Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
Don't like that they charged me and wouldn't give me cash back only a "credit". So I lost out on about $60 because I didn't know that if I bought from there it was like a subscription. The lady I talked to was nice but she kept insisting that I keep my subscription. This wasn't recent, this was maybe 6 months ago.
I advise any and everyone not to order from this site. I tried to order a pair of boots i fell in love with off this site for this winter and they were all messed up when i finally got my order three weeks later when i was suppose to get them in 5 to 7 days. I called customer service for a refund and wanted to send the item back they refused to do so. The customer service i recieved was horrible they were very short and rude. This is by far the worse company to order shoes from. Buyer beware!

I have decided to keep the product.
I only shop here. I love the cloths and the shoes... i actually love it all! Everything i owen pretty much is justfab and i get so many compliments. I look everyday for new cloths and they always have so many great choices

DONT DO IT! They will force you to pay $$$ every month if you dont shop! They hide the fact if you get a 1st time trial you still have to pay a monthly fee. I canceled my order the next day because a friend told me this hidden shady secret. This company is nuts to force people to shop or else pay the price for not doing so... STAY AWAY!
I have no idea where my purchase was delivered. The photo of the delivery was someplace I don't recognize. I called customer service and they said they would have the delivery driver retrieve that package and redeliver the same day. That never happened. The online customer service chat is so ineffective that it shouldn't even exist, and the automated phone system is designed to run you in circles.

We had terrible experiences with customer service, we had been told that we had cancelled our subscription and then found that we had been charged $120. The items we received were of low quality and for poorly.

Most of the shoes and clothes didn't follow the standard and equatable sizing to other companies. I would buy shoes and the next week they would fall apart. Most soles came off. The only reason I lasted with justfab was because I kept forgetting to cancel the membership since you have to call them to cancel. I will never return to the company.

I was surprised to see such low ratings since I absolutely LOVE Justfab! I love the variety and the unique styles and colors they have and they have the best sales! I stock up every time they have a big sale.
I found out they were charging me $39.99 a month for a almost a year an a half. Which btw they never mention in the website. This is such a scam and I lost hundreds of $$$ over a website that wasn't even worth it (my shoes broke after a month of me using it)
I've been a customer of just fab over the years and I've been growing more dissatisfied. I canceled my membership but sometimes reactivate to make a purchase. The variety of style isn't what it used to be and the quality of items seems to have lessened as well. Mostly disappointed with the lack of variety.

Cancelling your membership is virtually impossible, you just sit on hold for hours instead. Trying to chat? No one is there to respond to their "Live Chat Support." I was sent boots that wouldn't unzip, still had to pay to restock the boots I couldn't wear, and can't get them to cancel my membership. Disputing the charges.

I love this site. And I see all these reviews on here saying how they scammed you with a monthly fee. Well in the fine print it says it will do that unless you opt out for that month by the 5th. All you have to do is log in and skip the month and they won't charge you. I have ordered from them several times and I LOVE IT!
First, I was skeptical about the price with good quality. And I thought the shipping was long. But I still take the risk because the price is fair.

This is so crazy I was so mad that they take out my money every month. They are lie to me that they will cancel my membership and not take out my money anymore they still withdraw my money. I don't like my order either. My shoes quality so poor I throw it away. All I ever want they will not take my money anymore. So disappointed.

Everyone is complaining about the VIP membership, but the website made it pretty clear. And they also gave you the option in your Cart to choose whether or not to take advantage of the membership. And even when I had questions, they cleared it up for me and ALSO asked me specifically if I was aware of the details of the membership and that i would be charged monthly if i do not "skip a month" by the 6th of the month. They made sure I was not going to be blindsided by $40 being taken from my account every month. So I would say that is very helpful! And I have ordered 2 pairs of shoes, still waiting on them, but as far as website experience i had a great experience! They are very helpful and have great selections!

I really like the boots I ordered. The only problem was that the color didn't match what I ordered. I ordered black and the color is more like charcoal gray! I kept them because I liked them but in the future I want to know that I am getting the color I asked for.

I had tried to purchase some boots and it took the payment 6 times and now everytime i call I'm being told that just fab did not take the money out but on my bank statement it show yall taking it out. So over 2 weeks now I've been calling and telling them that they haven't put my money back and all they tell me is 72 to 24 hours and it's been 2 weeks! I've even had someone get nasty with me and another hang up! Bad business!So 17.49 times 6 you do the math. It's not chump change. So nor are yall trying to give my money back but I don't even get the boots I wanted. I dont even want the boots now I want my money back! I will never shop with yall again.

I just checked my paypal and I did not purchase anything since the 4 pairs of boots. I sent one pair of the boots back for an even exchange and was charged for another pair. This morning, I checked paypal and I was charged 49.95 and I did not authorize this, I did not order anything and I am disputing this charge. I am waiting for my refund for the exchange pair of boots and the one you just charged me.

And, if you get a shoe on promotion there's no refund! Final offer unless it's full price! What a fantastic deal.
This site sucks and has been the bane of my existence the last few months. YOU CAN ONLY CANCEL BY PHONE CALL, and they have a speech about skipping to give you, so just politely tell them you're moving to Indonesia or something to get them off your back.
The shoes aren't anything special, you're better off paying $20 on eBay.

Awful. Even more horrible customer service who doesn't go above and beyond for their customers. Ordered 9/6/2023, item shipped 9/9/2023 but item never updated shipping information. It's now going on 9/20/2023 and the item says "containerized at facility " the customer service rep is more than happy to tell you how they can't "intervene until 9-14 business days/happy to give you the contact information of the carrier" but won't break a sweat to look further into it like other businesses will do. They aren't a company that goes above and beyond for their customers. I will never order from them again and more than happy I canceled the membership. Save yourself the time and money and get better quality shoes elsewhere!

Not helpful at all, exchanged two pairs of shoes they didn't have my size and i only got refunded for one. Called twice and both people i talked to didn't help me they didn't understand my isssue and kept telling me the same thing over and over again
