Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
After almost a year of a vip membership I cancelled today. For a long time I have been putting off canceling my membership, instead I kept "skipping" my month. They have a lot of cute items but good luck finding much in in your size that hasn't sold out already. I had 2025 points on my account and tried to use those points to buy a pair of shoes. Instead I was charged the amount because it wasn't over 39.95, what?! I pay 49 bucks a month for them to tell me that I can't use the money I already put into my membership? Today I tried to use my points and of course everything that was that amount that I liked was sold out. As I'm tried of being charged on top on my membership fee. This site will rip you off if you aren't careful. Don't be me who played months of a membership to be able to get ONE 39.95 purchase for free; mind you that it is 49 a month and I've played multiple months worth.
I signed up for this and yes I forgot to skip a month so a credit was taken for my account, no big deal because there was a really cute pair of shoes I was planning on getting anyways. Pair of shoes on my card! So you took a credit and you charged me for the shoes and customer service isn't open. So I will be canceling this first thing tomorrow and not using the service again

This site has a lot of merchandise to choose from. But BEWARE, if you don't purchase or remember to "Skip" a month you will be charged and receive nothing in return but a store credit. I attempted to cancel, but apparently did not do it right because I was STILL charged. I removed all my credit cards and they charged my Paypal account!

I ordered 3 item, 2 jean shorts and a pink cardigan set. One pair of the shorts came in one size away from what I ordered, the other came in SIZE 24 months! The size for a baby! I've noticed on other orders, I choose the correct size and when reviewing the order, it's the wrong size. I have to go back and change it MULTIPLE times before it finally shows correctly.

I recently ordered two pairs of shoes from JustFab. My card was charged for the transaction. Six days later, I receive an e-mail that the order was delayed. Ten days later, I checked my order, and it had been canceled. I contacted the company and was told that the order was canceled for insufficient funds. I contacted my bank and discovered that JustFab attempted to collect twice on my account: first at the original purchase and again at shipping time. I am still waiting on my original funds to be reversed to my card.
I don't have time to go to shoe store and I couldn't brought the amount of shoes and boots at one time that I have been blessed to buy. Love shopping, don't need a place to sit and try on shoe and if they don't fit me I have someone that I can gift them to.!

It's difficult to skip a month you have to remember there is only a small window to be able to skip. I had to get a manager approval to get a refund since I forgot to skip. I tried canceling once before but was pressured into staying. Then I tried canceling the next month and was pressured again but i fought it that time. I think it's crazy you need to call the cancel. Let's see if i ever get my refund and if they actually cancelled me. I did get an email confirming but I'm skeptical.

I ordered a pair of boots in September but something went wrong with the shipping process and I called JustFab to inform them about the difficulties I was having. I gave them an option of putting my money back into my account or sending out a new pair of boots and I still haven't got anything back from them!
I've wanted to try justbad for some time now and finally did it! Well I received the wrong size sweater jacket ordered a M received XXL and it took a long time for my order to arrive. Now, I don't even want to try the right. Returning for a refund.

I keep buying my boots got you but they are too big or not wide eough.It is getting h old. Your sizes are funky. IzI can wear a pair of 8 and they fit me but not your eights and your 6.5 don't come in wide or extra wide. Maybe ill find a pair someday

So it all started with that commercial on T. V. I'm a teenage girl I like shoes and when I decided to check out the site I was offered a supposedly free VIP membership. Only after I accepted did I find out about the monthly charge. I didn't have time for that crap. I did order a pair of heels at the 9.99 first purchase price. It took three weeks to get them here. Took a week out of that for them to process my order. When the shoes finally showed up I tried to cancel my account. They essentially said my reason wasn't good enough. Not to mention the shoes that i got were at least a half size too big and one has a tar-like stain on it. Finally today got my account removed. That lady tried to sway me but I kept saying I didn't care for the membership, that my mom didn't want me having it, that I couldn't keep up on the skipping. I'm just glad it's over. My advise if you're buying shoes online use any site except JustFab because the way they deal is JustNotFab.

So they canceled my order cause I phone the wrong address. Yeah i know it's my fault. But! When I put the correct address and asked them to resend or return the money, they started talking about credit scores? Like?
It's a good website don't get me wrong but their customer service? Not so good.

