Back in 2014, I ordered a pair of shoes costing £17.50. Justfab then started taking £35 from my account WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! I did not knowingly sign up to any subscription. How it is legal to do this I do not know. The 'cheap' shoes I ordered, actually ended up costing me over £400 by the time I was able to get the payments stopped. DISGUSTING.

Many customers complaining about the charges, bad services etc. When in fact Justfab is really a fantastic website! Great products, easy exchanges, very accessible support with affordable price it offers! Admit the fact dumb $#*!s that you purchased products because that's the only amount you can afford lol. All information is clearly provided in the website of Justfab. Learn to read the terms and conditions before you proceed in check out in any online shopping websites brainless human! NOTHING TO BLAME OTHER THAN YOURSELF! LMAO

I'll try to keep it short and to the point. I have been with justfab as a "VIP" for 3 years now and I just have to say that their new "upgrades" to how your able to use YOUR CREDITS that they charge every month is a scam. Basically when their is sales it doesn't matter because it will still be the SAME PRICE as you getting it when there isn't a sale. Example: I would save up credits (before they changed) and when there was a sale I was able to get more items as in, for my $49.95 credit if some boots were on sale for $20 I could get 2 right? Nope. Because now their credits only count how they want them to not the amount of money they charge you. I have loved these shoes for a long time and never thought I would leave but with this kind of false advertisement there is literally no point to being a vip. So disappointing and when talking to customer service I got NO explanation for their false advertising other than "this is our new policy". It's sad and it's false advertising and idk how they haven't gotten in actual legal trouble yet.

I have never had a negative experience with Just Fab and this purchase was no different. Received shoes in the expected time and shoes were exactly as described and fit perfectly. True to size

Easy to order. Shoes arrive packaged well. Even when I ran into shipping hiccups, customer service is great, easy, friendly and resolved issue quickly.

Rain boots ordered are super bulky and of poor quality to pay $40 for them. Will not purchase anymore shoes from this site. Tempted to cancel account.

My roommate turned me onto this fashion shopping site. I am so happy that she did tell me about it as it not only has many wide withe shoes and boots, but everything is affordable!

JustFab is a wonderful company. I love their products and am always getting compliments on my boots. If something doesn't fit correctly, there's no issues with a return or exchange.

Be careful, site claims no obligation to purchase - but takes money anyway!?! Luckily paid with Paypal so they were able to help me get my money back and then block them as cancelling login is a nightmare, sorry impossible!

I don't know how they're getting away with this, felt I must have been an idiot for missing something silly but it would appear they've caught many of us out.

Sure you can get 2 pairs of boots for 40 dollars, BUT you must sign up and buy shoes every month or your credit card gets charge $40.00! NOT a good place to shop! False advertisement!

Surprised with the quality and they were in great condition. It's funny though because my family doesn't like buying or shopping online but now they want to get shoes from here too.

I've ordered from this website numerous times. I've never had an issue. And if something doesn't fit, the return process has always been relatively easy for me.

JustFab is consistently affordable and stylish. I love that they branched out to clothing and accessories in recent years too.
I'll definitely keep my membership forever :)

It's been a month and i never received my package. When I go to look up the tracking info it says "awaiting carrier pickup". I've called several times but still no help.

I love just fab shoes. The clothes also are very nice and sometimes I order them as well. My last shopping experience delivered a Jean jacket I'll wear for years to come.

Value has definitely improved shipping is always faster then expected. Sometime would like a little more variety it shows a lot of the same styles just in different colors.

Shoe looks great however it's a little stiff and unfortunately gave me a blister on the back of my heel. Not sure if it'll loosen up as I break them in. Overall, nice looking loafer

Love justfab! GREAT quality, free returns. I've been a customer for prob 10 or 15 years and absolutely love them. Just wish the shipping was faster but I'm soiled by Amazon.

I have hard time finding shoes that fit my feet. It's trial and error. I'm so grateful for the ease of return that JustFab offers. That's why I've stayed with them so long.

My college age daughter got me into this mess and just spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to get out of it. Never again! Wish I had read this page before telling her ok. :(

I have been a "member for over 10 years. If one is not vigilant you used to lose $39 now $49 at the end of the month. It always gives me a bad feeling about an otherwise good company.
