Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379

My name was changed to Brown due to a card purchase, with that name, which was frustrating, and the representative would not change. Subsequently, I canceled my connection with JustFab!
Very disappointed with my shoes. They arrived dirty and discolored. So I paid for a pair of shoes that I will never wear. I selected a smaller size than usual and I did well since they fit perfectly even if I couldn't wear them. And if not, I have to proceed with the return etc. Very disappointed with the quality!

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes a month ago and checked out as a guest previously checking my bank account I noticed £35 had been told out from just fab on the vip membership! That I did not sighn up too!... trued phoneing the number and it was not recognised! WHAT!... so went onto live chat and apparently they had no accounts with my email address! So why the hell they taking money out my account! Total scam people avoid avoid avoid!

My daughter ordered a $10 pair of shoes and now every month, they are charging her $39.95 for absolutely nothing at all. She did not sign-up for any club or deal when she placed her order nor did she give permission for them to take her money like that. She's trying to get ahold of them to put her money back in her account. She is reporting them to the BBB and the FTC's Bureau of Consumer Protection. Ordered a pair of boots from justfab not too long ago, they were torn after 3 to 5 wears, so I decided to cancel my membership, messaged their online chat, a rep replied within an hour asking the reason for cancelation, I replied and never heard back from the agent again, messaged them again 3 days later, never heard back from them, couple days later I messaged again, still havent gotten any responses.
Justfab, it shouldnt take you an instance to take money out of my account but more than a week to response to your live chat. I ended up going to the bank changed my card number and bank account.

Just Fab has stolen $399.50 from my checking account. What I have discovered is they have gone from old canceled debt cards to current debt card. They have taken the $39.95 out which on shows up as a total of $399.50. It's my fault. I need to prove them for fraud. They will only refund me $39.95 one time. They say they have nothing to apologize for. They said, I ordered a pair of brown boots. I didnt. He hung up on me when I asked to cancel my membership.

I'm very disappointed I got the $49 to my account to spend it but each time I choose a product I like wether it's for $30 it's still chanting my card, I need to understand how to use my credit without me being charged. Example I choose a chain for 12 dollars and at check out it's still charging my card

I have been a member of JF for at least 3yrs now and as time has gone by I fall more and more in love with this company. Not only are their styles always changing with the seasons best trends but there customer service is beyond any other shoe company I've dealt with! I also belong to another very publicized shoe club and over time compared to JF they are just falling off and its because of there ever changing increase in prices, lack of customer loyalty and so on. Its made me appreciate JF reward points system which is so easy! They are very customer orientated always involving customers in contests and giveaways its like you cant lose with them. Their shoes and jeans are a great buy. I tell all my friends about them because I constanly get compliments on my shoes. Hope anyone that doesnt already shop with them starts right now!
The to make a purchase is with a credit card that they will keep on file. The only way to really disconnect tides with this company is to cancel your credit card (once they have your credit card information it is virtually impossible to cancel your membership). When there is a problem (and there will be a problem) trying to get any answers or try to resolve the matter is almost impossible. No one seems to know what is going on or how to fix it.
These people are making millions of dollars being crooks.

I ordered from these people. I got email saying I would be charged 39.99 for a VIP membership which I never requested so I called them told them I didnt want membership. Today I got another email stating I was going to be charged 39 dollars for membership. I called again and was told they dont do that anymore. So i had no choice but to report my debit card had been compromised and bank sent me new one. Ill never do business with them again.

I had a VIP account but had to cancel since I was in between jobs. They told me they would cancel my account once before but noticed I had kept getting charged. After messaging them again to finally get it cancelled, they wouldn't just accept that I wanted to cancel and kept trying to buy me back. I would not recommend to anyone especially the VIP program.

