Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
They sent my package too and old address but insisted I must have received it, had to call their delivery company and customer service 4 times before I was finally given STORE CREDIT only for a mistake on their part! So not become a member! Company is shady and gives horrible service!
I purchased slip on (sandles) and I thought they were great. After a few weeks, I can no longer wear them. The material has ripped (on one shoe) and they are ready for the garbage. They looked great but very poor quality.

I hate just fab. There is no easy way to cancel the subscription on the website. You have to call in and do that. I have changed my credit card information 3 times and I still get charged by just fab wtf!

Bought items and when recieved quality was poor and far too small in size. I cancelled account through chat service which I have screen shots of but i have had £70 taken out of account and have not been able to contact since through email phone Facebook... Twitter I got a reply when the lady asked for all my details messages back and forth and then when I had given all the proof she then told me couldn't help me and advised me to call the number. FURIOUS that this company are continuing to get away with this!
My shipments were 5 days delayed bc shipping company "couldn't find" my location. When they've delivered before and each time before have left it in the wrong place and called it delivered and I couldn't find it, only to find out it was being left in the lobby of a building when the address specifically has a suite #. Laser ship is the worst

I made some recent purchases at this store and I am well pleased, over the knee boots, sexy high heels and shot booties, I not only get value for my money, but quality and style I don't get in the local stores in my area. JustFab is Amazing and I will be shopping for handbags soon.
Due to an incorrect address on my part, my first order was returned to JustFab. When I realized the mistake I phoned them to advise if the situation. These folks had my order being sent back to me within a few hours. I received a tracking number the same day. On that day I also received my 2nd order. The product was exactly as pictured. They were legwarmers, well made, stylish and just absolutely beautiful.

The clothes and accessories are usually nice quality, there are very rarely any items that are of low quality. When I started the clothes and accessories weren't really my style but with providing feedback it was easier for them to figure out clothes and accessories that match my style. In the beginning the deliveries were right on time and the accuracy of what was in the package matched the receipt but in the last 3-4 packages, the quality checks are not in place. I'm not sure if they are expanding and can't keep up with workload but this is how the business loses customers.

It was a great experience, an easy shopping trip. They had what I wanted, in the size that I wanted. When I did receive my item, I was very happy with the quality. They were actual winter boots, with some cushion! I could wear them to look fashionable and to be comfortable; no better match. However I tried them on my legs were a bit too short for the length they came in, for the size I chose. They were past my knees and well that wasn't the look I wanted. So I tried to begin the return and for some reason on the website it said I couldn't get my money back only store credit. I immediately called JustFab and the nice gentleman was able to help me. It was smooth sailing from there.

Before buying any product on any website first look at their return policy! It’s a very simple thing to do and it will save you headaches. I looked at JustFab policy and I was pleased, which is why I wasn’t scared to order from them in case things didn’t fit the right way.

I just cancelled my VIP membership I had for over a year. I called the company when I moved to change my address. The next month they sent my order to my new address. This month they sent it to my old address. I contacted them through Facebook and by phone. They just said sorry for your troubles and check the website to make sure your address is okay. The new address is clearly marked as the default So disappointing that they wouldn't say we will refund you or give you credit after being a customer for close to two years.

Total scam. I bought boots, but somehow someway they activated a subscription for me and I just got $50 taken out of my PayPal. They did not make it clear at all that I was signing up for a subscription. What in the world would I need a subscription for to purchase a boots?! If I want a pair of boots, or some kind of clothing, then I will order and pay for it. Again, there was nothing indicating that I was signing up for a subscription by buying a pair of boots.

Everything that you could hope for happened. The boots that I ordered are super cute and they were delivered well before the date that was given initially, which was great, because we receive them before Christmas

I made the mistake of joining the VIP club and the first time I tried to cancel the person I spoke with convinced me not to. I forgot to skip the automatic charge a couple of months and had credits to spend. I had a difficult time finding anything I would actually wear and when I finally did, my order got lost! The customer service rep I chatted with wasn't at all apologetic and even stated he was giving me a "one time courtesy refund." How is it a courtesy to refund my money to me? Now I still have these store credits and I don't know what on earth I will spend them on.
TERRIBLE. Same issue as everyone else is having. Wasn't ever made aware of the membership fee. Paid 2x the amount I purchased my boots for. So my boots ended up being $60 instead of $20, which wouldn't be bad if they were high quality but they are NOT. So annoyed!
Its an online store but you can't cancel online. That's the most cash-grabby idea. They are literally banking on you to forget to cancel so they can swindle out more money. So frustrating. And the shoes are cheap do even when you do buy some they aren't worth it.

