I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379

Just Fab gets you by hoping you forget to go to their site and skip the month
I tried to skip a month but I couldn't for some reason.Not sure if the site wasn't working or my phone.
The quality of the items certainly don't add up to the price either. The way they do the math is just messed up!

Yes, I also called to end my VIP membership. Twice money was taken out of my account for two months AFTER I clicked to pass up those months. I ordered something I am still waiting for because I had credit from those months, but I called to cancel because I just can't afford to keep spending money every month and it seems too tricky to opt out each month, plus I have apparently two accounts - Just Fab and Shoe Dazzle. When I called, the young woman talked and talked to convince me to stay with the program. Quite frankly, I want out now. I guess I still have $10 credit which I either want reimbursed or I want to use it without having this membership so I can close it out. I have enjoyed the things I ordered, but I am basically a poor person and can't afford spending money this way on a regular basis. I don't appreciate how hard they made it to cancel my account.

Just Fab is awesome. I have been a member for about 3 years. I love that every item is one price and everymonth they send you new items in your boutique, and if you dont see anything that you interested in you can have JustFab send you new options or you can Skip the month and wont be charged. They are always having fun contests to win credits and their Facebook page is lots of fun, where other girls will posts photos of their items and review them. I have met alot of friends through their Facebook page. And if you ever have an issue with an item they have 24/7 customer support and shipping is always free to and from.

Dear Just Fab, your shipping should be free when I receive a message, immediately after placing my order, that my item may take an ADDITIONAL 1-2 just to ship. This is above and beyond the estimated 6-14 day span. So hopefully my sister receives her birthday present 4 weeks late at best.

The black shoe booties with the studded anklet were a true value and feel incredibly comfortable. They go with just about any outfit and can be a true star in a shoe wardrobe.
The white sneakers look good and feel really supportive and comfortable which is an important aspect for an athletic wear sneaker. Versatile and chic it can play a role in almost any street or loungewear outfit. Both pairs are a really good value and quite stylish, all in all a good, characteristic of Just Fab shoes.

The shoes that I ordered were never received. I received three pairs of shoes that I did not order in sizes that were not the sizes that I ordered and not in the styles that I requested. These were gifts for my granddaughter, and it was such a hassle that she just ended up giving them away. She was very dissappointed, as was I.

I got a charge in my bank statement saying I paid 39.95 to just fab but I canceled my membership back 6 months ago. I called and they said they won't give me my 230$ back because apparently during the call I kept my membership. Another girl said I could only use the money to buy their merch(never doing that again). Called my bank and canceled my card so that they can't keep scamming me out of 40$ each month. No emails to remind me were sent and no emails at all actually because I canceled my membership but apparently I didn't but they didn't tell me or remind me that I had to pay or was still a "member". Absolute crap phone service and you can't understand what the people on the phone are saying because of their accents. Will never be shopping here again and will definitely be talking to a dispute specialist to get my 230$ back.

I ordered a summer leopard print coat and the photo of this print looks different than the coat I received. There are 2 different leopard prints. Once had a beige zipper with beige background behind the leopard print. The summer leopard print in photo shows a winter white zipper and winter white background behind the leopard print. I keep receiving the beige leopard print. I like the coat but I wanted the summer leopard print that I chose but what the photo shows. The regular leopard print photo looks like what I received even thou the packackage says summer leopard. Basically the photo does not look like what one receives.

Well I just ordered a pair of boots today for my sister and I didnt get en email or any notification that the order went through. So I have no idea if it did yet I did get an email saying "welcome gift" so that alone seems sketchy that I got an email for that but not my order. I will be canceling my membership and I didnt realize all it entails till after, it charges you monthly even if you dont buy something. I'll be contacting Justfab soon and if they aren't cooperative then I'll get higher authorities involved because I do not want to be charged monthly. Also the fact that they don't have an email for customers is ridiculous.

They took $40 out of my account even though i had canceled. I hadnt even ordered shoes. After three months of them saying "the refund is being processed" i had to dispute it through paypal and i am being refunded

I was not informed that there was a reoccurring charge until it was too late and my card was charged. I cancelled my subscription but i was not refunded the charge and i had lost the "points" for the charge too.

Honestly I went on here to check about Asos quality and saw it was terrible and decided I would never shop from there... Just for fun I thought I would check about a site that I love just fab so see if it got the complements it deserved, I was shocked to see how bad it was rated and realized that the people on here are only those that had a bad experience, because who writes about the good ones? Anyways after seeing that this is only the 1/10 people that had bad experiences I will take my chance on Asos and have my own experience

I was so enticed when I saw my first pair of boots would be $10. In my excitement of saving a ton of money on cute boots, I didn't care that the receipt that was emailed to me didn't have prices on it, I figured they were an honest business. UH NOPE!
My bank account was charged over $70 for those $10 boots. THEN when I asked about returning them (since I could find boots just as cute on Amazon for cheaper) they said I had to pay a $6 re-stocking fee! WHAT A SCAM!

I recently purchase a pair of shoes and a pair of jeans from just fab. The jeans were a bit snug but I think it was because I wasn't familiar with the sizes. They do shrink in the dryer slightly so i would suggest airdrying them. But overall I'm really happy with my purchase

Biggest scam ever. My daughter thought she was purchasing clothes. Next thing you know we have a membership. Most clothing not available. Very difficult to cancel. Would never recommend. Scamming young girls

This is possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with. The girls on the end of the email clearly have no clue about customer service, let alone how to actually write an email as I had to chase and chase for a response and when I got one, the responses were less than helpful and likeep something you would expect from a moody teenager. As soon as I realises they'd set up a standing order which I NEVER requested, they told me I couldn't cancel. The boots I ordered never turned up and I had to cancel my bank card to stop payments! Why someone would be driving round with a personalised 'ju5t fab' car in Billericay is beyond me! Just Fab is a shocking company!

I ordered some shoes on Nov 24th and I received an estimated delivery date of Dec 1st. It is now Dec 7th and it still says carrier awaiting pick up in the same area the label was created. My estimated delivery date is now gone and I don't know when I'll receive my package.

This company is disgusting! I bought a pair of shoes, feeling skeptical the whole time. When my shoes arrived, they weren't what I was expecting but hey they were only $10. I couldn't complain. So I didn't even initiate a return. I hadn't even made an account with these people because I didn't expect to even continue shopping with them. Then I notice a charge for $39.95? There customer service number rings busy all day everyday and no one returns emails. If anyone can point me in the direction of getting my money back peacefully, I'd appreciate it. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. They are scammers. And can only make money by taking peoples money. I will be reporting them to the BBB. I hope your company gets shut down. Or better yet, you're in debt for the rest of your miserable life.

I recently attempted to make an exchange on my order and after waiting over a week to receive any feedback on my shipping status, I called their customer service. Everytime I called, I was told that my order is in transit and can take "up to a month" for them to receive my order. I told them I don't understand why would it take a month for them to receive my return when it took less than a week for me to receive it. Again, was told they can only see that it's in transit and cannot issue my store credit until they receive it. Also, I asked for them to direct me where this information is listed on their website and was notified it's NOT. FYI, customer service are representatives are horrible and very difficult to communicate with. I would say to please save your time and money, and shop somewhere else. I will be canceling my account as soon as I receive my credit!