If you don't want to be a victim of a scam don't buy not one pair from this site whom supposedly kimora Lee is the owner the shoes aren't worth buying anyway they will charge you without you knowing a monthly fee of 39.95 to your account then when you call customer service you cant understand them and they will not listen to your complaint they will ramble on about there business to the point of your exasperation until you speak to the better business bureau nothing is done, then you have to keep checking your account because after one or two month they will charge another amount to your

I purchased a VIP membership, then forgot about it for about 6 months... so cool, I get 6 credits right? Wrong. Credits cannot be used for shipping for one, called customer service and i swear its an automated bot that doesn't help. So I cancel my membership and I get an "e-giftcard" emailed to me for a whole TWO credits. When I tried to use them before they made the whole site members only, it says that it is not a valid gift card... SHOCKER. *Eyeroll please* So now I try to log on a couple months later because i keep getting a reminder email for these e-giftcards I cant use and the site has a "glitch"... how convenient. I wait a couple days and try again and my email and password arent working... So I try to reset. The reset email doesn't even work. I never got the link... the 24 hour chat is a bot, or someone doesn't know english, cant really tell.

I ordered one thing from this company months ago and just realized that they have been taking unauthorized deductions for more than $50CDN every month. I was not aware that by ordering one item 9 months ago that I would be on the hook for hundreds of $$. After contacting JustFab I was told that I am a member and these are monthly fees even if you dont purchase but they would not give me a refund. I have cancelled this membership that I didnt know I had and am considering legal action.

Terrible customer service and shipping company used. The customer service reps that I talked with the second to last time and the third to the last time were (the woman) was very rude and could not care less if I canceled membership. She said, " I will cancel it for you now." (Without hesitation) very bad impression of the company from her behavior.

I found over the years that I mainly only get my shoes from just fab. I do so because I always get the quality and styles I want at a reasonable price. And if I have any questions I don't have the search bar because I just called their 800 number and I get clear and concise information regarding my questions.

I ALWAYS skip the month, I have a reminder set to do so and have never missed it. Last month, I skipped it and evidently it didn't go through for whatever the reason may be. I love the clothing and I understand the system behind the subscription; however, I have tried to cancel the membership several times and it's always such a hassle, and I'm pushed to keep my subscription every time and just "skip the month" by customer service. I think a $55 fee for not skipping the month is outrageous.

What I didn't understand was why after my purchase and I received my shoes the seller came back a week later and attempted to charge my card triple what I paid for my shoes! Thank God I keep an eye on my accounts and also had my card frozen.

I ordered some boots from here and they charged me multiple times! I called them and asked them why they kept charging and they told me that they couldn't help me. Not to mention my step mother got boots from them as well and they ended up falling apart not even a month after getting them. Yes some of the prices are nice but the quality sucks. I am now canceling my membership because they charge you every month even if you don't buy any boots. Shop at your own risk!

My wife signed up for a good deal and used my card for purchase. Then I look later to see the 39.95 charge? WTF. I called and told the rep I was the husband and wanted money back and then cancel the account with JustFab asap. She started explaining the policy. I interrupted her furiously saying I don't give a Sh$% about your policy. I didn't call to hear your policy. Give me my money back and cancel the account. She was quiet for a moment and then refunded my money. So ladies, have your man call for the refund. They said I'll get my money back 3-5 business days and cannot cancel account until I get refunded? And then I can cancel the account. Now it shows I did get my money back. But I still have to call back and wait more than 30 minutes to cancel the account before they charge again. I Thanked the rep for the refund but they still should be shut down and they will still get 1 star for sneaking in money like this. Very absurd!
I was looking for new boots and possibly a skirt. I found 3 pairs of boots - two super cute dress boots, one snow boot, a fabulous pair of adorable dress shoes, and a wonderful skirt! JusFab had tons to choose from and had everything in the sizes I was looking for. Oh, and did I mention they arrived several days before they were scheduled? Score!

Bought 2 pairs of shoes and they did not fit. Called over one week ago- They said they will send a prepaid canadapost lable and once they get the shoes they will give me a refund. Called 4 times and also chat with them and contacted on facebook - Sill no lable.
I also ask to cancell membership. Hope they will not take any money as they told me my membership was cancelled.

I have received multiple, "I love those boots, there so cute." I am so happy with my boots, even though I should have ordered the size below. They are bigger, than expected, but since everyone says they're so cute, I couldn't resend and get size down (that would fit better, lol.) The, pom pom on the side is so cool and (retro) but I love them, would recommend.
