Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
Absolutely shocking company! Ordered my shoes few months back for an event for £17.50, thought that was the end of it - no emails after about membership etc. The other day I looked on my online banking to see they have taken £70 from my account! I rang up and asked why on earth would they be taking money from me! Apparently I was a VIP member and hadnt 'skipped' the emails as they call it. I never got any VIP membership protocols to say I was in this and no monthly reminders reminding me to 'skip'. I have had to ring them 4 times now as they have not refunded me the money and when you say you want to cancel they try and get you to stay so badly in such a desperate way. I STILL have not had the money refunded - and if its not in by the end of today I will be taking it a lot further. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
We joined 'JustFab' (which is ironic, because it's anything but!) to get a few items on an offer; after purchasing items we became "VIP"; without knowing (maybe small print) we didn't realise until we got our bank statements.
Calling their Style Consultants to cancel - the first time - we where told they could only refund 3 credits and not the 5 we had; not wanting to flush the money directly to them we bought some things we'd most likely not use and called again.
This time we had two credits remaining, the next consultant told us we could only get one refunded with one remaining on file 'in case' we wanted to use it however the account would remain VIP; WTF?!
We just want our money and not to deal with this - by far THE WORST company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. Stay clear.

This company gave on online deal of 70 % off a pair of boots. I ended up ordering the boots. The boots cost 15 pounds. When I got the boots it looked so cheap like what you will get in the market stall for 15 pounds so it was NEVER a discount. They then had the cheek to charge me 35 pounds to my account every month even if I never bought or ordered ANYTHING because they once gave me 70% discount. These people are CRIMINALS.
Horrible joke of a business! Seemed like a great deal at first, I got excited and told some friends. Later I sure was glad that my friends hadn't gotten a chance to check them out. The boots came, and not only are the advertised size 9s fitting like a size 7.5, they are about the poorest quality I've ever seen!
As if that wasn't bad enough, I looked at my card statement and have found many unauthorized charges from them, and trying to get anyone at the company to help resolve it is like pulling teeth. I had to resolve it through the card company by disputing charges and blocking them from making further charges.
The long and the short of it, buy your shoes someplace else and DON'T give these scammers any of your information!

I just finished talking with a customer service rep and i demanded my 39.95 refunded as i too was unaware of the monthly charge. I returned the only pair of shoes i purchased as they did not fit well and are poorly made. I was given a site credit of 19.95 of which i am losing because i demanded my membership canceled. I demanded to speak to a supervisor until i was put on hold and when the rep returned the 3rd time she stated that i would receive my refund and my membership is canceled. Don't settle for the crap they try to feed you. Demand your refund and cancellation.
There are no people to take the call or chat
I want to exchange the size but just calling number isn't the right number also I want to cancel my membership but because of it my money got deducted and now I just can't have the refund and every month it gonna take my money

I have been a reluctant VIP member for years because I was reluctant to lose out on the money it cost when I would accidentally forget to skip a month. I tried to cancel a few times but they would remind me I'd lose $100's of dollars worth of credits if I canceled so I would back out but struggled to find things I liked. Everything I've ever ordered is uncomfortable, doesn't fit right, and extremely cheaply made… I HATE that I can't just cancel and have to call and the last time I called I was on the phone for an hour… my husband then called and they picked up within 5 minutes! They literally ignored me because I had stated I wanted to cancel my account! Absolutely the worst!

TERRIBLE. They did not inform me that they were going to charge me. I called in and spoke with somewhat rude and condescending sales reps who were just interested in getting me to keep my membership, which I NEVER intended to have in the first place. Very upsetting experience overall. I tried to have my membership cancelled TWICE now... we'll see how it goes. :( NOT PLEASED.
The shoes looked cute but not on me I didn't liked the way I looked in them and the heel was bigger than expected so I had to returned them so please be on the look out for the package over all thank you

I gave my sister permission to use my card number the first time she ever ordered, to order a purse, and it was cancelled. I told her it was probably due to the fact that I had just used it on there prior and for her to use her card. She signed back on, into her account to take advantage of the $10 offer, and used her card number and it was still cancelled. Shes a grown woman!?! Are they cancelling orders because we live in the same house?!? Seriously... come on people... the bank has to have your ssn for you to have a card with your name on it!

