Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
I bought shoes from them. They were fine. A few months later I wanted to cancel my account. So I called to cancel and got a refund on my "store credit". I tried to get on my account (to make sure it was inactive) and I couldn't. The month goes by and I'm charged again. So I call to tell them what happened and they said they have a "one time refund policy" and so she cancelled my account and wouldn't give me my money back. She said I can open a claim with the credit card company. I will never buy from them again.
I have bought a few pairs of shoes from JustFab and I love them. However, when I need to skip a month on my VIP membership for any reason it is very hard to find that button to click to select skipping that month.
It was easy to access the app, a lot of options to choose from, I loved the boots, I have been ordering from just fab for over a year I had never had issues with delivery it works just perfect for me.

The boots i purchased felt great one and were made well but did not do up. Some boots i can purchase in regular fit and others i find i need wide leg. I never know until i get them if theyll fit. These did not. They're a snugger regular fit

My first 2 pair order arrived last week and I felt excited that I could easily expand my she wardrobe without visiting numerous shops.
The first pair that I unwrapped was the Leitra Heeled Sandal. The band across the toes of my feet was very tight, and when I stood, the heels were so extreme that my ankle felt as though it were flexing the wrong way. It was not possible to walk 10 stops across the hardwood. Dejected, I removed the otherwise sexy sandle and opened the second box. A red pair of V Va Voom Bow heels sandle. Immediately I noticed that the center of the bow on the right toe was nearly an inch to the left. The left shoe, it was dead center so there was no chance that it was intentional. So, a quality control miss? Not feeling confident about trying again, because returning packages is not much fun.
Stores... here I come.

I am a VIP but i cold not even avail a discount in their website it's cheaper but once you click the checkout, the price gets higher when i called them they sad it's because i; m a VIP so i can't avail a discount. They said i cant use my credit that they stole from my bank account.
I had placed a previous order with Just fab so im guessing thats how they obtained my details. This Sunday (Bank holiday sunday) I accidently clicked the wrong button when browsing for some shoes. When i got an email saying i had placed an order for £35.00 (THAT I DO NOT HAVE). I emailed them immediately and then three times over the space of two days to CANCEL my order but they emailed me back saying i had no way of cancelling my order at all. Apparently i have to refuse my parcel (which is going to my work warehouse) so i need be there to refuse it (HIGHLY UNLIKELY) and then wait 6 weeks for a refund! This is the worse customer service i have ever received and i will be writing reviews everywhere to warn people from using this AWFUL company. I work at a company with a very high success in customer service so i know what im talking about. Now i am £35 out of pocket for a silly mistake. Absurd
I reached out to costumer service to help get my month skipped. While the agent did help me do this quickly, they did not pay attention to the issue at hand and provide feedback on how to prevent this from happening next time. I let them know that the option to skip was not in the area that it was indicated it should be. They instead skipped the month for me and then told me the same thing I just told them wasn't working and closed the conversation before I could respond. I then tried to connect again to get clarification and the wait time was stated as 2 minutes but I waited for 5 before I closed it down. This was frustrating.

You'd be better off buying heels/flats or whatever it is that you prefer from the Dollar General, than waste your hard earned dollars on any of these shoes shown here on JB. That's not even to mention the EXTREMELY crappy quality of the shoe itself!... Oh, and lets not forget about having to deal with the ridiculously long shipping times that you get from JB. It is ALL just half-a$$ quality junk, that will break in no time at all. DO NOT waste your money on these garbage shoes!

Unfortunately this isn't your fault, because I'm flat footed, and it's really hard for me to buy shoes online. But when I received the shoes they were exactly as the picture shown and I was extremely happy with what I received. I will continue to shop with JUSTFAB.

JustFab has a trick to charge viewers and purchasers for their VIP membership, even if you don't want to subscribe to it. Recently, I just wanted to see their website. Not knowing anything that they will keep on charging me for this. I revealed next month they kept on charging my account. Then, I wanted to understand what has happened from another email ID (I use three email IDs from my laptop), the next day I found another amount was charged from my account. I got worried and asked my daughter to look into it. She tried to see their website and thought she will talk to them when she has enough time. Strangely, the next day I found my account was charged again. Altogether in two months, they have charged my account 6 times for their so called "VIP Membership". How horrible! They've taken my hard-earned money for nothing. After talking to them for several days, spending several hours talking to them they have returned only 3 payments. This is completely fraud.
The review sites should have an option for not giving even a single star to submit a review.

