I have bought almost all of my shoes from Justfab. I love them. They have every shoe for any occasion and they're the cutest, hottest styles. Customer service is amazing as well.

Been great. Receive items in a timely manner. Love the variety of clothes, shoes and handbags to choose from. Have never had to return any item I have bought loved each piece.

It's like Christmas, whenever my JustFab packages arrive. Everything fit absolutely perfect and looked good on. Already have another order on the way!

They charged me 3 times for a single pair of shoes and have been on hold for over 2.5 hrs without anyone picking up the phone to give me any sort of response. Never do business with these people.

Worst website ever! Completely miss leading in how they get you to sign up to there vip membership. I'm now broke for the month because they won't refund me. Avoid this company!

It is nice and comfy, doesn't cause any pain, and is good for walking around with them. These are one of the most excellent boots I have ever owned in my opinion.

Called to exchange 2 pairs of shoes they sent me a return label I asked if I can pay for shipping through another carrier instead of Usps I don't know about anyone else but our mail has been screwed up since November 2020 they told me I had to ship back with what was provided to me so i go ahead and I went on and mailed them back and it's been almost 3 months later still have not received my replacements mor my money back customer service sucks all the give is the run around I definitely will never use this service again it's not right what they do I'm just out of two pair of shoes I honestly paid for and returned

It was very good. The only thing is that most of your shoes are not wide enough for me. So I had to give one pair to my daughter. And I'm a lower boot girl and you don't have that many to pick from.

I thought I was the only one being scammed for my money!

I originally ordered two pair of boots for $39.95, I received my shoes within 5-6 days of ordering them a week later I noticed I was charged an additional $39.95 so of course I called trying to figure out WHY/WHAT is this charge on my bank statement. Well, some guy with a thick accent (I couldn't barely understand him) said every month you get charged and it wasn't making any sense at all even though he tried explaining for 5 minutes nonstop. It was adding up. So he told me I would receive a refund with 2-3 business days depending on my bank. So I waited until the 10th day and my money is still not in my account! I end up just cancelling my membership but now I'm hesitant to call back because I don't wanna give them my personal info and then they end up taking more of my money. This is ridiculous. I knew those $10 & 2 for $39.95 deals were too good to be true. Smh! What a loss. Please do not order from them!

I have just been blocked on Facebook by JUSTFAB for trying to tell people check what your ordering as if you click wrong bit you are subscribing and will have a payment of around £35 took from your account every month, READ THE SMALL PRINT, don't get caught out, stuff cheap and nasty market stuff anyway, i got caught out cannot even get refund through PAYPAL.

JustFab ships very quick, selection and specials are varied every month. I have received many compliments on my handbags and shoes (always try to match both), and the quality is great.

Some of the sports shoes are bigger than they appear and I need to send back but really don't have time and right now I am going through serious family problems.

I have a foot problem so finding shoes for my feet can be difficult. I've return the same two pair shoes twice trying to get the right size. It was easy and a quick turn around each time.

Have tried for over SIX months to cancel my "membership" with them. Customer service says it's cancelled but they keep charging my card. So now, I'm getting a new card. Ridiculous!

Attempted to exchange them but it kept giving me an error message. I have ordered before without issue and I like the style of shoes I just want a different size!

I really do enjoy that there is a wide range of shoes you can look through. Boots, flats, heels, sandals - for these shoes not to be brand names they're really stylish.

My overall experience with Justfab has been great. Our package was delivered in a timely manner and the boots are absolutely gorgeous! I will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Your shoes are always top quality. This is the only time they have had to be sent back. They usually always fit perfectly. That's a great average if you ask me!

My order from Just Fab was for family Christmas gifts. I am not sure of the fit but each member seemed pleased with their boots. The delivery time was fantastic and i had a great experience shopping.

I can't even give this company any stars. Okay, I'm fine with the fact that I didn't understand the fine print rules at first and eventually caught on after being charged for 3 months without realizing it. My main issue is every shoe I wanted was not in stock and never back ordered. The jewelry was not worth 5.99 much less 39.95. How many purses can you buy with no matching shoes. When I called to cancel my membership because they had nothing I liked or had to offer any longer, I was treated like I was a 12 year old. It's unfortunate I had to get indignant on the girl but I should never have been spoken to like a second class citizen. I threatened that if my account was further charged, I will report them to the BBB and sue. Don't let no one bully you out of YOUR money. NO ONE IS OBLIGATED TO BUY ANYTHING FROM ANYONE!

Quality items at good prices when on offer delivered promptly. Comfortable and good fit. Loved that I could break down the cost and pay in installments. Nothing else to add!
