I don't feel that Fabulous shoes should be taken people money off there CC people should not be taxed each month. You don't know people situations and you people want to take $50. Out of there account each month whether they buy or not. That to me is robbery.

Great quality, style and fit! Products always are delivered in a timely manner.

It took forever for the website to download. I tried several different devices and the same thing. It kept telling me I had the wrong password when my password was set to populate automatically. I had the hardest time changing my password because the site was taking so long to go through that the site told me it had timed out. At one point it told me my account was suspended. Frustrating as heck.

I got caught out with 2 x£35. They will not refund I have to buy to the value. I ordered two jackets the worst quality I have ever seen. I spent £8 over my credit now they won't refund the £8 I need to again spend to that value, what a JOKE. Still waiting for goodtos be collected. They don't deserve even a one star. Please do not use this company. Customer service is appalling, they read from a script without listening to the customer.

It's been a month and I still have not received my package.

They charged me in the middle of the month and said it was because I didn't skip the month. I have email proof that I did and have money that I haven't spent because it has happened before. I was told it can't be refunded. DO NOT use them/ they take your money and when you try to spend it-you can't use all of it towards your purchase.

My shopping experience was seamless. Hopefully I get a discount for this wonderful review.

I've tried buying shoes twice now from JustFab and both times the shoes just seemed very cheaply made and were really uncomfortable. Most of them also didn't fit even though they were my size. When I went to return my first order, I had to call customer service because I wasn't able to have a return label created from the return area in my online account. For the second order, it isn't giving me an option to refund my credit card, even though I paid with a credit card. So I have to call customer service again. Overall, wouldn't recommend purchasing shoes from here.

I purchased two pairs of shoes for my great granddaughter and they are adorable!

After almost a year after I cancelled the account, I was charged this last month for the monthly subscription. I can not even get into my account because someone changed my email address so that I can not log-in to my account. On Just Fab's chat feature, they would not help me get into my account. I asked for them to cancel the account. They finally did cancel it. My money was refunded after stating that I would go straight to my card company because the account was hacked and I did not authorize the charges.

I always get great choices and value for my money.

I hate the fact that my account was charged a "return shipping" fee.

I did not receive my parcel. It may have been mis-delivered

I have ordered over the knee boots several times before trying to get the right fit, so I have been just blessing my friends with boots. My blessing came back to me with my last purchase, I love my boot and cant wait to wear them! Thanks Just fab!

I ordered one pair of booties of the site they weren't great quality at all they had creases in them with in the first 30 minutes... signed up for the stupid vip services then got charged the 39.95 after i called to cancel my account i just let it go was not a big deal called again and made sure they canceled the vip account, but i hate getting advertisement for the 2 pairs for 39.95 and there are absolutely no shoes in that section to even use the credit on seems just like a waste of money and time ordering from them again after i use my credit.

I originally ordered these dresses at the beginning of July. After the first shipment was lost by the shipping company the chose. I was unable to receive one of the items because it was no longer in stock. Which kudos to them reimbursing me for said item. I finally received the second shipment which contained the dresses I ordered.
The 3 stars is for Justfab being amazing at customer service, but falling short on how the clothing actually falls short on the quality they show on their site.

Literally a trap, you buy this infernal site and have to pay monthly using or not the credit. This month I was charged 39.95 and 40.00, and was researching the goods, immediately they have cashed in my account. Dishonest company. NOT COMPREMMMMM!

I just made my first purchase from just fab for a $10 bonus offer. I purchased a purse and was waiting with excitement to receive it. When it finally arrived, I was so disgusted at how cheaply it was made and even cheaper looking. No compartments, nothing. I will never purchase anything ftom them again.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots, they were too big. I exchanged them for the correct size. One pair was correct, the other was the wrong size and color. When I tried to exchange that pair the size I needed was sold out. They would only refund me. I sent the boots back and still have not gotten my refund.

Just fab is the just theifs they took $60.00 from my account for no reason they said they were going to charge me $16.00 and come out with 60 I don't even give them 1 star they don't even respond to their phone number you have to wait for 2 hours just to tell them
