Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
I ordered 5 pairs of shoes, 3 we're too big. I attempted to initiate an exchange through the website but was unable to do so. I called JustFab and the wonderful representative was able to get the exchange initiated successfully. I returned the 3 pairs and JustFab quickly sent the exchange order. I received the 3 pairs of shoes and am extremely happy with the purchase and experience.
It came up in my pop-ups to buy a pair of shoes I bought the shoes they were nice they shipped very fast but now they charge me $40 a month every month for that one pair of shoes as advertised I did not know this was going to see a reoccurring charge it's a scam

I ordered my first pair of boots for $10. I normally wear 8.5, but I always feel that I have bigger calves. For the pair of boots I wanted, my choices were to get an 8.5 regular calf or 9 bigger calf. I went with the latter. The fit was (I guess) just what I asked for, but just a little too big. I'm going to get the 8.5 regular calf instead.

The style has changed for many items, and not for the better. The choices are not to my liking any longer. I do not like, not being able to cancel this account online. It has to be over the phone. I do not like that they will not return my money if I happen to forget about the monthly boutique.

I wouldn't order or waste your money with this company! I ordered boots over a month ago still aint received them i have emailed the company, i have tried ringing but it always engaged, i have tried live chat but can never get some one to talk to me its a joke! Im so angry at this company trust me guys its not worth the hassle stay away if i was you.
I recently purchased a cardigan, a purse and some shoes! The purse and shoes were great so far no issues
However the cardigan arrived with one of the buttons hanging by one thread and ended up falling off the first time I wore it around the house

Driver said the package was delivered to the front of an apartment building on the outside of the building and the package could not be found. Because of insufficient responsibility of a driver that doesn't know their job description or responsibility to the client waiting for the delivery paid for.

I ordered some shoes, but ended up canceling it within the same hour, called customer service to cancel it and it will be back into my card within 3-5 businesses days. After the 5th day called again and said its gonna be up too 5-10 business days bc they declined it. So i looked back into my bank account and the statment is gone and stole my money like if i had never purchased anything from the site.

I didn't buy anything and shut down my membership. The company is a complete ripoff. I tried to cancel long before they never refunded a purchase I told them to refund. Anyone doing a class action against them I want in.

I bought 2 pairs for me and the same 2 pairs for my sister. We workout together and these shoes are perfect for doing our workouts. They are vey light weight so not a lot of added weight on your legs.

I called in to cancel my subscription. The representative was very professional, kind, and helpful. I developed a foot condition and can no longer wear the cute shoes I used to and no longer needed a subscription to JustFab. Great experience.

When I received my products, the maxi dress was perfect, but the turtleneck is not what I got. The top I received was a short sleeved Henley type of top. I returned it for an exchange, but I never got the turtleneck.

My boots arrived in time. They are stylish. I get compliments every single day i wear them.
CONS: They are not durable. I live in Massachusetts and my feet gers cold inspite if my socks. The sole has been cracking little by little so i got 2 new ones because i need them its still cold. But am hoping this time, its durable. Same with sandals i bought for my 2 daughters. They are stylish but didn't ast past a few months.Very Disappointed.

Bought the first pair of shoes! Came with one heel shorter than the other! Exchanged it! Came with one heel twisted and 2 size smaller than what I ordered! Canceled my account! And they are not even refunding me.

Customer service was quick to my needs with a refund in regards to a quality issue. They are amazing to work with, great deals and awesome sales events. I would recommend them to everyone looking for customer apparel. Low set up fees and minimums make for a great experience.

This website is a scam, I never received my package even though they said I received it and the website promised a reshipment when I called, I kept calling them for three says and for those three days all they did was stall, they are nothing but liars and scammers. Be careful they will take your money and never refund you even!

I bought two pairs poor of shoes made out of cardboard that blistered my feet. Wore it once and put in the trash! Only to found out that my account have been deducted with a reccurrent $39.95 VIP membership that I never signed up for. I called them was hard... long story short, SAVE YOURSELF, its a SCAM!

I received a package thinking it was my sneakers and sandals along with a bag. I opened it and it was a whole different order and a whole different size. It seemed like the package labels were switched and this was not cool. Some of my shoes I purchased were the last ones in my size and I was really looking forward to wearing these for work since I'm pregnant and I'm allowed to wear sneakers. My shoes were great but the last two pair of shoes received came in crushed boxes. Since JustFab began using USPS, delivery is always the day after the expected date and the boxes are crushed - maybe want to consider a change?

I was dissatisfied with the fact that I was directed to go through Facebook to confirm that I was who I said i was in order to order and there was no option but to call customer service. That signals to me that the site is not secure and someone else could possibly use my membership to place an order. Beside I don; t want to be forced to use Facebook for anything!

I like the boots that i have purchased. What i dont agree with is the charge to be a VIP. I dont see the perks. There are no special deals that i have seen that is worth the 40 dollars that is charged to me every month.

I have tried 3 times to call and cancel my subscription and the person on the phone will tell me I can't and give me millions of reasons why I can't cancel to the point where I will hang up and they keep taking the money out after I keep trying to cancel. Horrible website and customer service!

They charge you 39.95 every month automatically, if you forget to skip it in the beginning of month, they are not allow you to cancel it and you are forced to buy their shoes. Second, $#*!ty online service
