Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
Don't buy nothing from them the take money from you account every month and you even know when you see they charge 3 o 4 times because you don't skip the first of the month they never told you about they going to charge you and when you call to fix the situation they im sorry you have 10dls of discount the next purchase OMG excuse me you give me discounts when first take my F. Money and the worst they don't care don't return you money you must to used or loss the money. If you buy and don't likes because that happened to my and I finish buying 5 par of shoes for the stupid credit they charge me, immediately call to cancel no matter what cancel.
Same thing to me as million of costumers I've been a member for years. I forgot to skip the month ( because they have only for 4 days!)so they charged the $39.95 from my credit card. I figured the "credit" would be the same as money. WRONG. Can only be used for items prices $39.95+ and only if the order is above $39.95. Any sales or "final sale" items are not illegible for the money they took from your account. And they said they can't return the money back into my credit card because it was buy it from the justfab credit! And I want my money back into my credit card!

I needed a a pair of shoes for an All White Party. My Niece advised me to to always own a pair of nude/ Clear shoes because the go with everything & Every color. Now these are my definitely go to shoes for any occasions and any color red ensenble for sure.

I would like the company to have more double wide selection. I have ordered a pair of shoes and I was worried about it not being widened out but the customer service the help me told me that the material was stretch and the plain wide will fit my feet when I got my product it is tight a bit so I wish that this company will start getting some nice double wides cuz I'm I'm not seeing any

I read a lot of reviews about this product and I wasn't sure what size to get because I am usually a 9.5 or a 10. I ended up ordering a 9.5 and it was actually too big. I thought maybe it would still be okay but when I would try to walk in them it would hurt my feet from trying to keep them on. I exchanged them for a size 9 and now I can't even get my foot to fit in the shoe. It's like the 9.5 fit like a 10 and the 9 fit like an 8. Weird. I am super disappointed because these are super cute.

I bought a pair of boots six months ago.
When I went to the website n tried to find the 'skip a month' option but it wasn't there. So I kind of forgot about it.
Last month when I put money on my card n went to pay a bill, the money was gone! They had charged me.
So I called n cancelled my account. I asked the lady multiple times to make sure I wasn't going to be charged again. She reassured me everything would be fine.
Skip forward to this month,
The same thing happens.
The company has been nothing but unapologetic and rude.
I don't have enough money to keep putting extra cash on my card b/c I have to wait 2weeks for my money to get returned to me!
I was on phone w/ them for 40+ mins today.
Transferred from supervisor to supervisor, each telling me the same thing,
We're sorry but there's nothing we can do. It's your banks fault for not refunding your money.

I like to select favoritea then select what I really want and the best price. Getting reminders that I have pending cart are nice. The app is great too. Customer service are always polite, professional and great at solving my issue. Great team you have at Customer Service!

The shopping is so easy. The size charts are exactly fitted to the body frame you have. I gained a lot of weight after giving birth and working to remove it in a healthy timeline. Still 50lbs to go & didn't know my exact size. Afrer using the size guide I was able to order according to it & I am extremely happy with the outcome. It brought tears to my eyes & boyfriend has really been feeling these jeans.lol

Wow i bought a pair of shoes without knowing i was becoming monthly charged by this * sajt like seriously. Thank god i read the reviews bc i called them immediately and told them to cancel my frickin ''membership''. They r not even clear about this membership they r so shady.

When you ACCEPT the VIP Membership, you all need to actually READ what it says! If you would hve done that you would know that you have to skip the month or pay the 39.95 a month! The blame is on yourselves for not reading the document they enclosed!

You will be billed £35 a month if you sign up! All I did was sign up for JustFab and i bough 1 pair of shoes for £10. They then proceeded to charge me £35 a month for a subscription fee that I didn't even know I had agreed to as it is not made clear. They would not refund this when I called to cancel this subscription and the sales woman on the phone was RUDE and talked over me when I tried to say I wanted to cancel! She was not respectful and continued to ignore what I wanted.

