I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379

I have purchased from JustFab monthly for about a year now. I have never had an issue with any of the shoes, pocketbooks, or clothes I have ordered. Yes, they do automatically charge your card at the beginning of every month, BUT they give you the option to skip any month when you need to. I have done this a few times due to a tight budget for the month. I have never had any problems with them AT ALL!

I really love these boots! They're so cute, and the soles are really comfortable. However, the zipper is soooo tight on my calves. I could get it all the way up, but my calves were bulging over the top of the boot. The pictures didn't really make me think it would be so tight, but they definitely are.

Love this store and all the adorable styles. They have good quality items that fit great. They also have an easy site to navigate and good customer service which makes the experience so much easier. They have hundreds of adorable shoes, handbags, and hundreds of clothing styles to chose from. I was happy about the fast shipping and if you spend $39 you receive free shipping. They also have a point system that you can reedem an get a percentage off an item. Best part is your first item is 75% off and they also have an amazing exchange policy that they make easy. Just love the store and all the styles to chose from.

I did a previous review about my experience with JustFab, i have since deleted it. I have to say, i had a major issue with thier site, but they most definitely came through for me. Not only did they correct THIER problem, I am beyond satisfied with the product I recieved. Way to turn it around JustFab! :)

She were the wrong size I will not be using justfab ever again. Especially with the customer service I needed that girl to do one thing and she kept going around trying to do other things that I wasn't asking for and trying to sell me more thing ‍ like just do what I need.

The quality is just so subpar. I've placed several large orders, and I return almost everything because it's not like the picture, the shoes aren't comfortable, the quality is poor, or the design is just odd. I've only ever kept 2 items. The only perk is that they have sales quite often, but I would never pay full price for anything.

Stay away from this site! I was unknowingly charged $39.95 for a membership that I was not aware of. When I called to inquire about the charge I was told that I could not be refunded and when asked to speak with a manager I was hung up on by the representative. After calling back, I finally spoke with a manager name Lakeisha, and she told me that the only way she'd refund my money is if I kept the membership which means that I still would get charged every month. The customer service is absolutely atrocious and know that when a deal seems too good to be true then it normally is! BUYER BEWARE!

Terrible shoe quality. I've seen better at Payless, Mandees and the like.

Forced me to stay with them when I tried to cancel the first time. They charged me $40 overdrafting my college checking account. I was literally talked into "giving them another try."

I was finally able to cancel today and even so the guy was persuading me to stay. I said "I want to completely cancel the account please." almost 10 times before he did it.

I'm FREE!

Had I NOT called who know if I ever would have been credited for the returns that I made. I had 3 and some were to be credited to my JF account and some to back to my credit card. It has been over 6 weeks and NO CREDIT. Yes, after an hour they did finally take care of it. In order for that to happen I should not have to call and waste an hour of frustrating dialogue with someone in the Philippines. I am sure, since this was on multiple returns, they have no intention of refunding you and most people are not as diligent.

Tip for consumers:
CHECK AND KEEP TRACK OF ALL RETURNS...including what was returned, tracking information and so on.

My experience is apparently like the rest
I had made a purchase, read everything
And unknowingly was signed up as a vip member, being charged 39.99 a month.
No conformation email explaining what they have done, and yes, again, i read all the pop up when making my first and only purchase.
I never asked or approved being a vip member.
4 months later, after 160dollars was quietly pulled from my boyfriends account, justfab was uncovered. We called to get an understanding on how this even happened and they of course had no answers, could not tell me i was wrong didnt read any "fine print" because there wasnt any with my purchase. After talking to 3 different people making several accurate points they could not dispute, our demand to refund the 160dollars within 24hrs was met.
And that is the only positive thing i can say about this site.
I will gladly go back to shoe shopping in person, not online thanks to justfab

So two years ago now my son was a newborn I bought myself some boots sounded like a great deal. Then when I made a VIP I didnt see anything about "skip this month" for 2yrs they been taking $39.95 out each month I callEd them complained. Finally there gonna send me a check of all those months I will be receiving $520.79 that's all from the 2yrs they have tookids out my money! Before they said they'll give me a check and that there sorry. They tried to say ("if you stay a VIP we can give you $10.00 off your next purchase") I'm like. NO I want my money back! Don't use this site to buy shoes

I just love the shoes! Cant get enough of their offers shipping is just AMAZING! I got my shoes in less time that I estimated... the variety is ENDLESS... quality x years... I've been a costumer since 2011! Only bad thing is the website has some issues glitches but now is fine... I just LOVE IT!

