Super happy with the boyfriend blouse. Sizing was great, style was perfect, fabric quality says I'll have it in my closet for a long while. Shoes and bags I order were also amazing... so glad I decided to pick up that gift for my niece.
I took a chance on purchasing from them, they only sent one half of my order 8 days ago. I've received no word regarding the latter, my heels and flats. I had an event to attend this weekend, but because they thought they could get over on me, I no longer have the option to wear the original said outfit. Shipment #*******379
I made a purchase and ended up checking the shipping a few hours later. The status said "cancelled" so i ended up calling customer service and they had deleted my account for whatever reason. Made a new one with a new email (because the old email kept saying it wasn't valid), and come to find out THIS PURCHASE WAS CANCELLED TOO. I called once again to see what the problem was and they said it was fraudulent activity due to using the same billing info for different emails yet they were still trying to charge me for the "VIP fee". It is a SCAM! Stay away and purchase elsewhere! All of the negative reviews are SPOT ON. Customer service isn't any help either.
Also note: if i had not checked the fine print on the website about shipping, i never would have known my orders were randomly cancelled to begin with. No emails were ever sent to update me.
I have been a JF VIP for years now and at the beginning I loved the styles and the quality. But my last few purchases have been disappointing because the quality just feels cheap and the size was too tight. I've returned a few pairs because they were very uncomfortable and no support. I have been contemplating canceling my membership because I really don't like the styles, comfortability, or quality. But I haven't because I was holding out hope that it would get better and because I have so much credit that I will lose because of the membership.

Has anyone else been caught by JustFabUK? Total scam and pay pal are partners in it. I ordered a pair of shoes which I paid for. Pay pal have taken money out of my account for three consecutive months (£35). When I contacted Paypal they said when I ordered the shoes I entered into an agreement with JustFabUK for them to take £35 a month from my account... so far it's cost me £105 for one delivery. PLEASE PASS THIS ON... PAYPAL are linked to this company and are party to the scam. PAYPAL also provided me with a telephone number to contact JustFabUK which doesn't exist, it's an obsolete tone when you dial it. Would love this message to go viral to stop other girls getting Ripped off
For one I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on justfab before Christmas and it is now March & HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY SHOES! But yet they continue to charge my card for payment! I really wish I never ordered from this site... ladies don't do it I promise you WILL regret your decision also they do NOT have what they advertise there products are limited and literally only have like 30/40 different pairs of shoes to choose from

Inordered some clothing for my daughter's, and a pair of shoes each. The clothes are fantastic, and one pair of shoes is wonderful. The light up sandles were a little disappointing because one show does not light up.

I order 2 pairs of shoes off of their website, when the shoes got there, not only were they already falling apart, the didnt fit whatsoever. ( I guess because the shoes are so horribly made, they dont fit true to size) I called to see if I could return them, they told me NO before I could finish my sentence, so i asked about exchanging them for a different size. I sat on the phone for 20 mins trying to tell the lady im stuck with two pairs of shoes that dont fit me. And she kept saying too bad no exchanges, and that I should of read the fine print when clearly it says you can exchange! Seriously beyond pissed by that point so I said fine cancel my membership, don't you know their sending me the right sizes now. As soon as I receive them Im canceling my membership. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Not to mention, all of their customer service is in the same room, so you get to hear all of the other customer service people talk to customers.
So I called to see if I could cancel my account and the machine hung up on me 3 times. I called to ask why my package said it was going to be delivered on the 11 and didnt recieve it. Now I can not view where my package is. Customer service is no help on knowing where it went. I ordered it on the 2nd. I told them I wanted to cancel my subscription and they argued saying it wasnt smart for me to do it. I continued saying I wanted to cancel it and he was arguing with me. I finally got my account cancelled. Still no package... unsure at this point if I'll recieve it. Or if it will be $#*!ty shoes. Skip the trouble just order off Amazon. They are way better overall.

I have had the membership with JusFab for a few years now, but this year I did something that was genius! I saved up most of my credits towards the end of the year and I ended up using them to buy xmas gifts! What a great way to use this! All the items are always JUST FAB-ULOUS!

