Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
I used to love JustFab for their selections, prices and service. So, when I needed a pair of boots, I came back! I ordered a bunch on clearance. A number of them were the wrong shaft size despite me clicking on my size so they are unwearable. However, the return process is virtually impossible. I can't find a way to send them back.
I'm out the money and have a stack of boots I can't wear. I've cancelled my subscription and am pretty sad I can't trust JustFab anymore.
Ordered the £9 pair of shoes they where offering this in turn means that I was agreeing to there £35 a month subscription service! No where did it say this in detail or in bold. Thankfully I realised before the 6th of next month because I was able to cancel the service before being charged. But what have me really annoyed was the customer service. I used the online chat to cancel. When you first set up a chat they ask why you are messaging, at first I put "To cancel" and it didn't connect. 20 minutes without anyone aswering me I decided to open a second chat with the words "help needed". This chat was answered the SECOND I opened it. This is just a disgusting why to treat customers.
Order on a Friday and almost 4 weeks with no update about order I decided to call customer service and was told my order was sent back to the factory. But i was still, in fact charged for the order I never received.

I recently ordered three items. Two pairs of pants and one top. And I ordered the same size for all three. What I received was a whole other world of different sizes. Yes, they are all MARKED as the same size. But they are far from it.
One pair of pants fits well. Yay!
The top/bodysuit is too big. Like gaping big. Falling off of me too big.
And the other pair of pants? About 3/4 of the size of the first. WAY TOO SMALL. I can't even get them up over my hips.

I bought a pair of slides in my normal size and they are too big. With this order I also bought a pair of sneakers in my normal size and they are to small. The return policy is not as simple as they make it sound. You have to take them to UPS and then pay the postage out of your pocket. No return label.

It appears every time I go on the website some of the content is in a foreign language. I want to order shoes but the sizes and order info appears to be in Chinese or some other language with symbols instead of letters.

For the most part the shoes are great. I had to return shoes once and it took forever to get the credits back. Sometime the sizes are way off. The leopard print loafers I just got in a 7.5 are way too big.

What an utter SCAM.
Purchased a pair of shoes for £12 in the sale. No complaints with the shoes.
A month later and £35 has been taken from my account WITHOUT my authority. I NEVER signed or agreed to a VIP package. When you read their FAQ it says you are automatically signed up to this when you make your first purchase. It NEVER said this when i bought the shoes as I would not have purchased them. I am furious. What an absolute scam.
I bought boots from JustFab and within 3 wears they're creased and ruined. I haven't even broken them in and they look 3 years old. I also tried to cancel my subscription and the person I spoke to said I was unable to.

JustFab has charged me for monthly charges that I have never been able to use. I have yet to find actual useful instructions of how to use these funds. Im just banking bucks I cant use or what? Id love to know how to use this money.

The first time I tried to cancel, the agent was very pushy on giving the VIP membership another try. I gave it another try for a month, so I bought two pants to claim the credits I had in my account, at least. The pants were a horrible fit, so I tried to return it. I already had my return label processed however, I missed the 7-day window so I contacted the customer service to print me another one. The agent wouldn't print one off because the 30-day policy has already passed.
It's frustrating to think that you guys charged me at least 4 months of membership that was very hard to cancel and can't get a refund of.
And, on top of that, your products weren't even satisfactory! They're low quality and didn't fit right—the stitching was coming off already right out of the package.
For potential members, steer off this store! I'd rather you just go to your local Walmart and get a much better quality on clothes and shoes AND be able to return and get a refund without questions asked.

I ordered a 9 (my usual size), and it was way too big. Fit like a size 10. So I exchanged for an 8 1/2 and that was too big. I never wear an 8 1/2 shoe they are always too small. I sent the second pair back as well.

I ordered my first pair of boots because it said I got my first pair for 10 $, so I went to checkout and it said my total was 16$. Perfectly fine, so I ordered them. I went onto my bank account and JustFab charged my card 102$. What a scam, do not order from this site!

I ordered some comfortable shoes, slides that I could wear to work when I wanted to dress down. I was so disappointed when I received the slides because they were too big and made my feet look like clown feet. I am returning the shoes.

I ordered my size 8.5 had to return very small so I exchanged for 9. The 9 fits like the 8.5, then ordered 9.5 which fit too big like a size 10. Boot color very nice for season, heel height nice. Size is not true.

I ordered a pair of boots as a christmas present for a friend when I was in my college town. I ordered them two weeks in advance before I was going to head back home for the holidays. They literally took forever to ship them! Because of this, I e-mailed them and their customer service sucked! They didn't even answer my questions. Anyway, I can't get the pair of boots, until I come back from break which is in a month because they didn't come in on time, so I left my college town before I received them in the mail. By the time I get them, its going to be way past christmas. Now I have to buy my friend another present because of JustFabs stupid and slow shipping service.
Just fab is a scam. After you sign up it's like a membership and charge you monthly. They took money out of my account and didn't want to return it. Then they gave me credit so it wouldn't go to waste, but I find I out I have spend a big amount to make points in order to use my credit. It was such a waste. Top it off my sandals are coming apart. Just fab is a rip offf! No one go on there and shop! I would give this a negative stars but that's not an option.

Just Fab has the best shoes clothes I just brought a jump suit from them and it is amazing fits great looks good, I brought some shoes from them twice and my family and friends tell me how cute they look. I tell them where I got it from and their mouths drop lol. Great price and cute shoes and clothes have not brought their hand bags yet.
I am not impressed with this site at all. I ordered a pair of shoes recently which I have not yet received, so I do not even know how the shoes will turn out, but the woman I talked to on the phone was not a nice lady. I was trying to cancel my account and she informed me if I cancel my account I will not receive the shoes I paid for. I then asked her why this would happen, because I was a member when I ordered the shoes, and she proceeded to tell me the same thing over and over again, without ever giving me a straight up answer. I will not be ordering from this site ever again.