I bought a few tops, pants and a bag from them - I have been a VIP member for the past six months. I am happy with the quality - they ship quite fast (a few days), and it arrives in less than a week. I just wish they have more variety - my size is always sold out when I want to order (I am a popular size, 9 for shoes, and S for clothes, but still). The most annoying part is that you have to remember to cancel the style of the month at the beginning of each month, or they send it to you automatically. I forgot to cancel last month, but I noticed they charged my VISA on time for them to refund my money.

I did the first pair 10$ deal and got signed up for a subscription. I did not realize I was on any auto pay. $200 later I realized what i signed up for. I chalked that up as my mistake and tried to use the credit for shoes. Turned out you can only use one $40 credit at a time. So if a pair of shoes is 23$ and i dont want to buy anything else, that $16 is lost. If I want to buy a pair of shoes that cost $47 I have to pay the $7 difference. Its absurd. Also if there is a promotion I cannot use MY MONEY I ALREADY GAVE THEM for the promotional deal. I have to give them more money to get the sale price. Complete scam.

I was chatting with a male employee online and being very pleasant asking for a refund because I canceled my membership and was charged $40 and wanted it taken off. I would completely understand if they couldn't and were polite about it but he was nasty. I could tell he either didn't speak good English or couldn't spell. He sent me 4-5 miss typed messages at a time and wouldn't let me respond or defend myself. He was arrogant and it honestly made my anxiety bad for the rest of the day. I work in customer service and im the most understanding person. I've never been treated with such disrespect I wish I remembered his name so I could report his $#*! something with an A. Thank you and have a nice day I will be buying my boots elsewhere from now on and telling my friends about my experience.

This is the third time justfab sends me the wrong pair of shoe. Style was completely different and the size was not a 6.5 but a 10. Low quality shoes. Is a big inconvenience because returning takes time. And reimbursement is not immediate. I canceled my membership.

I am SOOOO frustrated with just fab. I have been a member for several years. I have gotten some cute clothing from them, but honesty don't have time to shop each month. When you don't use it, everything rolls over to "credits" and "gift cards". The problem is, when you finally try to redeem them, "HOME OFFICE/aka SCAM ARTISTS" finds any little reason to cancel your order. They will flag it. Tell you, it's being investigated, whatever. I have over $800 in credits/gift cards, that they wont let me use. I have called in 4 times. The reps are always pleasant, but it's utter bull$#*!. The only orders I have every received, were ones that I paid with my money. But if I try to use any credits, and or gift cards, its always something. If anyone knows how to reach a US representative, or someone from the alleged "HOME OFFICE' side eye, please post. I'm furious! And when I called them out on this, how all this was suspicious, they canceled my account. With all my money... SMH

I once made an order with three items all on sale. One of the items had become out of stock after the sale and so they emailed me telling me they cancelled my entire order but that I may buy one item at 50% off. The other two items were still available but they didn't want to honor my order. I was just on the phone with customer service, waiting for 30 minutes at 11pm (west coast, meaning it's 2am in the east coast), I doubt they actually had other people on the phone. Then I tried to cancel my account after the whole deal and they won't let me cancel my account online, they want me to call in, which makes sense because they make it impossible to actually get on the phone with a real representative. Lots of people have gotten caught up in their billing scam.

There are so wrong it so meny ways. Found that out today. Because there taken my money out of my bank. I only got a pair of boots that I bought off there site. And by doing this there take 35 pound out off my bank each month. The cheeky twats. How can there get away with. When you don't sign a contract and says nowt on the site wear they can take money out each month. I would never got the boots if I know this was going to happen.(if this happen to you please ask pay pal to help you.)

They do not say when you buy your first pair that they will charge you $39 per month. I was charged $39 within 5 days of buying my first pair at the promotional price. Tried callibg to cancel the membership and after hearing me fine on tge phone, suddenly ehen I said cancel, the person kept saying... you're phone is off, i cant hear you. I waited an hour to even talk with someone. Finally, i called my bank and cancelled my card. This is an absolute scam. The boots i bought dont have any padding in the sole. Very uncomfortable. Please, please be very careful.

Some have fit me too small, others too big. Their measurement for the width of high boots wasn't correct and the didn't fit me around my leg. Then they didn't want to exchange! Very lame. Oher thing, i got some sneakers with beads decoration l now its falling off, just after a few times of wearing. I contacted customer service, they promised a discount in my next purchase, and when i tried, there was nothing … seems they only try to apeace you

I like all clothing and shoes I have received from Just Fab. The problems I have encountered were with their accessories ie. Handbags the two I have received did. It hold up well at all! Handles on purse unraveled and zipper pull on crossbody bag fell off.

They sent my package too and old address but insisted I must have received it, had to call their delivery company and customer service 4 times before I was finally given STORE CREDIT only for a mistake on their part! So not become a member! Company is shady and gives horrible service!