I love JustFab! Love the variety of styles and products that are available on the site. As far as the membership goes, the process is pretty clear and concise, especially when you actually read the terms and guidelines! If you don't read, you are going to feel like you have been ripped off or scammed, when that is not the case at all. The return and exchange process is reasonable, considering they have to receive your items in order to refund or release your exchanges. And when you sign up for the membership, you have between the 1st and 5th of every month to skip the month so that you do NOT get charged! Make sure you read people! You won't run into issues if yoy fully understand the process!
I read everyones response about justfab. I am a justfab customer. I learned when i first signed up, how they charge your card every month. You have between the 1st-5th of every month to click skip the month. If you forget, then they charge you for the month but put it as a credit on the account. So if you want anything else, you have that credit there. That is stated on there site. Make sure you always read about payments on any site.
I went into their trial store in DSW in Ohio. I found a ticket for a free pair of boots. I was going to buy from them anyways, because i found a pair that I liked more than any of DSW's boots. They sent me a pair for free, but the boots ended up being too big. I contacted them about it, and they sent me a smaller pair for free too! And I got to keep both, they told me to regift the larger size. I love the boots, they're sooo cute!

Loved the look of almost all the shoes. Two out of the 6 I purchased didn't look as good in person. I shipped them back because of that and they weren't true to size. I also had some size issues with the other shoes but I was able to make them work. I think the wide size should be just that and make an additional plus size shoe. My feel are wide but my ankles are small. The wide shoes fit like plus size.

I sized up because I know some of the shoes are cheaply made. I usually wear a 9/12 - 10(Depending on the make of the shoe) but ordered a 11. Show arrived and STILL didn't fit. I attempted to look at the bottom of the shoe to be sure I ordered the size I thought I did and could not find a size sticker/imprint/ label. I searched inside and all around and there just simply was no shoe size indicated. So thst confirmed for me even more thst was not a size 11. I was so disappointed cause the boot was such a pretty color. I sent them back without hesitation! I thought shame on JustFab.

I had a big order of 7 boots. Had to return 4 pair as they did not fit. But the return was such a frustrating process I had to call the company with each, because their site wouldn't process for every pair I had to return! They were out of an exchange size so I I had to return for a credit instead and I also had to call for every credit I wanted to use! Their customer service rep was nice each time but their site function and their credit system really is horrible!

Watch out when you try to cancel your account! I got a confirmation email over a month ago that my account cancelation request went through... and then BAM! 1 month later, they auto- charge me $53. I called again and spoke with a patronizing customer service rep who constantly said "I understand ma'm", but never listened to a word I said. Needless to say, I asked why the account wasn't cancelled after I received a cancellation confirmation from this business... She said that the cancellation request wasn't processed from their end, yet I got a confirmation? Needless to say, I have to wait 5-10 business days for a bloody refund when they're able to process an illegal, un-approved payment immediately. Let's see if it's not processed from their end again after receiving a 2nd confirmation for a 2nd phone call.

I haven't even purchased anything because EVERYTIME I go on the site to see if anythings restocked, it's not. They never have ANY sizes available and its beyond frustrating. Therefor I will continue to do my shoe shopping elsewhere. This site is a waste of time.

I ordered a size 9 the said 9but they are HUGE! And the ankle width is ridiculously huge. I don't have tiny ankles and yet i look like i have chicken legs in them. Unable to even wear. They are so cute and I wish I could wear them.

I will never use justFab again. I signed up for VIP membership not realizing my checking account would be charged monthly. I cancelled my membership in early December then my checking account was charged again in January. I tried to contact JustFab and there was a 29 minute wait to again speak to a customer service representative. I tried the live chat and was informed that I would need to speak with someone on the phone. JustFab's live chat person also asked if I would like to use my January credit which I had already explained I wanted the charge removed from my checking account. Arghhh
I called to cancel my account after receiving my first pair of shoes because I felt the material was cheap. The representative did not cancel my account and I later called back to check because I was still receiving emails. They canceled my account the second time I called but charged my card $70 for an order I did not fill. Horrible company and do not suggest to anyone
