Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
I was super pleased with my first experience with JustFab. The online ordering process was very easy. The prices were definitely affordable and I LOVE my boots! Delivery was very fast and my product was in mint condition. I'm definitely a fan and will be purchasing again!
My husband started just fab for me for Christmas. I wear I size 8.5 -9. I ordered a size 9 to be on the safe side and they were to tight. Called to get a bigger size and to take a month a month off from payment they sent me a plus size (legs were way oversized on my calves) and they also took a payment out of my account. First pair took 2 weeks to be delivered and 2 weeks for the second pair. I called to return those books, cancel my subscription and get a reimbursement and still haven't seen my money back.

I saw an add for buy one get one on facebook, so I bought my daughter 2 pairs of shoes. I didn’t know when I used there coupon that they would be charging my card $30 a month. In addition the shoes did come; and they were 2 sizes too small! I called to make an exchange. I waited and waited and waited the new shoes never came! When I’d check the status on one had a status for me. Finally I called and canceled my account. They spent 20 minutes trying to talk me out of it. Finally someone told me that they never exchanged the shoes I bought, but credited my account again. They are not longer doing a sale so I had to buy a pair of overpriced shoes or lose my money. I still ended up paying out of pocket for the shoes, because they came to more than my credited amount.
Great style of shoes! If you're Canadian paying with Canadian funds the shoes are actually $70 dollars with shipping, taxes and exchange rate. That great deal of $39 dollars doesn't apply to Canadians. However, the styles of shoes are great and the right pair can be worth $70 dollars.
I was disappointed that the shoes I ordered said 12 on the outside but when opening the bag the shoe was an 11. I had to send back and the received the new shoe it says 12 but seems to be the same. That is the reason for it being ok and not fabulous.

I love these boots. Perfect for the event I needed them for. Not too tall and somewhat comfortable. They give all the western vibes and I was surprised with how amazing the packaging was. All in all 5 stars for me!

To get the great prices you need to be a vip member. Yes, they do charge you every month but that money "credit" goes towards shoes you buy. Heres the catch. If you wanna stay a member but not pay when they want you to just skip every month. You can skip as many times as you want as long as you do it before the 4th of each month. Yes, i forgot to skip every now and then but thats ok, i just save my credits until i need a new pair of shoes. Its simple

I called to cancel my account or to remove the credit card on file they told me that they can't either cancel or remove my credit card on file so I had to call my bank and issue a new card. Stay away of a business that ethics is not their priority.

As you may have read in many reviews before mine, you are getting scammed if you go with this shopping website. I used to adore JustFab as I used to shop a bunch and loved their shoes. My shopping obsession abated and I have not visited this site in more than 6 months. In fact my last order was exactly a year ago. Come to realize as I look at my bank account statement, they've been taking $39.99 every month! Called customer service and they suggested I use the credit before canceling as I will not get the promotional prices if I do cancel. I wish I had known about all this before I even signed up. As it stands, I'm out $240 and cannot do squat about it. As far as emails go, I have only been receiving promotional emails. Not ONE said anything about "skipping the month". Complete and utter disgrace is what this thing is.

I ordered a pair of shoes online, they sent a complete different pair and not even the same size. I reached out to customer service and they said that it was because they were sold out of the pair I purchased...they gave me the option of keeping the wrong shoes (wrong size) or receive a credit..

It is a good business model and has good costumer service and good digital work but the diversity of their products is not for everyone. I had to cancel my men because most of the footwear doesn't meet proportions of wide foot. And hurts my skin or doesn't fit properly.

Neither the scrub top or bottoms fit and I ordered the size I normally where in Fabletics activewear. They advertised that they were made to move and had four way stretch and I have an athletic back and shoulders and the top did not stretch for my upper body at all. I sent them back in exchange for a large set so maybe that will fix them but I honestly don't feel like I should have to wear a large. Size up from your regular size.

I want to inform you that if you want to skip a month you have from the 1st to the 4th of each month to do it, then the 5th they charge you $39.95. I called today to ask why I can't skip a month and they informed me of this, also when you forget to skip a month, there is no number at the top that states you have $39.95 credit, it just states you have (_) credits. Causing people to not realize they have been charged and how it adds up so quickly. I have to order something to use the $79.00 or lose it, but then once an order is placed until you receive the item you can't cancel the subscription/membership or your order will be cancelled as well and you lose the money and the product... They sure do have their scam down to t "T"
I am not happy that they raised the monthly fee. I need to use my credits up and then I'm going to cancel the membership. I have received lots of shoes that I loved, but the pretend leather boots have been a disappointment. After only a few months the surface of the boots start to peel off and the boots are unwearable. The boots were only worn a couple of times and had to be thrown out. I thing the quality has gone down hill from when I joined years ago.

Terrible business to deal with. Items are low quality and it costs about 1/2 the price to return items. They are supposed to email to ask if you want to skip only half ever arrive and yes I checked spam. If you miss replying you get a credit that you can't use on half the stuff so hard to get rid of them to get out of being a member and they are really hard to get to allow you to get out of VIP program.

The black jacket was exceptionally long but wouldn't close across the chest. I ordered a large but this is more a medium extra long.
The brown boots I ordered a 9 w I wanted to make sure they were not too narrow across my toes but they were so wide at the calf they are way over sized and I can't wear them and they look ridiculous.

I purchases a summer tank dress in coral and white stripes which is very stretchy, cool, and comfortable. I can dress it up with short heel strappy sandals or dress it down with slides or white sneakers.

Awful and deceptive business plan. Got my daughter suckered into "keeping" the VIP plan when she clearly called in June to cancel the plan. They socked us again this month with $40 membership fee, I called and both the manager and representative insisted that we wanted to keep the plan in June. They refused the refund. I will be quite glad to see this business go under. Don't believe me just go their site and look at the pop up -- See where they even mention about the monthly plan!
I do not find shoes every month to my liking. However, I am obligated to remain in the contract. I reviewed how to get out and it is very impossible to call and cancel and only given a few days to have a written request sent in a timely manner to get out of the contract agreement.

I think the heels I purchased are great! But unfortunately, I will not be giving Just Fab my business again. I feel like their terms of VIP memberships are NOT CLEAR to a first-time customer. I authorized one payment for my purchase in May. I am extremely upset that I have been charged almost $100 for not opting to "skip" instead of "shop" within June and July! I feel deceived and do not appreciate that.

I received this request to rate my recent experience from a purchase I made February 21 from Justfab? If that is Fabletics... then it's absolutely 1 star. I paid for expedited shipping and it's been two weeks and I still have nothing. Original arrival date was supposed to be yesterday and that is extended to tomorrow (March 8) The shipping I paid for was supposed to be 3-5 Business days. I haven't received the product, don't know if it fits, or if I like it or if I'll be returning it. Absolute trash service...If I could have made it zero stars I would have.

Felt obligated every month to have to buy something or if I forgot to skipped I get charge. Felt like it was a task/chore I need to make sure to do or get charge. Unfortunately, I racked up 8 credits. I try to finds cloths or shoes I like, however the fashion is not up my alley anymore.

I was tracking my package and it was supposed to be delivered to me in NYC by 11/30/22. But it got delayed and was stuck in NJ, FedEx said "pending" on the tracking for the longest time. I reached out to JustFab and they were not helpful at all. They told me that I needed to reach out to FedEx myself. FedEx has no idea where the package is. It is now 12/8/22, I still have not received my 4 pairs of shoes that I bought from JustFab.

You ask them to cancel your account, they would still charge you for two years. You ask them for a refund and they tell you it will take 12 weeks to process it. Seriously? In this day and age, it would take 12 weeks? It is a scam!
