Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379

At first you think "wow, so cheap!" as you order your first shoes... and then they arrive and you see they are indeed cheaply made. They make it SO hard to close your account, I had to Google to find their livechat then had to wait 20mins just for an "agent" to answer me. Ladies, don't bother, if you want cheap shoes then get them in a sale from a proper company. Also looks like a lot of reviews on here are fake, surprise surprise!

I received a product that was the incorrect size. I ordered a size 8 and received a 7 1/2. Nothing was done to correct this. It was stated I needed to return the incorrect product before receiving a new item. I am extremely unhappy with this nothing was done to correct the situation.

SCAMS! I was sent to the site with the appealing "buy 2 pairs for $40" They trick you into some bs membership to get the deal. Well i just went to make a purchase and called to cancel the bs subscription (so my cc wouldnt be charged $40 a month for no reason.) I got the run around~ had many speels prepared to try to make me change my mind, and then GET THIS! She said ok, since you are no longer interested in this VIP membership you are no longer eligible for the discounted purchase you just made! Even though the website claims you can cancel anytime. So yah, dont bother with this $#*!ty company.

I decided to buy some jewelry from just fab since I had been happy with their other apparel. Damn was that a mistake. Some of the rings look dollar store cheap, one necklace broke as soon as it cam put of the package, the other later that day as I was wearing it. The one ring I really liked fell apart after 8 weeks. Wasn't worth it to me to try and return 2 necklaces, especially because the reason I know the second necklace broke is that it was suddenly missing from my neck about 6 hours later. Their clothes and shoes are ok to good but please dear God DO NOT BUY THEIR JEWELRY. Oh, also, icing on the cake, the rings lost their luster within a week. I think that's enough said.

I have been waiting the whole year for JustFab to have a sale as they are one of the few sites where I can get shoes to fit my wide feet. For my last purchase i was able to purchase shoes on my wishlist for me and my mom at a fraction of the normal cost. For this i am very happy and grateful.

PLEASE PLEASE save yourself the headache. I wish I did some research on this website before spontaneously buying boots from here. This website is a scam. They automatically charge you $35 PER MONTH just to be a member, what kind of $^*% is that!?!?! That's unethical! They cannot charge my card without my conscent. Shady website! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! Do not even make an account with them.
Another thing, cancelling your membership is a pain in the butt. I was put on hold for 40+ minutes attempting to reach an operator who could help me. After being placed on hold for so long, I hung up. I just called my credit card company to cancel my account # and send me a new card.
This was THE worst online purchasing experience I've had. I'm afraid to shop online now.
Sizing is completely off, I ordered a shirt one size larger than I typically wear and it's too small. The rings I ordered are also too small even though all my other rings are the size I ordered. They refuse to give me a full refund and won't just exchange for the correct size. I skipped the month on the 2nd, yet they still charged my account, said it was my fault as I used the app on my phone instead of a computer. Low quality and horrible customer service.

I ordered my shoes and had a problem with my mailing adress so I contacted customer service, it look them a week to get back to me and they did nothing I again tried to contact them and have yet to here from them I have still not received my order. I am extremely unhappy with this company and advise you to shop elsewhere!

All of the people who are writing these bad reviews about justfab are obviously the ones who DIDNT READ the rules. Thats how the website works. I just signed up and yes, they do tell you about the 39 dollar credit every month and they DO tell you that you can just decide to skip the month. Its not a bad website its just different and most people don't pay attention when buying stuff online apparently.
Anyway, its a good site for good deals.

I brought some shoes for my mom and I suddenly become a member and telling me they are going to take £35 each month which I wasn't aware of. I rang just fab up to cancel my membership and she rudely put the phone down on me. A week later the boots arrived and they were a MESS! There was glue all around the sole and loose thread coming off the boots. I had the boots on offer for £13 and the original price was £80, £80 is a disgusting price to pay for this tat!. I went on the website to return the item and the barcode was invalid (no surprise there), I then had to ring the company up again in order to return the boots. I asked the women on the phone if I could have my money back, she said she will only give me £9 back. I'm appalled at this service and I should get a full return!. I regret ordering off this company and I'm disgusted that this company is advertised on TV.

I like the shoes of course, that's why I bought them. But it took about a month for them to get here. Not that I needed then quickly the wait just wasn't expected and I started to think they were lost or I was scammed.

I wasn't aware that I was going to get charged a monthly $40 for not buying anything after my first purchase. It's three months later and I still can't reach on the phone to speak about canceling the subscription I didn't know I had (phone is the only way to cancel)

I ordered a overnight bag that was linen and black. The first time I received the bag in brown. Returned the bag and requested the linen and black bag. Second order received the brown bag again. Received the wrong bag twice.

They make you pay £35 a month without your concent and then you ring them to get your money back and your phone bill is through the roof! The WORST $#*!ing website ever. Absolute bollox. Kate Hudson needs a slap and to stop ripping us normal folk off!
Boots took a REALLY long time to be delivered, which wouldn't have been a problem except there was no way to track where they were once they were shipped. That's not good when the postal service has been less than reliable generally.

I do enjoy the simplicity of shopping online. I have learned that pants with a bottom band@ the calf dont work for me as I have a rather long thigh which places the bottom higher on my calf. It is uncomfortable. I didnt learn of this until driving long distance or sitting at the office. While i do enjoy shopping at retail stores, I appreciate trying cloths on at home and getting my husbands opion. I would like to see a bit more variety. You provide a good service & I Thank You!

The ease of ordering, value and shipping time were great. The only reason JustFab is not receiving 5 stars for this order is that two of five of the pairs I ordered were not true to size. Overall, I love the styles and quality (with the exception of the pair that came from ShoeDazzle) and would definitely recommend JF!

I kept finding a pair of shoes I wanted to use my credit towards and everytime I went to check out, it wouldn't apply it. But if I add a second pair, suddenly it'd let me use the credit but I had to pay additional money on top of the credit because of it. Not impressed. So once the shoes arrive, I'm cancelling.

I have had a membership for a few years now and the only reason I still have it is because I need to use all my membership points up before canceling. I have ordered several times to try to use all my points but end up sending 90% back due to inaccurate sizing and poor quality. It is very inconvenient to have to continue to send back and reorder just so I don't lose all my money. Styles are pretty lame in the clothing area. Lacking fashion sense. I can't wait to be done with this membership.

I ordered a pair of boots and was told 10.00 was the price using my Paypal but it shows on my acct. 59.00. Then I was told it would show up in 2 or 3 days at 10.00 but it did not ever show that. I have in the past ordered about 30 pairs of boots from you all never again.

Don't go anywhere near this company! They take £35 out of your account each month without making this clear! I have paid £180 for a pair of shoes not even worth £10.
I choose the skip this month option on a couple of months and still got charged the £35.
When I called to complain and seek a refund I got a scripted phone conversation saying how I can use my member credits for products from the site and how they will give me an extra 50 credits, after speaking to a manager and explaining I no longer wish to purchase anything from the site, I have been told I will get a refund and my subscription will be cancelled! Iam hoping to see a full refund in my bank soon and I will be checking my bank statements next month.