I bought a pair of booths in Nov 2013, I looked at my bank statement this month and it stated that Just Fab have taken £ 35.00 from my account when I looked at last month statement I realised they had also taken £ 35.00. I phone and spoke to a robot, (well she sounded like one) she explained that I have opened an V. I. P account? I never agreed to any such account and I certainly never agreed for them to take money from my account. They now have £ 245.00 of my money, surely this cannot be legal? I am now have to wait up to 7-days for them to refund money that I NEVER AGREED FOR THEM TO TAKE... I will never shop with this company again.

Like many others on this site, I've been completely scammed by this company. I called last month to cancel my membership, was assured it was cancelled yet I was billed again this month. When I called again last night they told me they have no record of my cancellation and they would only refund my money if I agreed to remain a VIP member. TOTAL SCAM! They won't allow me to remove my credit card info so I'm probably going to have to close that account.
I forgot to skip the month so had to buy something because I was charged for not skipping the MONTH. I will be cancelling my just fab account because it doesn't have my size anyway. The slippers I ordered, because I had no choice, are ok but I didn't need them.

My daughter paid £12.70 for a pair of shoes and one month later had £35 taken from her account. This is something that the company will do every month unless you request to skip a month or cancel. DO NOT EVEN GET INVOLVED! Google "Dodgy Just Fab" and you will find out what a shabby outfit this is.

I bought a pair of boots on 10/25/20 and today on 11/11/20 they charged 35 for a VIP Member that I never asked to be part of. I have already asked to cancel the VIP member but do not want to refund a charge that I never authorized. I have already filed a complaint on PayPal and I want a refund of my money, because what you did is illegal and criminal. They took my bank details and made bank transactions without my authorization.

Made six separate purchases in the last two months. Called to inquire about why I purchase fifty dollar shoes today and tomorrow the same shoes are twenty five. They suspended my account for suspicious activity??? My money is good and I was offended. So I told the consultant that I
would be returning every single item I purchased and to cancel any orders that hadn't been shipped. I refused delivery of two orders and returned them via USPS (mailman). I called to check on my refund two weeks later and I was told because I didn't get a special label I wouldn't be getting a refund because the warehouse doesn't check in undelivered packages. So I'm out of about two hundred dollars!! Rather than help me the supervisor just said sorry you didn't follow policy. I told him that policy wasn't explained nor was the the suspicious activity that they claimed was tied to my account. It's disgusting how these people maneuver!!

I placed my first order with just fab recently and was hesitant in doing so as I had no prior experience with just fab. But I love all my items. The jumpsuits I got are adorable. The white pants fit like a glove - my man lost it when he saw me in them. And sizing is accurate. 27 fit me like 27, small fit me like a small. The 5 pairs of shoes I got were as described and comfortable. I am not dissapointed with their products at all. The only downfall is for us Canadian buyers -1 it is in US dollars so remember that and 2- CUSTOMS! Just fab does not list under 100$ on package they note exact amount so you end up paying high customs they also send my one order in 3 seperate packages I ended up paying $80 in customs for $700cdn in clothing. Which has led me to decide I won't place large orders with them again. But otherwise. I don't see why anyone would have complaints
Just make sure you call and cancel your VIP membership before you get charged the $40US (52+ Canadian!)

My daughters boots fell apart within a week of having them I canceled our subscription and they keep trying to charge my card I've called like six or seven times and they still repeatedly try to charge my card and they keep telling me that my card is not being charged but I have the bank statement to prove it

THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS! They will send you the items that your order, yes, but they will charge your card random amounts of money without you noticing, so check your transaction history! I know this because both my mom and I have accounts with them, and both my mom and I were charged $60 on our cards the same day (even though we didnt order anything) for nothing.

Never got the boots I originally ordered then when on the phone with customer service I was referred to as a sir even after repeatedly correcting him eventually speaking to a manager I had to pick out a different pair of boots because the was I ordered where no longer available. I did receive the second pair of boots and yes I do love them but hated what I had to go threw in order to receive them

I ordered this beautiful satin tank top, however I received the wrong size. I ordered a size xs but when I received my order, an xl was in an xs packaging and I had to exhange. That process was easy BUT when I received the exchange, there was a size m in an xs packaging! I was tired of it and I decided to keep the medium since I liked the design of the tank top too much.