I had a VIP account with justfab.com, I tried cancelling the account 4 times with them over the phone after numerous times of them over drafting my account and having to get them to give me a refund every month because they wouldn't cancel my account and kept telling me to just skip the month. I don't think I've ever experienced this much stupid.

I recently purchased an all black set from the powerhold leggings collection with the coordinating sports bra. I love the set however I didn't realize the material was different from a different pair of powerhold leggings I have. My first pair were buttery soft but the black was more cotton like. Still fir nicely but just not as nice and smooth as the buttery leggings I thought I was getting again. If it was the same the review would have been 5 stars.

Asked for my subscription to be cancelled instead was put on skip a month and when called again to get it cancelled they said I never said to cancel it and wouldn't return my money unless I bought something.
I never signed up for their program and I've never been on their site. I noticed a monthly fee of $39.95 for the last 10 months. I called the phone number listed on my statement and they hung up on me when I asked what the charges were for. I immediately closed my credit card for fraud. They say they can't find me in their system so they can't refund me. I did a dispute through my bank, the dispute was denied because the bank said they provided a contract agreement. How in heck can they provide my bank with a contract when they can't find me in their system. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAMMER AND FRAUD! I will go back to my bank and ask for a copy of the contract they received. Hopefully my bank will see that these charges are fraudulent and charge them back.

I got charged the 39.00 in my bank account so i went and called to cancel my membership and the lady argued with me for like 20 mins. Why i should stay with their company and they even tried to bribe me with 2500 member points or some crap like that. The lady said that my membership has been canceled and i can still get on the account and theyre still sending emails so i guess its not canceled. I want off of this terrible site or im sewing i dont want your company to take another dime out of my bank! Ive called to cancel twice and im gonna keep doing it until its done or im getting the authorities involved!
It's difficult to maneuver through the site, especially when going to place an order, the wheel just spins and spins, making it impossible to place the order. Often taking a day or two to have my orders processed. Ugh.

I have been with JustFab for awhile and I love to tell people about them. They love to see the different styles. However, lately all of the shoes most of them I have to send back I wear a size 5 to 5.5 and all of the 5.5 are running big. I can get away with it in the tall boots. It is very disappointing and I am canceling my membership. I started to order a few shirts and I felt the same with them as well.

I place my order in the end of November, 2022. I still don't have it! I had ordered a dress for Christmas and New Year. I figured a month was plenty of time to get it. I was wrong. I sent in a ticket to support and within a day or so I got a response. But I still don't have the order. Tracking says it's it the outcenter.

I purchased a pair of boots off of their site without signing up for any subscriptions. I get a charge on my card a couple weeks later for $50 for being a VIP member when I never signed up for it. I hated the boots and the company. The boots don't fit well and I was scammed for my money. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I wear a size 6.5 or 7. My foot measures just under 9 inches. I ordered a size 6.5. Shoe says it is a 6.5. Shoe sole measures 9.75. Waaay too big. Shipped in a plastic bag with no paperwork or info on returning. VERY unhappy.

I often forget to unsubscribe for the month, and when I have money for it to go through I collect points. Come Christmas time, just fab always saves me with money off and reducing prices for me during the holidays. Currently I have plantar fasciitis and a few other ankle problems. The black combat boots I purchased are so comfortable and are my favorite go to for a comfortable fit and walk.

I had bought these booties to wear to an event I got an 8 1/2 and a nine I had to exchange them for size 8 at first I was a little bummed thinking they would not be here in time for my event but to my excitement they showed up in time. The sizing was wrong, & when I returned the unworn shoes as well as all the free junk that came with them, imagine my surprise when the credit I received was for $7.95! Inferior quality items & inferior customer retention policies.

The app is so buggy. Scroll doesn't work, always brings you up to the top. Things dont load. Trying to edit the cart is a nightmare. Annoying trying to figure out pricing and how the discount work, the descriptions aren't clear.
