Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
Most of the shoes I got I liked. The jewelry was garbage and cheap. Trying to send anything back was a pain so I never sent anything back. The last jumpsuit I bought felt like sand paper. I finally just canceled my account as I could never find anything worth buying.
Every time I try to purchase something from JustFab, it does not let me use the so-called membership rewards that I've accumulated. It's annoying and if I cancel the membership, the rewards go to waste.

They took money out of my account without permission and i had not option to skip the month
Itried to sort this out with an agent, but they converted my credit into store credit so that they could not transfer the money back into my bank account. I did not know what store credit was, and they did not tell me that once it was there, i cannot have the money back.
I am only a student, how can i afford to be doing this?

You have to skip every month between 1st - 5th if you don't want them to charge the membership. I did skip for July, but somehow they still charge my credit card and I was told that this is un-cancellable, so I have no choice but use this credit to buy shoes. I chose 2 shoes that were on sale (2 for 1), but then they told me that I have to pay $39.95 for the other pair since store credit is only good for 1 pair. What a scam. I amcancelling the membership for this site.
The shoe I ordered and waited for, for 3 weeks was apparently already out of stock when order was placed. I was not notified of this until I called to check on the status then I was informed I would not get the refund for my membership that was charged. I would not recommend JustFab to Anyone.

Ok so I'm just gonna leave a tiny tip for all my gals pals I know there shoes are always top notch quality but some are darn well with the 50 to 75 bucks since finding just fab an shoedazzle and learning a secret method to how in 1 year I built up from 5 pairs of ankle boots to about 12 ankle or above ankle boots and atleast 35 knee high or thigh high boots and even the one pair of stelllette slouch boots I didn't think I'd like went back in bought all 4 colours sometime if I like they style instantly I buy every course they have that I like.
Secret is ladies change you email every time you want you first pair for 10$ n second at 15. Or whatever it ur your gonna have to find me.

Total Scam. Trust me, I online shop a lot, but I have never 'accidentally signed up for a monthly subscription', but apparently I did on JustFab.com. Worst experience ever, and trying to cancel is near impossible. DON'T BUY FROM HERE!
THE WORST! Did not receive my credit for a return once again! 3rd time in the last year! "Supervisor" finally agreed to credit my account only after I told him I'm closing my account. I told him once again I'm never ordering from here again! He said he'd "request a check for the refund". I paid with my credit card. We'll see if I'll ever receive my check but I'm done after many many years!

Ordered three pairs of shoes and sweater. One pair to small, the other two pairs to big and.the sweater was to big. I tried to exchange them, the system kept telling me to call customer service. Which I did but the number wouldn't work. Now the 30 days are.up.and I can't return them.

I get emails every month that my monthly boutique is ready. There was one month where I did not get the email. It wasn't in my spam or anything, so my card was charged for the month. I called a representative to get a refund since it was not my fault that they did not send any emails. The representative said it was my fault (which it wasn't and i would've been fine if I had just forgotten to skip the month, but i didn't) so I told them I wanted to cancel my subscription. They told me they would give me a refund in order to keep me subscribed. I was never issued a refund but I was given a $10 store credit instead. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I've gotten multiple friends, family, and coworkers to join, so now I feel terrible that I suggested such a horrible company.
So i ordered some lovely boots from just fab. Great boots, great quality and everything. Until i realised i was now signed up to a monthly VIP account where if i didnt purchase something every month i was going to a charged £35. Being a student i can not afford to pay for new shoes every month and especially not £35 a month! I had to ring up to cancel my account which costs due to it being an 0800 number. Its safe to say as much as the boots are great i will not be ordering from this website again and if others choose to i would advise going for the pay as you go subscription, the shoes may be more expensive but atleast you wont get charged £35 a month!
I really love Justfab designs. 90% of my boots and quite a number of my shoes, heels and flats are from Justfab. I must say, the quality never disappoints. I love the trendy designs. It's sad that some designs of purses I would have loved to purchase never got restocked, but overall Justfab is a YES YES YES all the way!

I have been trying to get hold of this company to cancel and get a refund. My daughter bought a pair of boots from them and then 3 weeks later they took another £35 from her account. I have had a look at their ads and website. It does not make it clear that it is a subscription that you are joining and it does not make it easy to unsubscribe, which I believe is unlawful. I have read a few of the reviews on here, tell me Ivy, JustFabs representative, how many of those people that you 'promised to get in contact with' have actually heard from your company. My daughter has reported you to PayPal and I will be reporting every one of your ads that I see online as you are scamming people. Will be interesting to see if I actually get a response...

