Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
But since after I mad the purchase I have not been able to log into the account. I have calle twice but the last call was horrible. I explained to the young lady that I was not able to log into my acct I have done troubleshooting on my end i it would still not work, the young lady told me to use a computer to sign in. I don't have a computer, all I have is my phone and my iPad. So because I cannot sign in ask her to delete my account on your webs site she said she did but she did not because we I went to check it still says that I have an account with you all.
When I bought two pair of boots at Kohls last holiday, I had no idea I was committing to a monthly card to belong to Just Fab. One year later - I find I have all the points from the fee. I am not
Satisfied at all with how this transpired.
I used these points at Just Fab on product before I closed my account. I was very satisfied with the items However, I have not information on how to return some of the items for a different size or item.
I will continue to keep my account closed as I can't afford the monthly fee.

Always find something I want for myself or often as gifts! So easy and dependable! I don't care for the Mall experience, and I know I can always find something I NEED and I can trust the sizes and fits, and the shipping and service. Its a lifesaver!
The boots are very nice but it isnt the boots I order and it isnt the right size. And no I didn't complain because I dont want to mess around with returns.but this is the 3rd time this as happen. Twice with clothes and now with boots.

I signed up for this website completely unaware of the membership. I spoke with a custoemr service agent who spent $25 ignoring my concerns and pushing the membership. I have never been rude to anyone on the phone. But she refused to listen to my concerns and at first refused to cancel my membership.
I have read that cancelling your membership does nothing. I have had to cancel my credit card as a result and issue a complaint. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM.
I ordered three pairs of shoes sandals with a wedge heel, flat sandals and sneakers, all size 10 all to small. I have never ordered my size before and they were all to small.
They have been returned and awaiting a refund. Very disappointed and thinking about canceling my membership.

I ordered a beautiful long dress my last order. I am a plus size woman and usually order a 2x - sometimes a 3x just in case. The 3x is always plenty big enough. I don't know if the sizing has changed but the dress seems more like an xlarge. Doesn't even come close to fitting.

The worst part of this company besides the thievery, is the "automated customer service". I have yet to talk to a person. They have my money, I guess that paid for the trial boots they sent me that were too small and not good quaiity. There are deinately better companies out there to deal with!
I'm just a student who want to study in the Great Britain for 1 year. Now I am about to leave, in the final final final month, JUSTFAB charge me once again without my permission. And I have already skipped this month online. I don't understand why Great Britain has this big fraudulent company? There are so many people have been stolen by it, but the company still there HAPPily. I have to spend 6+1 credits (210 + 35 POUNDS) buy something I don't like in the whole year. All the things are "made in China", Yeah, from the country where I come from. Most of them are we young Chinese people never buy, because the quality is too poor. I like nice British people, I like the country! BUT, I hate JUSTFAB! Who can tell me why the country allow this F**K company exist?
When I signed up I knew the terms and conditions. Since I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and my bills have skyrocketed I wanted to cancel. This coincided with my bankcard on file being reissued due to expiration. I thought 'great' I will just not update the info and it will be rejected. SOMEONE at JustFab went in and changed the expiration date of my card and sent a charge through my bank. They also got it to go through without the CCV security number. They will do anything to get their money. The products are made in China and of very poor quality. The one thing I bought from them I put in the bin of car wash rags, never even tried it on.
I ordered a swimming suit, I even ordered a size larger and it was definitely not true to size. The stitching was also messed up, along the waistline you could see the holes from where it had been stitched and restitched.

JustFab is a great on line shopping experience in every way. I have been shopping with JustFab for many years. I have never been disappointed in any way. JustFab is the only place to shop for womans clothing!
I ordered a pair of flats snd a pair of rain boots. They were very heavy. The person who mailed them put them into a (one) bag. By time the reached me, they fell out of the bag. The bag was torn all over. The mail women handed them to me, I didn't notice them at first. When I set the mail down to open the bag, the boots fell right out of the bag. The items should have been double bagged or out in a box.

Ordered a pair of boots from them then called and cancelled my membership, they still charged me the monthly fee even though I skipped the month, called and demanded a refund and they hung up on me TWICE! Do not ever order from them
The amount of times you have to explain why you're canceling and that you only want to cancel, is insane. You have to literally get rude to stop the questioning and veiled threats just to cancel the membership.

JustFab, is basically a scam. After you stop using them and try to cancel your account with them they continue to draw money out of your account. Its been at least 3 years wince I've stop using JustFab and yet they continued to take money out of my account. I had to talk with my bank MULTIPLE times to have them stop but yet they continue to override them and take money from my account. They have taken at least 500 dollars out of my account and have replaced only half of it and if not that some of it.
Other than that JustFab sucks $#*! and their products aren't even good..

Just fab owes me £105. I haven't been in the UK for the whole summer and when I came back to track my payments I realized that they have been taking £35 every month without my knowledge. I didn't even know that we had to pay for a membership. If I knew that the membership is £35 every month to buy low quality shoes i would have never signed up. This is a total scam. I suggest you make it clear to your costumers that you're gonna keep on taking monthly transactions from their account before they sign up. Because if it were clear to them, 'Just Fab' wouldn't have 554 complaints. I sincerely hope for a lawsuit to be filed against this company, causing them to lose millions. I have blocked their account from my bank but I do hope I get my money back.

If you want costumer loyalty that's not the way to get it. You lost thousands of costumers because of your awful scam. Just know that your little online shop can easily be replaced.
Ordered twice in the past 45 days, 7 pairs of boots all listed as wide calf. Nothing measured the same size in the footbed or the calf. The design of the boots with heels cause 100% of the pressure and weight to be on the ball of your foot instead of allowing some weight to be shifted to your heel. Do not buy heeled footwear from this company and be prepared to have to buy and return multiple boots to find the correct size.

I was a customer in 2018.
This company has a policy that If you want to cancel your membership it has to be on the 5 th of the month. I did what the policy was required. But to my surprise the company was still charnging my account without my consent. So be bery careful and dont sign up anything with justfab. They are thieves and liars.
I had cancelled my membership TWICE and THEY still take money out of my account! I had to call and tell them AGAIN to STOP taking money out of my account! You don't have that right to take it out of my account anymore and I have recorded them the last time saying they cancelled it. I'm tired of calling you guys for the same reason over and over! I don't want to have to take it to the next step because I will. So please... stop wasting my time by calling you guys!

The size of the shoes I bought was no where near the standard. I typically wear size 6 1/2 to 7, I bought a size 7 and a size 8 both were extremely too small. When trying to exchange the shoes for a bigger size I keep getting an error message. I will be canceling my membership as soon as I use my credits.

I made a purchase on the 23rd of Feb and I still have yet to receive an update on the order. I contacted customer service via chat on the website and the agent (Olliver) was very off putting and ended our chat before I could even ask for the update on the order status. I will never buy from them again. Cancelled my membership.

I have a addiction of boots. I see a pair I like and I just seem to have to have them. When I told about JUSTFAB, I thought that there was no way their boots would be very good because of the low prices. When I received my boots I was very impressed. The quality is amazing.