Called to cancel membership and the sales rep hung up on us. Called again to cancel, sale rep assured us that our membership was canceled, but the coming month, they continued to charged us on our credit card. We called again and asked for a refund and again for cancelation our our membership, they offered to refund the charge, but they said that they can only cancel our membership after the refund is processed. They said that we would needed to wait a few days for the refund to be processed and call back to cancel our membership then. We waited a week and no fund and no member cancelation. We are going through our credit card company to dispute the charges and blocking any future charges.
Okay so I signed up to JustFab fully understanding that they would take money out of my account if I didn't skip the month, so I skipped the month and when it got to the 6th I was happy that they didn't take any money out of my bank account. However, it got to the 14th and they decided to take the money out then. I called them complaining about it but all they had to say was 'it's your own fault'. I couldn't cancel my account until I'd spent my credit of course, but I've just looked on my account today thinking 'oh yeah I need to spend that stupid credit on shoes I don't even want' and guess what? It wasn't there. So now I have to call up again tomorrow demanding of my credit which is just a waste of time and money. Don't sign up to this website, they are a scam and I don't care what anyone says.
I love my new boots. Haven't worn them around yet to say they are wearing well but they fit good and look fantastic! Can't wait for fall weather. Easy to order too.

I've recently moved from overseas back to the states and I made a purchase and changed the address to my new address. Well when I received the tracking information it had my overseas address on it instead. I called Fedex who stated only the shipper of the merchandise can change the address. I proceeded to call Justfab customer service (Chris) who refused to actively listen to what I was saying. He said that he could not help, but, that I could tell Fedex that Justfab gave me permission to change the address. I notified him that he clearly wasn't comprehending what I was saying because Fedex said ONLY the shipper could change the address. I plan to continue to reroute my merchandise and if that fails I will pursue a full refund.

I was dissatisfied because I made my order on 12/14 and on 1/2/23 when I called, i was told that my order was returned to the warehouse because it wasn't labeled. I already bought new outfits to match the shoes that I purchased and was disappointed to hear that I couldn't get them.

I've been buying sexy & stylish shoes and boots from justfab since 2018 as a VIP member & I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THEM! It is always an easy and convenient shopping experience and their customer service reps are always happy to go the extra mile to leave every customer feeling satisfied. I have only ever had ONE PAIR of shoes fit incorrectly upon arrival. Their shoes are normally quite close to true size, however, on this single occasion a pair was sent that were too big. The customer care team sent me a return label instantly and I was credited for the pair ASAP.
Just for reference, off the top of my head, I have at least 3 pairs of thigh high boots with varying size heels, 2 pairs of combat boots, 3 or 4 pairs of knee high boots in varying heights and styles/colors, I have 3 pairs of platform sneakers, probably 4 pairs of pumps & as many pairs of heeled sandals...all from.Justfab because they are...Just FABULOUS! And I am a lifetime customer!

I bought some pairs of shoes in justfab and the quality is very cheap! And also i checked that there is no commitment with monthly payments that's why I bought a pair of shoes there... what is my surprise later? They charged me $39.95 on my credit card! What the heck?! So i called and the ladies at customer service tried to not refund my money I had to be rude and the gave me my money. Hope not have to call again. DO NOT SHOP THERE! This is a COMPLETE SCAM! After you purchase an item from this company for the first time, you think WOW this company site is great! NOT! They will charge you an amount (my amount was 39.95) each month EVEN if you don't buy anything. The deal is... is that you have between the 1st and 5th of each month to either DO NOT BUY NOW... or BUY NOW! That is CRAZY! You have to skip each month, but you have to catch it in order for it to work. COMPLETE SCAM! Plus each month they will charge your account. Buyers please beware of this. Do not buy from this site!
These boot style slippers are my favorites.They sturdy, but soft, warm, snuggly, and fit perfect. Im even happy with the color and the pom poms that hang from each slipper.

I brought a pair of boots. The web site doesn't inform you that the boots contain ingredients that cause cancer ( known as the prop 65 warning, in california it is illegal to sale items that contain these chemicals without warning the buyer with a label I stating so) but once I got them delivered the warning was in the box, had I known before hand I would have never ordered them. Then comes the skip a month or get charged and for store credit. I had 1 credit that I was NEVER able to use because everytime I tried to login and reset my password, customer service and the website would send me an invalid link that led nowhere! I went back and forth with them for over a year just trying to log in! Finally my sister wanted something from the site and I finally thought I can get rid of this stupid credit and get a Christmas gift for her. But Still the same bull with not being able to log in. Only after telling customer service that I refuse to try to use the link to reset my password because it been the same crap for over a year they offered to refund my credit. I am waiting to see how long it takes to get my money back. Too bad I cant get the coat for my sister, but am glad to be done with such a terrible company.

Cheap material, are made with chemicals known to the state of California that cause cancer and birth defects. Wont tell you that on the website but has a warning in the package once you get it!

Never ever try this awful company. They will charge you $ 39.99 every month after you had your first purchase. You will be regret when you get your first bill and that would br the bigining of a headache to cancle you membership. You will be VIP member automatically when you bought your first purchase. It is force. Canceling your membership itself is a headache. You can cancle your membership just by calling them and listening to their long advertisement!