I ordered shoes from them and was automatically signed up for membership. I never realized they were taking 39.00 out of my account each month. I called to cancel and was told to spend my credits first. (Credits are accumulated with each 39.95 they take each month from your account) Each time they take 39.95 it equals 1 credit. So I had 4 credits and decided I might as well at least use the credits. Not too much to choose from! Everything was crap and the item that I did like we ALWAYS out of my size. When I finally found some items and received them, it was not at all of good quality. Fabric was crap, color was crap. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE A TOTAL RIP-OFF. Any of the positive comments that you see must be their employees leaving the comments just so they can balance out from having so many negative comments. Im shocked that they are even allowed to have this crap business.

Awful customer service when you call the phone number a real person doesn't even answer nor does it give you an option for a real person to answer they withdraw your money then you go by your shoes and they take an additional 3995+ the 3995 for the shoes you just bought so technically you're spending $80 on one shoe when they were supposed to use your credit. I was chatting online with someone and they were super sassy and tried telling me that I was supposed to be charged the $80 and then when I asked to cancel my membership he told me I was not allowed to and the credit cannot be refunded but it's always there for a credit on my account. I then threatened the BBB and he immediately told me he would refund me and cancel my account. I'm concerned they will charge my card again. I would never suggest this place
I personally had a great experience w them. I love the boots I got for $10 during my trial month and that was my 1st purchase. My daughter in law is who talked me into trying them. She also loves her boots. But she canceled after the trial. I have used their spend or skip option and instead of canceling or being charged monthly I've skipped the month between the 1st and 5th of every month without any problems. I plan on buying again, I just haven't had the money to spend. They made that be okay. Def reco

First time shopping here and had the worst experience ever. I went back and forth with different agents on a daily basis to get a refund on two items that I shipped out right away. I heard different stories from different agents and never got what I wanted. Took about a month to get a refund that wasn't even complete because I was being charged taxes and shipping when I don't even have any of the items.

I called to cancel and the lady just kept pushing to offer me free stuff to stay. I've only used the site twice the year I've been a member and skipped eery month and forgot one time and did not like being charged 40$.
First she asked to send me reminders to skip, I declined and asked her just to cancel. Second, said she had applied a 20% off discount to my account. At this point it was pissing me off because I just imply wanted to cancel it. Third, she offered to send me a free gift. I literally said, stop pushing me to stay. Delete my account now.

I ordered shoes they never came when I asked why they told me because the address was used for multiple accounts I let them know that only my account would be used they agreed to continue to ship my order and I never received anything not an explanation.

I wish I would have done some research on this website. I went ahead and joined just a week ago and purchased a pair of shoes and when I received it, the pair of heels that I got was not exactly what I purchased. The shoe was similar to what I ordered but not exact... so of course I was mad. I called justfabulous.com to complain and canceled my membership and returned the shoes. All I have to say is don't waist your time and money with this low end website. You will not get what you ordered. Cheap shoes and runs big... SO DISAPPOINTED!
The shipping was excessively slow. It took almost a week after ordering for my item to even be shipped and took almost a week in shipping time. The quality of the boots I ordered was subpar to even that of major discount big box store quality. The zippers on the boots were absolute garbage. Not worth the low introductory price that I paid, let alone the retail value that JustFab claimed they were worth.

I purchased some jewlry and purse. One, they sent the wrong thing. Two, it was broken. Three, they wanted to charge me a restocking fee when I would not reorder with them. Four the purse was green, not blue and they wanted to argue with me about it. Five, when I tried to fix this online, the girl disconnected me.
Just Fab asks you to sign up and get the first pair of shoes for $10, which is amazing, but what they don't tell you is that they will take money out of your bank account without you knowing, and they make opting out of the option hidden and not known, forcing their costumers to buy shoes every month. Not every woman buys that many shoes. So get rid of that option and let us buy shoes on our terms, not having to remember when to opt out on every month

I finally canceled my membership with JustFab and I'm so happy I did. I used all the credits I had left before closing my account, and I was extremely unhappy with all the shoes I received. Sure they're cute but they were uncomfortable and poorly made. These products are not worth a $50-credit and my decision to leave JustFab was clearer than ever after receiving my shipment.