I ordered pants and they were NO WHERE near the color i requested... I sent multiple clothes back due to they are not true to size. Heck, I cancelled that account months ago and I am just now getting this email. I need to verify that they arent stil lchargning me bc it starts with "Thank for your recent purchase". The clothes are VERY overpriced for their look. Most shirts are cheap looking. I like their pants' fit even though the colors dont match the pictures. I can't believe I fell for the initial deal and got baited in for MONTHS.

Recently, Mayfair Mall in Milwaukee opened a Brick and Mortar Fabletics store; and let me tell you… I was ecstatic! Sometimes you just have to feel the clothes before you buy them. Coming in, I was immediately greeted by staff, unbeknownst to me it was the store manager herself that picked out outfits for me based on my online profile! She was patient with my indecisiveness, fun, and most importantly… BODY POSITIVE! After forming this relationship, EVERYTIME I come in she knows my name and what works for me! Tonight I came in to spoil my daughter for her birthday! I'm happy to have been able to share this experience with her!

I reside in a remote area where the US Postal Service does not deliver. I am only able to receive packages via FedEx or UPS. I have informed JustFab of this numerous times and was told a note would be added to my account. They continue to ship my orders via the US Postal Service- needless to say, I don't receive the orders and they get returned to JustFab. I have been a loyal member for the past 6 years, but am now considering canceling my membership!

I had ordered some brown boots, flat heeled. When the order came it was the right box but the wrong boots. The box had over the knee boots with heels in black. And besides that they sent me two pair. When I called the representative they couldn't understand what I was talking about. They sent the right box that had the wrong boots in them. Finally sent me a return label so I could send them back. It's been 2 wks haven't heard anything from them yet.

I bought 1 pair of shoes but have paid some ridiculous member fee charged to my credit card every month. I have unsubscribed and called them BUT the charges keep coming.
It's 54.00 per month for absolutely NOTHING. I have been forced to cancel my credit card.

I got 3 pairs of shoes my fist time using this site. I ordered half sizes smaller for all shoes because that was all that was available. 2/3 pairs of shoes were still way too big for me so I had to send 1 back and exchange the other for an even smaller size. When I got the exchange I wore the shoes to work. In the 2 minute walk from my car to my office, the shoes completely shredded my heels. I had to have my partner bring me bandaids and another pair of shoes just to get through the day. Our of 3 pairs of shoes, I only kept 1. And my feet took about 3 weeks to heal. The shoes themselves are cheap and oddly proportioned. I have canceled my subscription and I will not be using this site again.

Tried to cancel this membership once they took 35£ from my account they said they wernt refunding and was still trying to keep me as a customer by trying to give me deals on my next purchase, asked them 4 times to cancel but wasn't listening to me atall eventually I got It cancelled will be warning family and friends of this site wouldn't even give it one star more like a big fat minus
I hate that I only have 5 days to shop or I get charged. Half the time there is nothing I want or my size and if I forget to skip in a couple days I get charged and then stuck with a credit I don't want. Very frustrating and I will be canceling.

I gave 4 stars because I had a experience with justfab canceling my order before and your customer service representative did not do there job correctly with my refund. Justfab did not do the cancelation process all the way through in order to get my refund. I like justfab but justfab needs more work done in doing your job the right way and stop giving the run around with people money.

I haven't ordered from JustFab in quite a while; like years! I was a little nervous, but I had account credits so I went for it. I just wanted to use my credits and close my account since I hadn't used it in so long. I absolutely LOVE all 5 pair of shoes so much that I decided to leave my account open.

I allowed my granddaughter to shop the JUST FAB site for some of her Christmas gifts. She had no trouble finding plenty of items to spend the allotted dollar amount I gave her to spend. Since she is very particular about what she wears, I am very satisfied with her purchases!

Only time I found out about the VIP membership I was going to paid was when it was on my bank statement. The only time I used my credit card was when placing an order. This is only on the terms of service and is called a VIP membership.
Ordered boots and slippers. I have to send them back because I ordered the sizes a 1/2 sized bigger because usually they're too small but this time they were exact fit so I had to send them back but I'm exchanging because I like the boots I've been happy with what I've received.
