally the same day they took the same amount back out. I had to cancel my debit/visa card and an investigation from my bank is in process. I talked to other people I know about this and a friend and co-worker has been scammed by them with little sympathy or recognition to what they have gone through ( one of them being a mother and loosing her child days before.) Both didn't get their money back... Legit a scam!

I've been a customer for years and have never had an issue…until now. I had to return my entire order. One didn't fit and the other never arrived. The representative listened to my issue and resolved it quickly.

Ordered some leggings, too small, exchanged for bigger size. Received exchange, too big. Requested refund... too late for refund, only credit. Turn around time for exchange was too long and missed my window for money back. Feel ripped off

Call your credit card company and complain, if you have a credit card through your bank, and they are good to you, they will remove the 35$ charge after you cancel on the website. Cheap, $#*! shoes from China.

I have been ordering my shoes from JustFab for years now. I have never had any problems with receiving my orders in a timely manner. I can't comment on returns because I have loved every pair I have purchased.

I ordered a ton of shoes a bit ago from here and I ordered an 8 which is my normal size and most of them were to small so when I ordered a 8.5,1 of 7 shoes fit they were to big. Size is never what its supposed to be and/or fit correct