Company is disorganized and didnt tell mei was signing up for $40 subscription. Got a refund the first time and was only given$25 back. Second time i called and got full refund and the day later $25 was taken back out of my accout from them. Extremely upset and will nuver buy from again. Actual product is not that bad but could be higher quality for sure. The ridiculous tagging and tricking is how they get you. I am a high school student, i do not have money like this for them to just take it. Owe me $40 in total i never got from refunds.

Back in December I bought a pair of shoes and had no idea I would be charged monthly. What gets worse is they were DOUBLE CHARGING me, costing hundreds of dollars. I contacted customer service (who were very rude by the way) and had them cancel my membership. They told me they would refund me 39.99, but the funds never showed up in my account. I then changed my credit card number so they could no longer charge me, 2 months later, finding that they mysteriously GOT MY NEW CREDIT CARD NUMBER somehow. I called them up and talked to someone about it and when I asked them how they got my information and all they responded with was. "Well, what is your relationship to <name of member>?" Which was my daughter. 0/10. They're probably criminals.
Tip for consumers:
If anything, use a visa gift card so they don't steal your credit card information, even if you change it.
This website has been ripping me off via paypal for 4 $#*!ing years and just found it now! Theyre preapprroved payment cost me $2,457! I only bought anvery cheap shoes 4 years ago! Its a trick to buy cheap shoes and screw u unconsciously with there so called VIP membership!

It was ok. I like the product but I think it is a crock of bolgne that your Just Fab charges $49.95 month if you get something or not to save $ on boots. So I cancelled my membership before my card was charged. That was a bunch of crap. I would rather pay a higher price than have to remember to call or do the online chat to ask to 'pause' the fee for the month or two. That is bull$#*!. I will not be using your company anymore and I will not endorse it to anyone else!

I wasn't clear about the pricing and return policy so I did have to spend some time on the phone with customer service the first couple of months but now I have it dialed in. Love my products so far, love the prices and the love that the sizes are rated so you know if XL really means XL or if it runs small or large, etc. Would totally recommend it!
So far I have good experience with them. The only but about it is the monthly skip you have to remember to do if you don't purchase. I also ordered an iteam which they delivered but was stolen at my my pouch. I spoke to costumer service and they reship an other one for me with no cost.
I was very excited to pick out two cute boots for only 30 dollars! I was planning on wearing them out tomorrow out of town. I was suppose to receive them a week ago. So I called for the second time about them, and they informed me they were shipped back to the warehouse because I wrote "29th ter" instead of "29 ter" seiously?! First of all. They didn't even email or call me about this situation so I could fix it and have sent again. So now I don't have them for tomorrow. And on top of that. Before requesting to send them back to the "correct address", one of MY boots I ordered were sold out and I had to pick another one?!? I'm extremely upset. They didn't do anything extra for me after all of this, so I just refunded my order and will never shop here again.
This company is horrible. I have to cancel my dead mother's memorial dinner because of the company you choose to ship with. I will be canceling my subscription and will never do business with any company who uses Lasership

I have been with Justfab.com for close to 2 years and absolutely love the company! They treat their customers with the utmost respect and go above and beyond to meet customer expectations! Justfab is the type of company that when a customer asks for something, they say YES, and figure out how to make that yes work. For example, I was using a code for a 2 for 39.95 sale on flats and my internet wouldn't let me use the code, so I called and the lines were having some issues, the woman I spoke with stayed online with me, and got everything taken care of even though the lines were going in and out! Even when the company was having technical difficulties they made sure everything worked out for me! The shipping is always free with a 39.95 purchase and they always have awesome deals, promotions and contests! Even with the great prices, they are always giving MORE! Justfab is an awesome company and always going above and beyond for their customer. I love Justfab!
I bought six pairs of shoes, yes- i know the prices were really good but i thought since i am a VIP member that's why the prices were so low. First, it took over a month to get product, secondly- they were so cheaply made, it looked like they were used shoes. Third, i returned the shoes and they only gave me a half a refunded. I am still waiting for the other part of the refund. I never talked to the staff via only through live chat and they were somewhat helpful. I canceled the membership but i had to talk to three people in order to do it.
I saw the ad for "First Pair Only $10". Went to go buy a pair because yes that is a good deal but I put my card info in and it automatically charged me $16.94 and DIDNT EVEN BUY THE BOOTS! I called (of course the customer service is over seas) and she told me that the charge is "just to verify your card". Um what? "The charge is refunded after 48 hours." I will not be shopping with them ever. Also you automatically sign up for the VIP membership and NOWHERE does it tell you how much that is going to be. Terrible business. 0 stars.
